Yunyi was unusually quiet in class today; instead of sleeping, he was fiddling with something on his terminal. Even during break, when Miyuki Shiba approached him to talk, he just gave her perfunctory replies.
Yunyi didn't stand up from his seat until lunch break. He stretched and looked at Miyuki Shiba: "Want to go eat?"
Miyuki Shiba replied, "I do plan to, but I'm not going to the Student Council office today. I've arranged to meet my brother at the cafeteria to chat with Erika and Mizuki. Yunyi, would you like to come with us?"
Miyuki Shiba asked Yunyi for her opinion. Standing beside her were Shizuku Kitayama and Honoka Mitsui.
Upon hearing her question, Yunyi simply shook her head slightly. "I won't go, you guys go ahead."
After saying that, Yunyi waved to the three of them and left the classroom.
Throughout the entire semester, Yunyi didn't develop any deep friendships with the students in Class E. His goal was simply to win over Tatsuya Shiba; the others might have had good talents, but they weren't of much help to him.
Now that he's transferred from Class E to Class A and is planning to recruit Tatsuya Shiba, he naturally won't continue to associate with that circle. It would be more meaningful for him to use that time to calmly edit a few more seal magic spells.
The lunch break was quite pleasant, but during the afternoon classes, Yunyi was still fiddling with something on his terminal. Yunyi shoved Lina's head away. "Your head is so big, it's blocking the screen."
"You're the one with a big head!" Lina retorted.
Yunyi his tongue in slight annoyance. He put the terminal aside and looked at Lina, asking, "What do you want from me?"
Seeing the displeasure on his face, Lina also restrained herself. She stammered for a long time but couldn't say a word.
Just as Yunyi was about to continue with his work, Lina suddenly spoke up, "I'm sorry about the ' Parasite '."
Upon hearing her words, Yunyi paused slightly in his movements.
"It's alright, you have your reasons, I understand." But the next moment, Yunyi still responded to Lina calmly.
This answer made Lina feel somewhat distant. She bit her red lips lightly, hesitated for a moment, and then continued, "I'm really sorry about that, but there's nothing I can do. If possible, let's do something else I can help with..."

Since then, his relationship with Lina has been more like a partnership. They help each other with troubles, but always within their respective capabilities.

However, he ultimately chose to help, even revealing his abilities to Lina's deputy to help her complete the mission. Although their contact decreased significantly after that incident, Lina owed him a favor that could not be erased.

" Yunyi, there's something I'd like to ask you for a favor, is that alright?"
