The spaceship hovered outside the defense perimeter and sent a message. The dictionary was quickly deciphered by the computer, revealing that the visitor was a civilization called Canxing.

"Greetings, great and unfamiliar civilization! We are the Brilliant Star Civilization from 300 light-years away. Since you stopped here 200 years ago, we have been filled with anxiety and originally planned to move away. However, 200 years have passed, and while you have grown increasingly powerful, you have not caused us any disturbance. Even your warships deliberately detour around our territory. We believe you are a powerful and friendly civilization, so we have come here to express our gratitude."

Everyone laughed when faced with the arrival of the Brilliant Star Civilization. Indeed, these years had probably put them under tremendous pressure. At a distance of 200 light-years, almost within their cannon's reach, how could the Brilliant Star Civilization sleep soundly? Hu Yu ordered the spaceship to land on Earth Four.

Three chubby, pitch-black creatures stepped off the spaceship. Their darkness far surpassed that of the Black Star Civilization. If the darkness of the Black Star Civilization was 1, then the darkness of these creatures was 100. These creatures had two lower limbs and four upper limbs. Their heads and bodies were not connected like a human neck, but were all the same thickness. They were practically giant buckets with arms, legs, and facial features.

Looking at the three fat, dark-skinned men's lower limbs and their round bodies, everyone couldn't help but feel sorry for their legs, which must be constantly under high-intensity, overloaded conditions. As soon as they stepped off the spaceship, the three creatures began to tremble incessantly, behaving quite strangely.

Guards clad in Reversed State Armor immediately surrounded them, but these chubby black men remained calm, showing no signs of panic except for trembling. Instead, they busied themselves with fiddling with the gravity device. Once Star System-Level Civilization, most civilizations can conduct extravehicular activities without relying on spacesuits. Gravity devices can lock energy and air around themselves. However, most of the time, humans still wear simple spacesuits for activities, which can save energy and more effectively prevent various types of radiation from space.

"Oh dear, it's so cold here," said the chubby, dark-skinned man who was leading the group. It turned out the shivering earlier wasn't strange; they were simply feeling the cold. It was autumn here, a temperature of over 20 degrees Celsius, the most comfortable temperature for humans, and this guy was saying it was too cold.

Hu Yu was taken aback, not expecting that the first thing this dark-skinned guy said would be this. As if sensing the strangeness of Hu Yu and the others, the guy immediately reacted as well.

"Excuse me, sir, I am a vanguard officer from the Brilliant Star Civilization. You can just call me Little Black."

"Hello, Little Black Pioneer. We are from Human Civilization, and my name is Hu Yu." Hu Yu addressed the chubby Little Black Little Black man politely, which touched him deeply.

"The adults' civilization is indeed powerful and friendly; Little Black can finally rest easy."

We are not so bad as to bully the weak.

"No, we were often bullied by powerful civilizations before, and things only got better after we broke through to the Star System Level."

"I don't know about other civilizations, but we certainly wouldn't do that. Besides, bullying you wouldn't benefit us at all. Little Black Vanguard, what brings you here? It's not just about thanking us, is it?"

"This..."

"Explain."

"My lord, actually, I've come to discuss an alliance."

"An alliance?!" Hu Yu and the others almost burst out laughing when they heard this. With the strength of the Brilliant Star Civilization, they were simply not qualified to form an alliance with them. If they were to form an alliance, they would at least have to be of equal strength.

"My lord, besides us, there are actually five other late-stage Star-Level civilizations. Now, the six of us have formed an alliance. I know our strength is still very weak in your eyes, but one day we will become powerful." Little Black said with great confidence.

"I know you exist, but as for the alliance, I think..."

"General, there's no rush." Hu Yu was about to refuse when Academician Zeng interrupted him.

" Little Black, go back and inform the leaders of the six civilizations to come here. We'll discuss the feasibility of forming an alliance. If you truly have the potential, perhaps we'll consider it," Academician Zeng said.

Little Black glanced at Hu Yu, and seeing that Hu Yu didn't speak, it seemed to indicate that he agreed.

"Thank you, General. I will contact the leaders of other civilizations immediately." With that, he boarded the spaceship with two attendants and departed.

"Academician, you agree to the alliance? Their strength is far too weak—one Mid Star System-Level and five late-stage Star-Level experts—they're all insignificant."

"General, we've settled down now, but we still have many enemies ahead of us: the Fish Horse Star Civilization, the Insect Race, and even other Great Star Region Civilization. Fighting alone is too weak; having a powerful alliance as a backup would be a good approach."

"That being said, trust is the hardest thing to build between civilizations. They're only trying to ally with us because they covet our technology or seek our protection. Once they have other, greater interests, they'll quickly betray the alliance and might even turn around and cause us all sorts of trouble."

"It's possible. Alliances are extremely rare in the universe; it's usually either direct annihilation and plunder or enslavement. But if we can find a way to link everyone's interests together, creating a situation where everyone prospers or suffers together, we can solve the problem of alliance unity. Unlike other civilizations, I have a feeling that our future will be very difficult and dangerous. Having a strong alliance to support us might make things a little better."

"That's right. Let's discuss it when we get back and find a suitable method. If the alliance really works, more power is always good, even if it's just Stellar-Level Civilization. Every little bit helps. Later, we can try to bring in some advanced civilizations to increase the alliance's strength."

Within the territory of the Brilliant Star Civilization.

" Little Black, can we really trust this Human Civilization?"

"Distinguished leaders, I believe I need not elaborate on the power of the human fleet. This time, I met with the highest-ranking officer of humanity, who treated me, a mere vanguard officer of a Star System-Level Civilization, with utmost courtesy and without the slightest airs of an advanced civilization."

"I'm still afraid that Human Civilization might have ulterior motives."

"Plotting? Leaders, Human Civilization has known of our existence for a long time. If we had any ulterior motives, we would have acted long ago. Would we have given you time to transfer your elites? Besides, I have witnessed the power of humanity. I don't think we have anything that would be worth humanity's scheming."

Several months later, a small fleet arrived at the outer edge of the JD6 Planetary System. Guided by instructions, six of the ships landed on Earth Four. These six ships were identical, clearly provided by the Brilliant Star Civilization to save time for the leaders of the other Stellar-Level Civilization. Seven beings of varying sizes, heights, and builds emerged. Hu Yu recognized two of the dark beings as being from the Brilliant Star Civilization, while the other five were likely the leaders of the five Stellar-Level Civilization that Little Black Hei had mentioned.

"General," Little Black called out as he approached.

" Little Black Vanguard, I didn't expect we'd meet again so soon."

"General, please allow me to introduce you. This is the leader of our Brilliant Star Civilization. The others are the leaders of the Sand Star Civilization, Zhalong Star Civilization, Quaking Star Civilization, South Star Civilization, and North Star Civilization. Ladies and gentlemen, this human is General Hu Yu."

"Greetings, General." The leaders greeted him respectfully.

"Welcome to Human Civilization, please."

The group followed Hu Yu into a huge conference room, which was specially designed so that the environment of each area was influenced by the characteristics of these different civilizations, making them feel comfortable while also marveling at the power of human technology.
