Her attachment to Columbina makes her jealous of Bai You, although she insists that her concern is merely a friend’s caution. She investigates Columbina’s absence, attends a performance primarily to watch her, and feels hurt when Columbina describes the theater as more enjoyable than staying alone. She subsequently hosts a tea party to see Rosalyne off before her Mondstadt mission, inviting Columbina and awkwardly extending the invitation to Bai You. The gathering also serves as a welcome for their new colleague. Sandrone stops Rosalyne and Tartaglia from turning their exchange of insults into a fight 51.

Searching for Columbina

After several days without Columbina’s customary visits for pastries, Sandrone checks her empty room and orders an investigation. Pronya’s reports reveal that Columbina has been following Bai You and staying at the theater. More disturbed by being left behind than by the report’s alarming account of Bai You’s strength, Sandrone decides to attend a performance wearing an outfit Columbina previously complimented 91 100.

At the theater, she becomes jealous while watching Columbina whisper and laugh with Bai You. Her attempt to bring Columbina home ends awkwardly when Columbina says she wants to stay with her new companions. Sandrone later returns and secures her agreement to leave the following day 107 109.

Journey to Mondstadt and Varesa’s Concert

Sandrone discovers Bai You’s travel plans while monitoring Pantalone. After Columbina explains her wish to protect Bai You, Sandrone joins the trip, insisting that she intends to visit Rosalyne and hold a tea party. She and Columbina bring homemade buns to the theater before departing with Bai You, Varesa, and Odette 120 121 122.

During the voyage, she agrees to take responsibility for the lighting, sets, and publicity for Bai You’s secret concert for Varesa. Her work includes a personally painted backdrop and lighting synchronized to Varesa’s performance 129 131 133.

Beach Outing and Growing Intimacy

In Mondstadt, Sandrone begins showing her affection more openly through small acts such as peeling chestnuts for Columbina. At the beach, they apply sunscreen to each other, build a sandcastle, and exchange food. Sandrone protects their castle from a wave despite initially dismissing the activity as childish 139 143 144.

She promises to team up with Columbina again on their next beach visit. Later, when Columbina calls her prettier than the stars and reaches for her hand, Sandrone does not pull away 145 146.

The Anemo Gnosis and Departure

Sandrone and her companions witness Rosalyne seize Venti’s Gnosis without intervening. When Venti identifies her as the seventh Harbinger, she explains that each Harbinger is responsible for their own mission and that Rosalyne’s assignment is not theirs 149 150.

Before returning to Snezhnaya, Sandrone accompanies Columbina to find Rosalyne at a cottage outside Mondstadt. She correctly suspects that Rosalyne is waiting for Odette rather than merely finishing official business 153 154.

Sandrone proposes a farewell meal for the five companions, followed by drinks at Angel’s Share. After becoming drunk with the others, she leaves Mondstadt the following day with Columbina and Odette; they reach Port of Dornman, where Rosalyne is waiting 158 160 162.
