With three bursting bubbles, the coating on the three ships vanished into thin air. The three Moby Dick faced three directions, leaving only the seawater behind them. The Whitebeard Pirates ' formation was completed in an instant, catching all the marines off guard.
As the coating cracked, everyone on the pirate ship became visible. Marco, George, and 14 other captains were recognized. This was the entire Whitebeard Pirates assembled, which shocked many Marines.
However, as the rhythmic clanging of metal striking metal rang out, the various sounds of shock and amazement vanished instantly. The waves summoned by Whitebeard didn't crash over; instead, they disappeared directly into the sea, much to everyone's relief, and they even had time to talk.
But how could Whitebeard possibly use a feint? A sharp-eyed navy officer standing by the harbor noticed that the sea level was dropping rapidly, like the tide receding, with all the seawater rushing into the depths of the ocean.
The distance the seawater flowed back was so great that it even affected Luffy and his Luffy who were on their way to Marine Headquarters. The warship they had stolen was stopped by the backflowing seawater, and the huge inertia of the sudden stop caused most of the people on board to fall over.
The Navy hadn't realized the danger yet, but Vic already knew Whitebeard's plan. This was going to be a big one!
