"Wait a moment, I'm going in to scratch one!" the Third Hokage shouted from far away.
Wu Di paused, turned around, and smiled. "Third Hokage, going for another round?"
The Third Hokage chuckled.
"Of course. The item from your shop saved my life today, so naturally I have to come in and show my support again!"
Wu Di did not stand on ceremony and directly welcomed the Third Hokage into the shop.
Once inside, the Third Hokage let out a long breath. His expression was grave, as though something weighed heavily on his mind.
Wu Di asked softly, "Third Hokage, what's wrong?"
The Third Hokage fell silent for a long time before raising his head and asking tentatively.
"Can you scratch off an item here that can restore ninjutsu?"
"Now that I've lost my ninjutsu, some unstable elements in the village will probably seize this chance to become active!"

He glanced at the mountain of scratch-off tickets piled behind the counter and said softly.
"I remember you once said that the more expensive they are, the more likely they are to contain something good, right?"
Wu Di nodded.
Then he watched the Third Hokage slowly clench his fists, lightly biting his lip as though making some difficult decision.
After a long while, he sighed. "Fine. Give me a one-million ticket!"
