On a secret island in the Grand Line, Lin Yuan lay on Yamato's beautiful legs, with Erza and Emile beside him.
The three had just finished their battle, and Lin Yuan listened to Erza's account, falling into deep thought.
"That old man Whitebeard actually guessed my existence. Could it be Kaido? Impossible. Kaido wouldn't say that; he'd probably be hoping someone else would attack me."
Looking up at Erza and feeling her softness in his hands, Lin Yuan said softly.
" Erza, tell me about the scene when you first met Whitebeard Newgate."
Erza thought for a moment, and then recounted what she had seen of the Whitebeard Pirates at that time.
" Lin Yuan, Whitebeard may be powerful, but he's not that bad! I don't think you're any weaker than him."
Lin Yuan was taken aback, then couldn't help but laugh. It seemed that the problem really lay there. Whitebeard Newgate truly lived up to his reputation as Four Emperors; his mind was something else!
Lin Yuan had more or less guessed what Whitebeard Newgate was thinking, and he carefully recalled the original work.
"Logically speaking, Whitebeard Newgate should be extremely powerful now. Although he's old, he should be the strongest of the Four Emperors."
