If they are defending human rights, then their actions of using a million-strong army to attack this Pale God without regard for their own lives, and even planning to disrupt the order of the Southern Continent after their failure, are not only not like defending the rights of the people of the Southern Continent, but are even more evil than this Pale God.
To ensure that this army of nine million could truly wreak havoc on the Southern Continent, they even allowed these soldiers to carry only the food they had brought with them. This was to ensure that if the war was lost, these soldiers would inevitably cause a food crisis among the people of the Southern Continent during their escape.

In the sacred year of 1578, the Pale God revealed his true nature.
The entire Southern Continent fell into the hands of Pale God.
All the emperors and nobles of the empires and kingdoms large and small who participated in this treason were publicly tried by this Pale God and sent to the guillotine by hanging.
The kings of various countries, led by Miles XIII, were all hanged. Thus, the reign of an emperor came to a tragic end, and neither of the two possible outcomes they had planned—failure or success—came to pass.
Under the Pressure of the Pale God Norton, the nine million-strong army dared not utter a single mishap.
Those who did not participate in the rebellion were all stripped of their royal status, position, and power, and were completely placed in the hands of that Pale God Norton.
Such a large-scale change of power stirred up a huge wave in the Southern Continent.
Countless people were deeply terrified, and all sorts of rumors spread.
In the vast Southern Continent, all sorts of rumors began to spread rapidly.
"This Pale God is actually the Vampire Progenitor! Now that the Southern Continent has fallen into his hands, we can only become his prey, with no chance of ever rising again!"

A thousand years ago Holy Lord Empire, with its meager population, was able to seal away the Pale God under the leadership of Saint Peter. Our era has undergone numerous changes, and our strength and population far surpass those of the past. We are destined to be able to seal away this Pale God as well, restoring the Southern Continent to the rightful rule of our human race!
Chaos reigned in taverns across the land. Opportunists of all kinds, or those genuinely concerned for the future of humanity, were oblivious to the power of the Pale God and thought this was an excellent opportunity to unite people. They took to taverns of all sizes and even the streets to give all sorts of speeches, drawing large crowds.
If the country were destroyed and its territory occupied by other countries at this time, there probably wouldn't be many people echoing this sentiment.
After all, people can survive under anyone's rule. In a place like the Southern Continent where there is little difference in culture and race, massacring the poor is a relatively rare method.
But things are completely different now.
The rulers are no longer emperors of other countries, they are no longer even human, but terrifying creatures that feed on humans!
Who could stand this?
So, with the speeches in taverns of all sizes, not only were the emotions of the people greatly stirred, but even the local government began to harbor thoughts of resistance against the rule of that Pale God.
The Southern Continent is simply too vast, and many disagree with the idea that the Pale God Norton could absolutely control Southern Continent.
But this also reveals the worst aspects of human nature.
Humans are inherently greedy. Throughout history, most of the rebellious forces that emerged in various countries but were ultimately suppressed were reduced to outright robbers before they even achieved their goal, due to the greed of their superiors.
Various forces began to emerge, all claiming to be attacking the Pale God and upholding the legitimacy of humanity, yet they engaged in rampant plundering, rape, and even massacre of surrounding villages and towns. They attempted to achieve rule through violence, but within that rule, they relentlessly exploited and demanded an endless stream of wealth.
The true nobles, established families, and even the core of the Holy Lord Church, as well as the various bishops, had long since sailed to the Northern Continent. Those who remained now not only lacked the awareness and means to govern, but were also easily blinded by the temporary supreme power and wealth they had acquired.
This also meant that after these various large and small forces sprang up like mushrooms after rain and gained a foothold, the situation in their territories not only did not improve, but actually worsened to a degree that was not as bad as before.
The soldiers committed murder, rape, and even robbery in the streets, while their superiors were only concerned with enjoying women, accumulating wealth, and indulging in their desires.
Apart from the Aodelan Empire, which had grown accustomed to the existence of the Pale God over the years, the entire Southern Continent was in chaos.
Even Miles XIII, who was hanged, probably couldn't have predicted that the chaos in the Southern Continent was caused by their relocation of truly wealthy and powerful families to the Northern Continent.
If it were an ordinary human emperor, suppressing this rebellion might take years, and there is a high probability that during the long period of suppression, some forces would swallow each other up, thus creating a completely new regime.
However, Norton was not a human emperor, nor did he need to quell a rebellion.
As more than fifty ferocious and terrifying bat-like behemoths descended from the sky, along with countless Vampire and even the now mutated Norton II creations of Sak City, all resistance was in vain.
Those bat-like behemoths could topple a tall building with a single charge, and the fire-breathing witches spewed flames that resembled lava, capable of burning through steel plates.
Such superhuman strength is utterly impossible to resist at this point in time, when even steam engines haven't been installed on trains.

The Pale God created the ' Pale Church ' to replace the Holy Lord Church and decreed it as the sole place of faith in the Southern Continent.
It established the ' Holy Empire ' as the sole political entity.
Thus, the entire Southern Continent fell into the hands of that Pale God.
Perhaps there are still people plotting rebellion elsewhere, but they are utterly powerless to do so.
