With a loud "bang!", a modern, technologically advanced power sword capable of releasing electricity and flames to aid in combat fell, abruptly halting the Church knights' advance.

The Church knight was enraged. He roared and mutated in an instant, his body bursting into scorching flames. The entire power armor shell quickly turned red from the heat.
The greatsword he held high was glowing red-hot and covered in golden flames as he slashed it down at the Human Federation knight in front of him.
The red-hot blade sliced through the hard outer shell of the power armor, but it itself began to melt upon contact with the armor. Molten iron filled the cut, almost cleaving the Human Federation knight in two with a single strike.
"You pathetic creature, your mind bewitched by the Corpse Emperor! You will never understand the sacrifice of your own people!"
The Human Federation knight, who was almost cut in two by a single sword strike, roared furiously. Even though his body was almost split in two by the sword, he did not scream. Instead, with a resolute belief, he activated his power, and in a short moment, he seemed to turn into light.

A five-man squad of Church knights traversed the city's ruins, attempting to flank and harass the enemy from behind. They clashed head-on with Human Federation knight squad that had also circled around.
A small team of a dozen people was on a special mission to try to destroy the magnificent tower thousands of meters high with bombs and break through the defense line, but they were surrounded and attacked by wave after wave of Human Federation troops.
The fighting took place in every direction along the entire defensive line; the long battlefront was a microcosm of war.
This, however, was merely a flank battlefield for the ground forces' invasion.
The real battlefield is in the starry sky.

A roar pierced the clouds, and its majestic body, hundreds of meters tall, soared upwards with the flapping of its giant wings.
