The Unforgiven from Shinigami
The deep sea formed by Reiatsu disappeared, and Shunsui Kyōraku's body did not fall onto the cold ground.
" Sōzōsa ~" A soft voice rang out, and a woman dressed in a gorgeous kimono caught the falling Shunsui Kyōraku. Her clothes and headdress were decorated with skull patterns, her hair was long and curly, and she wore an eyepatch over her right eye.
"Long time no see, Katen."
A smile appeared on Shunsui Kyōraku's face.
The woman chuckled softly and said, " Katen? That's too intimate of someone. He's clearly just a hypocrite who's playing around. He only comes to me when he needs something."
His words were filled with resentment.
"Forgive me, Katen." Shunsui Kyōraku smiled bitterly, not daring to argue, understanding the nature of his Zanpakuto.
Katen glanced at his injuries and continued in a sarcastic tone, "Look at your kimono, it's all torn. This is what happens when you wear other women's kimonos. It's really unsightly."
Shunsui Kyōraku said with a helpless expression, "You're still as harsh as ever."
"I may be harsh, but I am still a sword in your hand, and that will never change."
Katen sighed softly, then suddenly realized something was wrong and immediately carried Shunsui Kyōraku away.
winter.
A naginata was planted in the ground, tearing apart buildings within a kilometer radius and slicing a bottomless chasm into the earth. " Kyōraku! I, who am in Hell, will not die!"
Katori Batsu'unsai roared, but did not attack further. The chains of Hell dragged her towards the door. She glared fiercely in a certain direction and uttered a harsh threat, "You just wait."
"Thank you, Katen." Shunsui Kyōraku thanked her, then said with a wry smile, "Oh dear, being targeted by Captain Katori is really not a good thing."
You look tired, why don't you rest here for a bit?
"Yes, it's rare to see Katen get a lap pillow."
Shunsui Kyōraku spoke, he closed his eyes and chose to rest.
Let's go back a little bit.
As the icy Reiatsu filled the Seireitei, Retsu Unohana stood by the window, quietly watching the phosphorescent vapor drifting down outside, her expression serene.
She heard Izuhara's voice and knew that she was about to see her former comrade-in-arms and that a great battle awaited her.
At this moment, her beautiful face was devoid of any smile, filled with indifference, her jet-black hair cascading over her shoulders, Zanpakuto tucked into her waistband.
In the courtyard, the sunlight, now devoid of warmth, was swallowed by the sudden darkness, and a figure rose from within.
Her purple twin tails were tied back, and chains of Hell coiled around her body, transforming into clothing to cover her vital parts. Her left eye was swallowed by darkness. "Yo."
Without exchanging pleasantries, Retsu Unohana leaped out of the second-floor window, her long hair billowing, as fierce as she had been a thousand years ago. She drew her sword and swung it, unleashing a killing intent colder than Kyōraku's Reiatsu, which transformed into a sea of blood, exuding savagery and madness.
"Haha." Saitō Furofushi, laughed loudly, swinging his sword to block the attack. He had expected that the Reiatsu would collide violently, shattering the General Infirmary into dust.
Unexpectedly, Retsu Unohana's seemingly fierce attack was actually achieved through clever manipulation. She changed her downward chopping motion from above to an upward thrust at the very end.
Such an illogical and almost impossible move could only be executed by Retsu Unohana, who is proficient in all styles.
Saitō Furofushi, was propelled high into the air by the Reiatsu, a gale sweeping across the sky. A hint of disappointment flickered across her manic expression as she roared, " Yachiru, you've truly changed!"
Winter. Her foot landed on the roof, and the empty house collapsed, billowing dust, which was then dispersed with a single slash. "So concerned about the lives of the weak, with men and daughters, does that make your blade weak?"
Retsu Unohana landed gracefully in front, her face stern, but a hint of tenderness appeared in her eyes. She said, "We once regarded battle as our salvation, clinging tightly to that ray of glory."
I think it's not that we're so enthusiastic about fighting, but rather that we have nothing outside of fighting.
Saito, you must be lonely. People used to be willing to pay a fortune to have you kill someone, but no one was willing to try to understand your heart with a five-ring ticket.
At this point, a hint of apology, something she would never have shown before, appeared on Retsu Unohana's face. She said, "I'm sorry, we didn't save you back then."
"We" here refers to her and Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto.
"Shut up! That kind of thing is completely unimportant!"
Saitō Furofushi and eternal, roared loudly, utterly enraged. She didn't need anyone to save her, nor did she need anyone's pity. Was she lonely?
She understood that from the beginning, which is why she sought death. No one can truly understand another person's heart and still say "I love you."
"No matter how beautiful you are on the outside, you and I are the same; the pores of our souls are filled with filth and incurable sins of killing. Do you think that letting go will bring you salvation?"
The past cannot be changed!
Saitō Furofushi, scoffed loudly, his tongue lolling out of his mouth. He raised his Zanpakuto and declared, " Bankai: Twisting Blade!"
Her frenzied Reiatsu suddenly erupted, and the appearance of her Zanpakuto changed. Instead of becoming flashy, its shape resembled that of Shunsui Kyōraku's Shikai, Katen Kyōkotsu, and it appeared to be a direct attack type.
As for the actual situation, that's unclear.
Retsu Unohana had never seen Saitō Furofushi Bankai, nor had they ever fought each other.
The Original Gotei 13 was an assassin organization, ruthless to outsiders and equally ruthless to its own.
What makes her nostalgic is that the passage of time has changed her mindset, and she has developed a sense of camaraderie with the captains who were once in the darkness.
Let's remove that filter of memory. Back then, the truth was that everyone was on guard against the other, trying to avoid being betrayed.
" The Bankai Minazuki."
She gripped the blade, crimson blood gushing from her palms, smearing it across the blade, transforming the hard sword into a blood-stained blade that hung between her hands. "Come on."
Glug, glug, the walls, the sky, the gushing blood weaves together a space.
Saitō Furofushi, stomped on the ground, only to find that his foot could not sink. Ripples spread across the surface. He laughed loudly, "Interesting! I've wanted to see your strength for a long time, Yachiru!"
As the river of time flows ever onward, she remains trapped in the past. With a single step, she propels herself forward, creating ripples across the sea of blood.
The message reached Retsu Unohana's heart, and with a flick of her right hand, the blood-red blade lashed out like a long whip.
Saitō Furofushi, watched the attack coming at her face and swung her sword with her right hand. Her Twisting Blade looked like a direct attack type, but it was actually Kidō-type Zanpakuto.
Anything that is struck by her knife will be shredded into a ball.
The blood-stained blade immediately twisted and exploded. Saitō Furofushi, rushed forward, twisting his waist and thrusting the blade straight at Retsu Unohana's chest. Unohana quickly dodged, swinging the blood-stained blade back at the pale neck.
Black chains suddenly emerged from Saitō Furofushi body.
This move was completely unexpected by Retsu Unohana. She didn't panic; instead, she leaped up, flipped over Saitō Furofushi, and continued to lasso his neck with her blood-red blade.
Saitō Furofushi, was forced to shatter the blood-stained blade with his own. Turning around, he saw several more blood-stained blades already hurtling towards him. He quickly unleashed a twisted slash, shattering the blood-stained blades, and taunted, "You're not good at attacking, but you're quite good at running away."
As he spoke, Saitō Furofushi, used his Shunpo to charge forward.
Retsu Unohana's expression remained unchanged as she continued to unleash several blood-red blade strikes, stirring up blood from the ground.
"Ha!" Saitō Furofushi, suddenly swung his sword, the blade twisting the air into a ball, causing the blood-red blade to warp and reveal a hole large enough for someone to crawl through.
She walked straight through.
" The Bakudō #61, the Rikujōkōrō."
Retsu Unohana was already waiting. A flash of golden light appeared at her fingertips, and six golden shards pierced Saitō Furofushi waist, briefly trapping his Reiatsu. "You think this level of Kidō can trap me?"
"A faint, murky emblem, an unruly and arrogant talent, a surge of negation, paralysis, a moment that hinders eternal slumber."
The crawling steel princess, the self-harming clay doll, combines, rebounds, and extends to the ground—know your own powerlessness! Hadō #90: Kurohitsugi!
Retsu Unohana chanted with all her might, her Reiatsu soaring to its peak. The only thing that hadn't changed about her was probably her ruthless pursuit of victory.
Black cubes formed a rectangle, and countless turbulent currents of gravity transformed into blades that were applied to the body's surface.
"Ah!" Saitō Furofushi, roared and broke free from the Rikujōkōrō, but he was still a step too late. His body was torn apart by gravity, and a torrent of blood gushed out.
As the Kurohitsugi dissipated, she could barely stand. Not everyone had a body as robust as Sajin Komamura's. She glared at him with her right eye and said, " Yachiru, you can't kill me, but the jailers of Hell can't die."
Retsu Unohana swung her sword, splitting her head open. "At least this will send you back to Hell."
"Damn it!" Saitō Furofushi, roared, as the chains of Hell pulled her back. "You just wait!"
"Sorry, I'm not interested in that. I'll wait for my husband and daughter."
Retsu Unohana lowered her head, deactivated her Bankai, and looked up. "The sky looks clearer now, and the Captain Kyōraku is over too."
" Big Mom ~" A voice called from afar, Hakuhō Shunpo, her face full of excitement. She looked around and asked, "Where are the enemies?"
"It's settled," Retsu Unohana replied, then, noticing her disheveled clothes, began to straighten them, scolding, "You should at least pay attention to your appearance. Don't tuck your collar in, and lift up your skirt."
"Hey, hey, we're all in a time of war, don't be so long-winded, Big Mom."
Hakuhō grumbled, saying she didn't care about such trivial matters.
Retsu Unohana smiled and said, "Say that again?"
The warmth in his smile betrayed a deep sense of pressure, prompting Hakuhō to quickly change her tune, saying, "I'll go help Dad. Wait until Kazui and Ichika bring that bespectacled vice-captain over; remember to treat him."
You should show some respect to Lieutenant Ise.
Retsu Unohana scolded her and pulled her back, saying, "Don't even think about it. Aizen is no match for you."
"Then I'll go help Uncle Zaraki." Hakuhō changed her plans.
Retsu Unohana didn't let go, saying expressionlessly, "Do you want Zaraki to split you in two along with me?"
"Then I'll go help Grandpa Mayuri, that should be alright."
Hakuhō didn't want to be a mere bystander during the entire war. This was war, after all. She didn't quite understand the Original Gotei 13, but these guys who were already dead had suddenly appeared. How could she show the spirit of the moderns if she didn't teach them a lesson?
Retsu Unohana continued to shake her head, saying, "No, Captain Kurotsuchi might use some methods. What if you get infected and there's no antidote?"
"..." Hakuhō suddenly realized that her biggest mistake was asking her mother for her opinion, which meant she was not allowed to go anywhere. She could even guess what her mother's next words would be.
"Stay at the General Infirmary."
"Stay at the General Infirmary."
Retsu Unohana glanced at her daughter and nodded, saying, "Very good. It seems you understand some things. I'm very pleased."
Hakuhō retorted, "You won't let me do anything, you just want me to stay."
"Hmm, good girl." Retsu Unohana raised her hand and patted her daughter's head, looking towards the center with a hint of worry in her eyes. Aizen... after so many years, why did he have to appear here?
" Aizen, you've disappointed me a bit. I thought you'd learned your lesson after your last defeat, but are you still clinging to the privileges of a dictator?"
Shiraishi looked up, puzzled. Why was Ichigo able to stay obediently in prison Ichigo defeating Aizen, but he was determined to make a comeback?
Aizen stood in the air, unconcerned about the two captains who had been recalled to Hell. He smiled and said, "Dictator, you make it sound like you're no different. We are essentially the same; we are all using our power to reshape this world."
But it's different. The Soul Society and Hell —this world was destined for destruction from its very inception. I have no interest in continuing to rule this fragile world, but I still want to return here."
Aizen raised his hand, took a deep breath, and said, "Do you understand what it feels like to be in Hell? Even I was not immune to the effects of Hell, and I almost had my heart ripped out."
Fortunately, I persevered because of my unwillingness to give up on you, and fought against you, simply because I wanted to leave no regrets.
"No way."
Shiraishi Te wanted to draw his Zanpakuto.
Aizen laughed. "You've changed, Shiraishi. If it were before, you would have waited for reinforcements instead of facing me one-on-one. Is your responsibility as Captain-Commander driving you to want to take me down alone?"
Or are you afraid of me? Afraid that I'll take away someone you know? Are you that afraid of losing them?
"Oh my, long time no see, you're still as sharp-tongued as ever."
Shiraishi muttered to himself, "It's really unpleasant to have your thoughts read."
Aizen smiled and said, "I'm just buying you some time. The Original Gotei 13 and Szayelaporro will eventually fail. The immortals of Hell have developed a bad habit: they are not afraid of getting hurt."

Since they won't die anyway, they'll be fine even if they get injured or suffer a fatal attack.
So you don't need to rush, just wait here quietly. When I'm cleaning, I prefer clumps of dust to scattered dust, as they're easier to sweep up."
Shiraishi pursed his lips, thought for a moment, and realized that his chances of a one-on-one fight were indeed slim. He had defeated Aizen once, but he wouldn't underestimate him. "I'm sorry, I won't give you the chance to create chaos with Kyōka Suigetsu."
He drew his sword, " Bankai..."
