Kimura Keiichi proposed using Masaki Kurosaki as bait to draw out Shūkurō Tsukishima, and she agreed after arranging to visit Tokyo Tower. She brought Isshin Shiba along to meet the Shinigami captain leading the war.

They pressed the officials for the location of the institute holding a captured Fullbringer and finally received information about it.

• Hosokawa Ma returned to the prime minister’s residence, where Kayoko introduced him to Kūgo Ginjō, Kiriko Tazawa, and Shūkurō Tsukishima.
