Despite joint research by several scholars and Norton, discussions on heat death have yet to reach a definitive conclusion.
It's not that heat death is difficult to deal with, but rather that the heat death of the universe, in Norton's view, has now become a philosophical and logical problem.
"Are you saying that, regardless of the circumstances, the end of the universe you've observed is ultimately heat death, and can only be heat death?"
A group of academic experts, led by the academic luminary Mr. Kazi, sat in the conference room, listening to the Pale God Norton's narration on the stage. Occasionally, someone would ask a question, which Norton would answer.
"That's right. From the time I was resurrected in Norton until now, and even from the memories of the past ten thousand years, the heat death of the universe has always been there."
The entire universe would become a state where even matter has been broken down into the smallest electrons, energy is like stagnant water, and even the soul has completely dissipated into the whole universe.
Heat death is not just the cessation of energy flow; in fact, in the end, even matter decomposes, becoming truly stagnant water.
"Where will you be then?" An expert in the audience raised his hand and asked a very important question.
"Me?" Norton frowned slightly.
"I shall ascend to the highest peak and eternally gaze upon this desolate universe!"
"Is that exactly the same outcome you observed in the Supreme State? And, in the Supreme State, did you foresee your actions today within the flow of time?"
Scholars in the audience who had studied time raised questions.
"I can't see it. Everything above the Fourth Stage seems to have transcended time or even the universe. Whether it's Kuba, or the so-called God, whether it's me now or me in the future." Norton slowly shook his head, hesitated slightly, but ultimately chose to tell the truth.
"This is truly strange. Whether it is Jonah in the past or the Shenyin of breaking down oneself and the heavens and earth, I can observe it clearly in the long river of time."
However, whether it is the God copulates with all things as claimed by the Holy Lord Church, or the god-slayer Kuba, or even myself who has ascended to the Fifth Stage, they have all completely vanished in the long river of time, leaving no trace.
Therefore, I now suspect that what hangs high on the cross is indeed Bowser, the progenitor of vampires, or there is another hidden story...
Norton let out a long sigh, and as he did so, he reached out and pressed the Coke button on the table, asking a waiting staff member to bring him an iced Coke.
"Hiss... Ah..." After taking a small sip, Norton felt his humanity begin to boil.
It's good to be alive.
"Then that contradicts your previous statement, Your Majesty. If you cannot observe yourself, how can you know that you will eventually return to the highest realm?" The time research expert sitting in the audience raised the question again.
"What else can I do besides that?" Norton countered.
"So, when you tore through the river of time to rescue hundreds of thousands of people, did you truly pull them out across time, or did you reconstruct them by observing the molecular structure of people from past timelines?"
Mr. Kazi looked up at Norton and said, "Time has always been a paradox that we have been unable to overcome. In fact, in this day and age, humanity has largely determined that time is immutable and cannot be skipped."
This is similar to the grandfather paradox.
In short, when you observe a moment in the past, the past has already become the present.
When you alter the past, the entire timeline from the past you observe until you observe and alter it actually collapses completely.
Therefore, we need to understand whether you can truly ignore this timeline paradox, observe or even alter time, in order to determine whether you ultimately choose to live forever in the past in order to escape ultimate loneliness.
However, the manipulability of timelines is actually strong evidence for the multiverse. If you could truly alter past timelines, it would almost certainly prove the existence of multiple universes. You might even be able to escape your own universe then.
Furthermore, we seem to have discovered a crucial clue: you don't appear to be the soul of this universe.
Mr. Kazi's voice was already trembling, and even the experts in the audience were clearly starting to get excited.
Putting everything else aside, the very act of proving the existence of multiple universes would surely secure their place in history. Beyond that, the feeling of exploring the unknown and confirming its truths deeply fascinated them.
Norton hesitated for a moment, then sighed and said, "You all have no idea of the power of God, and you look down on me Norton!"
"Multiverses are inevitable, but they also have certain limitations."
I did indeed pull people up from the river of time. Or rather, what you call the multiverse is actually just one timeline after another in spacetime.
The birth of the universe was not a matter explosion, but a spacetime explosion! From the moment of the spacetime explosion, there have been countless universes existing in a continuous sequence of time.
In other words, that one second just now was a universe, and this current second is a completely new universe. (Hereafter referred to as the Time Universe )
From the beginning of the spacetime explosion, all the way to the boundless horizon, countless fixed universes piled up together, forming the long river of time, which is also the world in my eyes, Norton!
God is not merely the universe as we know it today, but rather an infinite number of Time Universe brought together to form an absolute encompassing of everything, from time and space to matter and soul!
In the past, advancing from the First Stage to the Second Stage was merely a matter of physical enhancement, and advancing from the Third Stage to the Fourth Stage was simply transcending reality. But now, my advancement from the Fourth Stage to the Fifth Stage encompasses everything. Even if it is merely the stolen power, it is still so great that it is almost incomprehensible!
The crowd below stared in disbelief, their shock mixed with a hint of confusion.
Norton's words, while astonishing them with God's all-encompassing nature and revealing the essence of time and the universe, did not seem to resolve the paradox of time.
Norton sighed softly, a hint of reminiscence flashing in his eyes.
There were also faint traces of realization.
"God created the Garden of Eden, and in the beginning, order was disordered. The serpent mated with the elephant, producing Yindan; the horse mated with the rooster, producing the Epoch. This mating affected God's heart, and thus humanity was born. God mated with a woman, producing Shenyin In; God mated with a man, producing Jonah; God mated with the dead, producing Kuba..."
Although I was ignorant of the ancient records of the Holy Lord Empire, they did give me some doubts back then.
"Isn't the meaning of change precisely the idea that God attempts to advance through the creation of different forms of life?"
Norton was reminded of the past.
He had been terrified when he read Church books before, wondering if God would choose him because of his unique soul and then forcefully lock him up.
Or perhaps Norton is the potential for God's advancement, the transformation God seeks. (I think I mentioned that, but I've forgotten which chapter it was in.)
He simply couldn't understand it back then.
But looking back now, his guess was indeed correct!
