The warship was slowly approaching the fortress, where two people were already waiting: a tall figure who looked like an Egyptian pharaoh and a tall, blonde beauty.
Vic recognized the two men, Hannyabal and Domino. Hannyabal was holding a steel fork, tall, and dressed like an Egyptian pharaoh, except for his prominent and long brow bones that extended beyond his skull, giving him the appearance of a rough and rugged man.
Domino, on the other hand, is a slender and sexy blonde woman wearing a peaked cap and sunglasses. Her long legs are clad in tall, deep red boots, and she wears matching long gloves. She is a rare beauty.
After the warship docked, Vic pulled Pizarro off the pier. Pizarro was unusually calm, not at all like someone about to go to prison.
" Zephyr and this young man, thank you for your hard work. I, as the deputy commissioner, will take over this serious offender. The commissioner is busy and can't come. Actually, Magellan is taking a dump in the toilet, hahaha... Oh no, I've blurted out my true feelings again!" Hannyabal's first words after greeting him were to speak ill of his superior.
Vic was a little curious. Had Magellan already become the director? It seemed like he would be serving for a long time!
"Deputy Director! You can't speak ill of the Director here. He has important business to attend to and can't come," Domino interjected.
"My name is Domino, and I'm the Vice Warden here. Let's go in and get the handover done!" Domino continued.
" Magellan still has the same old problem, always running to the toilet at crucial moments, hahaha!" Zephyr laughed heartily, seemingly quite familiar with Magellan.
"This young man looks familiar, but I don't know his name!" Hannyabal said to Vic.
" Orens Vic, a fresh graduate!" Vic smiled.
Although Hannyabal was cowardly and lecherous, he had sound values and was reliable in crucial moments.
"That's no newcomer, he's quite a figure now, and he'll be a regular at Impel Down from now on, cough cough... I mean, you'll be sending pirates here quite often." Hannyabal was nudged by Domino.
Domino looked at the handsome, dark-haired man with a unique air about her with curiosity; he was quite different from the one she had seen in the newspaper.
At this moment, Vic was refined and courteous, showing none of his usual arrogance and indomitable spirit. The pictures in the newspapers were all of Vic in battle, which was very different from his usual self.
Vic usually conceals his powerful aura, appearing harmless, but when he gets fierce, he's the kind of guy who dares to fight even Akainu.
"Miss Domino, is your Chief Warden Shiryu of the Rain?" Vic asked.
"Yeah, that guy was supposed to come over for the handover, but I wonder which cell he's in torturing prisoners in. Honestly!" Hannyabal interrupted the question. Ever since he learned Vic's name, he'd been very attentive to Vic.
"Uh, yes, the Chief Warden is indeed Shiryu!" Domino said helplessly. "You, Hannyabal, really love digging into other people's secrets."
"I've heard that Shiryu is a powerful swordsman. I wonder if there's ever been a chance to spar with him?" Vic said with a smile.
"Well... well, that Shiryu Chief Warden's own wishes!"
"Hehe, I was just asking casually. If it doesn't work out this time, there will be other opportunities in the future!" Vic said with a hint of deeper meaning.
Someone Shiryu is bound to rebel sooner or later. It's better to kill him when the opportunity arises, so he doesn't become an ally of Blackbeard.
" Vic, let's skip this one. We don't have much time to begin with, and we've gone to all this trouble to come here. We have to leave after the handover!" Zephyr said.
"So rushed? I was hoping to visit the area below the prison," Vic asked, puzzled.
"You'll come again eventually, why the rush! Let Miss Domino give you a brief introduction!"
"No problem, let me explain briefly. Everyone who's going to be imprisoned has to undergo a baptism upon arrival, which involves being disinfected by boiling water. Then, based on the prisoner's crime, strength, and level of threat, they're placed in different levels of prisons."
"There are five levels from top to bottom. The first level is the Crimson Hell, the second level is the Wild Beast Hell, the third level is the Starvation Hell, the fourth level is the Blazing Hell, and the fifth level is the Freezing Hell. Each level has its own characteristics, and criminals will be punished and reformed there. That's a general overview of Impel Down."
"Oh, I heard there's a pack of white wolves in that Freezing Hell?" Vic glanced at Pizarro as he spoke.
"Yes, it's designed to toughen up the prisoners!" Domino replied.
Pizarro didn't react much, as if he already knew.
Vic didn't ask any more questions; he knew something about Impel Down.
He knew that there was actually a sixth level of Infinite Hell here, and a 5.5-level Newkama Land that Domino was unaware of. Morley of the Giant Race had a very long lifespan and should have already created the 5.5-level here.
"It seems there are still some taboos surrounding the sixth level, and it can't be discussed openly yet. Is it to prevent prison breaks? Or something else? Is Pizarro imprisoned on the sixth level because of his strength or because of his country's secrets?" Vic wondered to himself.
Soon the group entered the office. Domino took Pizarro to be disinfected, and before leaving, Pizarro gave Vic a deep look.
" Pizarro, be a good person in your next life! Maybe the future won't be so bad!" Vic shouted to their departing figures.
Hannyabal then signed the handover form, and Zephyr's escort mission was considered complete. The two said goodbye to Hannyabal and left, but Hannyabal warmly invited Vic to come often.
Zephyr and Vic returned directly to the warship. This time, the warship did not go through the Gate of Justice, otherwise it would have taken a long detour. The warship bypassed the Gate of Justice and rowed a distance through the Calm Belt before finally exiting Calm Belt.
Of course, some Sea Kings came to harass them, but Zephyr taught them a lesson and managed to leave the Calm Belt safely.
Just after the warship left the Calm Belt Calm Belt, the Sea Kings that had just been attacked were gathering there.
"Did you feel it?"
"Certainly!"
"It's the breath of destiny!"
"To get a clearer picture, we got beaten up by that powerful human!"
"Don't get so close next time..."
"Humans connected to fate are all powerful!"
This time, Vic didn't exert Mind Power, so he didn't hear anything. He didn't make a move this time; it was all Zephyr fighting alone. The students were amazed by Zephyr's combat power, which was also the reason why Vic didn't intervene. These people admired him greatly, but since Zephyr was the current instructor, they naturally had to let them know how powerful Zephyr was.
"Alright, everyone gather around. From this moment on, our Elite Camp training officially begins. Your test results are in."
Most people's physical fitness meets the requirements for learning the Six Powers, so we can begin practicing. Those whose physical fitness doesn't meet the standards should continue to strengthen their bodies through exercise.
You can write down the methods first, but don't try them right away, as that will harm your health. Focus on building up your physical strength first. I've posted the list here. Those who meet the standard can wait on the deck, and those who don't can go to the training room inside the ship to continue training!
Zephyr addressed all the students, announcing that they would begin learning the Six Powers from now on. Vic already knew all of these, so there was no need for him to participate; he was practicing alone. Rebecca and Wendy were also learning from Zephyr, but Vic would explain anything they didn't understand in his own way.
"On the warship, the Divine Staff is useless, and my training in Haki and physical strength can only proceed gradually. However, this won't affect my training in Observation Haki and Mind Power, which can be cultivated through meditation. This can become the norm on the warship from now on!"
"If I ever have my own warship in the future, it would be great if I could install a gravity training chamber inside. But right now, the only ones with that technology are probably the Vegapunk."
"I need to find an opportunity to meet with Vegapunk. He should still be in Punk Hazard's lab. Ordinary ships are too inefficient. I can learn a thing or two about his advanced technology. After all, he's a figure who's 500 years ahead of human technology!" Vic thought to himself.
