Vic prepared his allies for the World Government’s assault while the Straw Hats confronted the Holy Knights at Elbaf and continued searching for the fourth Road Poneglyph. The arc left Vic training Ace and Nami toward greater strength as Luffy pursued his own path to Laugh Tale.

• Vic returned to his base, warned Yamato and Rebecca about the Holy Knights, reunited his companions, and welcomed Hancock into the crew.
• Vic learned that Ace had defeated the Cross Guild and become an Emperor, while Kuina became the World's Greatest Swordsman after defeating Hawk-Eye.
• Shamrock and Gunko attacked Elbaf, where the Holy Knights threatened the children and transformed giants, and Gaban, Robin, Luffy, Loki, and the Straw Hats fought back.
• Luffy and Loki held off Imu as Zoro and Gaban overcame Sommers, and the Straw Hats left Elbaf after Loki was cleared and crowned Elbaf’s next ruler.
• The Straw Hats clashed with the Holy Knights on their voyage, searched unsuccessfully for the fourth Road Poneglyph, and eventually returned to Reverse Mountain, and Luffy later hid his crew on Zou to develop his Voice of All Things.

Vic uncovered Joy Boy’s account of the Space Wanderers and learned why Imu feared Luffy’s discovery of the One Piece. As pirates and the Revolutionary Army converged on Lodestar Island, the World Government prepared to destroy the Straw Hat Pirates and the Seraphim began killing its forces.

• Nami admitted she had hidden her progress to spend more time with Vic, then demonstrated her mastery of weather powers and received Pure Gold earrings from him.
• Vic awakened Ain’s Return-Return Fruit by showing her the passage of thousands of years in an illusion, then learned that Shirahoshi was Poseidon and the Sea Kings’ king.
• Law and Kid joined forces on Whole Cake Island, defeated Katakuri and King, and escaped with Big Mom’s Road Poneglyph rubbing before they later reached Lodestar Island without the fourth rubbing.
• Vic deciphered Shanks’s tattoo using clues in Oden’s journal and found Laugh Tale’s coordinates, but Luffy independently discovered the fourth Road Poneglyph and Ace on a mountain behind Loguetown.
• Vic entered Laugh Tale before the Straw Hats, memorized Joy Boy’s inscriptions, and learned that Joy Boy had fought Imu and the Space Wanderers before leaving behind Poneglyphs and clues for future generations.
• Vic returned to Lodestar Island, shared Joy Boy’s account with Dragon and the Revolutionary Army, and watched the Seraphim battle CP0 as the Marines sent a huge fleet to destroy Luffy’s crew.
• The Straw Hats left Laugh Tale for Lodestar Island, while Ace, Buggy, Marco, Hawk-Eye, and Crocodile set out to learn what the One Piece was and prominent pirates converged on the coming conflict.
• After Dragon ordered the Seraphim to unleash their full strength against the World Government forces, S-Hawk, S-Snake, S-Shark, S-Bird, S-Crocodile, and S-Bat slaughtered people around them.

Saturn’s attack on Lodestar Island drew the Revolutionary Army, Kaido and Big Mom, the Marines, and rival pirate crews into a sprawling confrontation. Vic helped Kuma kill Saturn, Dragon destroyed Nusjuro, and Ace arrived to protect Luffy as more forces surrounded the island.

• Saturn arrived on Lodestar Island and attacked the Seraphim, but Koala ordered them to target him after he threatened her.
• Kuma, Sabo, and Ivankov fought Saturn after Vic revealed his role in Ginny’s illness, and Sabo learned to use Conqueror’s Haki to hinder Saturn’s regeneration.
• The Five Elders arrived as Kaido and Big Mom brought their forces to the battlefield, with Kaido attacking Nusjuro and Big Mom fighting Dragon.
• Vic isolated Kuma and Saturn in a pocket of space, letting Kuma destroy Saturn after Vic cut him off from his immortality.
• Dragon led the Revolutionary Army and the Seraphim against the Five Elders, and his Conqueror’s Haki tornado reduced Nusjuro to dust as the Marines arrived.
• Kid and Law joined the Revolutionary Army, Kaido, and Big Mom in opposing the Navy and World Government, but distrust between the factions left the battlefield at a standstill.
• Ace arrived and announced that he would protect Luffy, while Hawk-Eye, Buggy, and others accompanied him and powerful forces gathered around the valley.
• Tokikake and Gion fought pirates near their position as Vic realized that news of Luffy obtaining the One Piece had brought numerous factions to Lodestar Island.

Luffy arrived at Lodestar Island and declared that he had found the One Piece, revealing that it preserved the Void Century's history and provoking the World Government and pirates to fight. The Straw Hats and their allies battled the Holy Knights as Dragon's attack showed that even the Knights could die, while Vic concluded that Luffy's fight with Imu would decide the outcome.

• Saint Shepherd Sommers reached Lodestar Island, where the Five Elders realized the gathered forces could threaten the World Government, and the Holy Knights assembled under Shamrock and Garling.
• Dragon confronted Shamrock, his twin, and Garling over the family’s past at God Valley, while Garp revealed that he had sent Shanks away with Roger to protect him from the Celestial Dragons.
• The Holy Knights attacked the pirates with Shamrock’s Cerberus sword, Gunko’s bandages, Sommers’s thorns, and Jiringomu’s nightmare monsters, prompting Ace, Sabo, Sengoku, and Garp to discuss their power and cruelty.
• Luffy and the Straw Hats arrived aboard the Thousand Sunny, and Luffy declared himself Pirate King and claimed he had obtained the One Piece as allies from the Grand Fleet, Cross Guild, and other pirate crews gathered around them.
• Luffy explained that the One Piece preserved the Void Century’s lost history, and the Straw Hats and their allies fought the Holy Knights while other pirates tried to seize the treasure.
• The Straw Hat crew split across the battlefield, with Zoro, Sanji, Ace, Sabo, Nami, Jinbe, and others confronting the Knights as the Grand Fleet and allies helped defend the Sunny.
• Law and Kid accepted that the One Piece was history and joined the battle, while Kaido and Big Mom fought alongside Luffy’s allies against the Holy Knights.
• Dragon killed a Holy Knight with a Conqueror’s Haki-infused tornado, and trainee Holy Knights arrived to target weaker Straw Hat fighters as Vic judged that Luffy’s fight with Imu would decide the battle.
