The Unforgiven from Shinigami
The fierce battle lasted all night. By dawn, under the azure sky of Tokyo, the humans had just awakened and begun their day's activities.
Shinigami was so tired that he wanted to sleep.
Renji Abarai forgot how many Hollows he killed; he only knew to keep running, supporting others, and defending his own territory.
The position of deputy captain is more demanding than I imagined.
He was panting heavily, his Reiatsu nearly depleted. He felt he had no strength left to continue wielding the Zabimaru in battle, and all he wanted was to sleep and eat.
Beep beep.
The Denreishinki was a heartless machine, and even at this moment, it wouldn't let go of his ears, continuing to call out.
"Damn it, can't they just switch to a different team for shifts?"
Renji Abarai complained loudly, pulled out his Denreishinki, glanced at its contents, and his fatigue vanished instantly.
Return to Seireitei to rest!
Upon glancing at the coordinates behind him, he didn't hesitate for a moment and Shunpo rushed over.
Along the way, you can see other eager team members heading in the same direction.
It was the rooftop of a very tall department store.
Renji Abarai used the surrounding buildings as a springboard to leap onto the edge of the rooftop. He glanced ahead and saw the familiar Onion Head chatting with his friends, which put his mind at ease.
The Cycle of Paradise
He withdrew his gaze, walked towards several familiar Seated Officer, and said with a broad smile, "It's a wonder you all survived."
"Hmm, that's really tough. Have you guys seen Mifune?"
"He sacrificed himself?"
"It's hard to say. I saw him being sent back to Seireitei for treatment; he had a large hole in his abdomen."
The group chatted amongst themselves, their faces beaming with the joy of surviving a disaster.
Regardless, they survived this brutal battle.
Slap slap
Shiraishi clapped his hands to attract their attention and said in a deep voice, "Alright, everyone, quiet down. No one died in this battle, but fifty-one soldiers were slightly or seriously injured."
You did a great job protecting humanity in the World of the Living world.
Now, let's return to Seireitei, eat well, sleep well, and wake up to another battle for justice. We'll stake the honor of the Thirteenth Division on this fight against evil to the very end!
Renji, you're in charge of leading the team back.
"Yes!"
Renji Abarai shouted back, then asked, " Captain Shiraishi, aren't you going back?"
"I will remain here to prevent any unforeseen events."
Shiraishi shook his head. He had already slept last night and was in great spirits, so naturally he had to stay on duty.
You've worked hard.
Renji Abarai bowed. He hadn't seen Shiraishi last night, but the captain must be fighting somewhere.
I have to stay on duty today.
That's not easy.
Reflecting on his earlier complaints, Renji Abarai felt deeply ashamed. He realized he hadn't been truly prepared and resolved to continue working hard tonight to fulfill his duties as vice-captain.
"It's alright, you can all go back."
Shiraishi used his Zanpakuto to open a large Senkaimon.
Guided by the Hell Butterfly, they returned to Seireitei in a group.
Beep beep, Shiraishi's Denreishinki started ringing, and a long list of coordinates was being updated.
Shiraishi disappeared Senkaimon.
At the same time, the hundreds of Hollows that had invaded the World of the Living had barely taken one step when they were gone.
A large number of Negación Threads were plunged into darkness.
Only one of them survived a little longer.
The Negación Threads transmitted back the man's image: a weak and helpless creature, its neck being choked, looking like a chick. "If you're so capable, send a few Espada over to play with. Don't send these small fry over during the day; they're a waste of my time."
Then, the Negación Threads also turned black.
Loly slowly opened her tightly closed left eye, revealing her right eye to be a pitch-black Hollow Hole, its edge inlaid with white bone armor, adding a touch of eeriness to her otherwise unremarkable face.
She stood up from the oval-shaped instrument.
This is the Forest of Menos.
The environment was dimly lit.
Several Gillian stood silently beside the tall quartz tree, their scarlet eyes hanging like lanterns atop it.
Giant Hollows and smaller Hollows gathered at the feet of the Gillian, standing along the tree roots.
The Negación Threads spread outwards from Loly as the center, adhering to the surface of these virtual bodies, and using these virtual bodies as a medium to invade the World of the Living.
Although her true form can travel to the World of the Living faster, there is one drawback: if Shinigami catches up with her, everything is over.
Using these virtual mediums is different; if one dies, it can be resent, and there's no need to worry about any risks.
Why are you up?
Szayelaporro asked a question.
Even when facing his former experiment and creation, his tone remained condescending, unchanged despite the other party's status Espada.
As always, Loly remained humble and answered every question. "The captain of the Shinigami was guarding there. All the Hollows they sent out were wiped out in an instant. I judged that there was no need to send out any more."
"We'll talk about it tonight in the World of the Living Las Noches to sleep now."
How do you manage to sleep?
Since accepting the mission, not a single Void has remained in the World of the Living.
At this rate, when will we ever be able to complete Lord Aizen's mission?
Szayelaporro frowned, his tone becoming increasingly savage; he didn't want to disappoint Aizen.
That man is becoming increasingly terrifying; now, not even a trace of Reiatsu can be detected.
Loly calmly replied, "There's nothing we can do about it. Those Modified Soul were too troublesome before, and later, with the Shinigami joining forces, the Hollows we sent out were no match for them."
"You don't need to remind me of this."
Szayelaporro replied with a grim expression, his hand supporting his chin as his mind raced, "In the end, it's those Void creatures that are so disobedient. Even if we command them repeatedly, they will still follow their instincts and choose to devour souls instead of obediently hiding."
At this point, Szayelaporro seemed to have thought of a good idea, his eyes flashing coldly, "The only way is to suppress their instincts and allow them to hide in the World of the Living, thus enabling the Negación Threads to spread smoothly."
Loly reminded him, "A Hollow's Reiatsu cannot be hidden."
" Lord Aizen previously experimented and created a batch of Hollows capable of concealing Reiatsu. I may request permission to review that process and create another batch."
Szayelaporro answered her question quickly, then frowned again.
If possible, he really didn't want to see Aizen. He stroked his chin, a smile appearing on his face, and said, " Loly, you can go and ask Lord Aizen for that experimental data."
"Anyway, with Captain Shinigami guarding the area, we don't need to deploy them too closely; just a few as probes will suffice."
My focus must shift to suppressing these illusory instincts, forcing them to lie dormant in the World of the Living so that the Negación Threads can spread throughout Tokyo more quickly.
"Okay." Loly didn't have much fear of Aizen; it was just a natural sense of obedience.
Szayelaporro pushed up his glasses and chuckled, "Then let's split up and try to produce a test subject before tonight."
Loly nodded, Sonído left the dark Forest of Menos, heading towards Las Noches.
