Su Chen returned to the Su Clan, asserted his power across the Immortal Realm, and rescued Ye Lingxi after she was mortally wounded. After her recovery, Ye Lingxi committed herself to growing stronger, and Su Chen took her to Yun Yao’s Heavenly Pride Gathering for combat experience.

• Su Chen returned to the Su Clan with Ye Lingxi and the Demon Venerable, welcomed Ye Lingxi as family, and was proclaimed the clan’s Divine Son after defeating challengers.
• Su Chen visited Yingtian Academy, killed Ye Yuanlong and Song Jingshan, and met his mother Qin An, who agreed to help end his engagement to Ji Ningbing.
• Su Chen forced Ji Yunzhou to abdicate, made Ji Ningbing emperor of Great Xia, and then headed to Spirit Province after learning Ye Lingxi had left the Su Clan.
• Su Chen subdued the contenders for the immortal mine, took the entire mine, and left as Ye Lingxi and the Demon Venerable faced Zhou Qian, Hua Wuhui, and Yang Xiao.
• Su Moran intervened to protect Ye Lingxi and the Demon Venerable, but Old Daoist Han fatally wounded him and Zhou Qian critically wounded Ye Lingxi before Su Chen arrived and erased their attackers.

• Ye Lingxi defeated Shen Lang with her Invincible Sword Intent, and Su Chen refused to answer Shen Wan’s demands before Su Yanche killed him and Su Chen declared war on the Shen Clan.
• Su Chen and Ye Lingxi entered the Netherworld Forbidden Land, where Su Chen subdued Mo Yu and sent Ye Lingxi into the Ten-Thousand-Layer Tower to train.
• After Du Yuan asked him to save the Star Holy Land, Su Chen killed Yang Hua from afar, then found Lin Fan and revealed that the old man in his ring had been draining his Immortal Qi.

• Su Chen defeated Jian Wuhen, then made Luo Lan, Nan Yun, and Jian Wuhen spar with Lin Fan for a year, helping Lin Fan reach the Quasi-Emperor and Half-Emperor Realm Second Stage before leading them out of the Heavenly Abyss.
