In the headquarters of the Moon God Cult on the moon, inside a white palace, a young man in a white robe was adjusting his collar in front of a mirror. He looked somewhat like Tsubasa, only with softer features. He was Tsubasa and Tian Muyan's eldest son, Tenpei.
Suddenly, a soft sound came from behind. Tenpei turned around and saw Tsubasa standing at the door. He smiled and went to greet him, "Father, what brings you here? I should have told you in advance so I could have come to meet you."
"No need for that." Tsubasa walked into the hall, his gaze sweeping around. The pillars inside bore the clan emblem of the Ōtsutsuki. "Has anything happened to the Moon God Cult lately?"
"It's all good." Tenpei poured Tsubasa a cup of tea. "It's just that some disciples are still talking about rushing into space and building a new human home."
Tsubasa took the teacup, took a sip, and frowned slightly. "They certainly dare to dream. Let's go, take me to the sealed core of the moon."
Tenpei nodded and led Tsubasa to the secret chamber behind the Reincarnation Hall. The secret chamber was on the lowest level of the palace. Two Hyuga Clan guards in black armor stood at the entrance. Upon seeing Tsubasa, they immediately knelt on one knee. "Greetings, Immortal Venerable."
Tsubasa waved his hand, signaling them to get up, and then followed Tenpei into the teleportation array. Another mysterious place appeared. It was empty, with a circular altar in the center. The altar was engraved with complex runes, and a transparent light shield floated in the middle of the runes. Inside the light shield, a woman wearing a white Tomoe was floating in mid-air with her three eyes closed. Her long hair hung down to the ground. It was Kaguya Otsutsuki.
Tenpei stepped aside. "Father, after all these years of clearing and rebuilding, the seals on the Sage of Sage of Six Paths and his brother are right here. Do we really want to break them?"
Tsubasa transformed into the form of the Sage of Six Paths and walked to the altar, extending his hand and placing it on the light barrier. A ripple spread across the barrier, and Princess Kaguya, inside, fluttered her eyelashes and slowly opened her eyes. Her eyes were pale purple, with a hint of confusion in her pupils. Upon seeing Tsubasa, her gaze instantly sharpened. "It's you, Hagoromo."
"Long time no see, Mother." Tsubasa withdrew his hand, the light shield gradually thinning. "These past years have been hard on you."
Princess Kaguya landed on the ground, stretched her body, and her red robe drew an arc in the air. "Feeling wronged? You sealed me in this dark and sunless place, and you dare to say I'm wronged?"
"If I hadn't sealed you, the Shinobi World would have been in chaos long ago," Tsubasa said calmly. "Back then, you wanted to turn the Shinobi World into a breeding ground for White Zetsu, so I had no choice but to do it."
Princess Kaguya sneered, walked to the altar, and picked up a crystal ball placed on it. "Now you know to come to me? Have you run into trouble you can't handle?"
"Yes." Tsubasa didn't deny it. " The Ōtsutsuki Isshiki has appeared, and the Ōtsutsuki Clan could descend upon the Shinobi World at any moment. I need to know the secrets of the Ōtsutsuki Clan and how to deal with them."
Princess Kaguya toyed with the crystal ball, remained silent for a moment, then suddenly looked up. "You want to unseal me to deal with the Ōtsutsuki Clan?"
"Yes." Tsubasa looked at her. " The Shinobi World needs everything you know about the Ōtsutsuki Clan. The threat of the Ōtsutsuki Clan always hangs over the Shinobi World, and only you know their information and weaknesses."
Princess Kaguya laughed, a hint of mockery in her voice. "Back then, you and Hamura beat me to a pulp, and now you're begging for my help? Hagoromo, you really know how to scheme."
"I'm not begging you," Tsubasa said firmly. "I'm making a deal with you. I'll unseal you, and you'll help me fight the Ōtsutsuki Clan. From now on, you'll have a place in the Shinobi World, no longer a sealed prisoner. Haven't you always wanted a peaceful and quiet life?"
Princess Kaguya stared into Tsubasa's eyes, seemingly trying to find a trace of lie within them. After a long while, she put down the crystal ball and sighed, "Alright, I can promise you my child. However, you must first remove all my seals and restore my power."
Tsubasa nodded, walked to the center of the altar, and Hand Seals: "Release!"
With a low shout, the runes on the altar began to glow, the light barrier vanished completely, and the restraints on Princess Kaguya's body were released. She took a deep breath, and the surrounding Chakra began to surge wildly, her red robes fluttering without wind. "Finally free."
Tenpei watched in stunned silence. It was the first time he had ever seen Princess Kaguya in her true form, and she was even more majestic and beautiful than in the legends.
Princess Kaguya turned to Tsubasa, her eyes filled with a complex expression. " Hagoromo, aren't you afraid that I'll regain my power and attack the Shinobi World again?"
"I'm afraid," Tsubasa said frankly, "But I believe even more that you don't want to see the Ōtsutsuki Clan destroy the Shinobi World. After all, this is your homeland, and countless of your descendants live here. Although it was cruel of you to create the White Zetsu army back then, it was only to fight against the Ōtsutsuki Clan."
Princess Kaguya fell silent. After a while, she picked up the crystal ball and handed it to Tsubasa: "This contains my memories, all the secrets of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, including the location of their planet and their plan to plant the God Tree. Ōtsutsuki Isshiki may know more, but he was just a minor figure in the Ōtsutsuki Clan."
Tsubasa took the crystal ball, its coolness touching his skin. "Thank you, Mother. The Shinobi World is very powerful now; it won't be so easily invaded by the Ōtsutsuki Clan. How much do you know?"
Kaguya Otsutsuki laughed and said, " Hagoromo, I can sense that your strength is far above mine, but the Ōtsutsuki Clan is very strong and terrifying. I was just a low-level member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan back then."
Tsubasa nodded and put the crystal ball away. "I understand. So what are you planning to do next?"
"Let's go back to the Shinobi World first." Princess Kaguya walked to the door of the secret chamber, turned back to look at Tsubasa, "It's been so many years since I've been back, I wonder how much it's changed. By the way, your child is quite good, more promising than you were back then, and his strength is no less than mine."
Tsubasa laughed, "They are stronger than me. Let's go, I'll take you back to the Shinobi World to have a look."
The two walked out of the secret room, with Tenpei following behind, thinking to himself: I didn't expect my father to be so good at persuasion. He reconciled with Ancestor Kaguya so quickly. It seems that the Shinobi World is about to change again.
The three left the Moon God Cult and flew towards the Shinobi World. The moon still hung in the sky, its silvery light shining on them, as if coating this reconciliation that spanned a thousand years with a warm glow.
When they returned to the Immortal Venerable Hall, dawn was already breaking. Tian Yu and Tenchu were still guarding the Flying Zombie and Isshiki. Explosions echoed from Orochimaru's laboratory. Tian Yu, clutching a jade gourd, sneered in the direction of the laboratory, "Even if they explode again, it won't harm the Flying Zombie in the slightest. They'll just have to destroy your lousy laboratory!"
When Tsubasa returned with Princess Kaguya, Tian Yu and Tenchu were both stunned. Tian Yu reacted first, jumping up to Princess Kaguya and curiously looking her over. "You are the legendary Ancestor Kaguya? You are so beautiful!"
Princess Kaguya looked at the Tian Yu, her gaze softening slightly. "You are a descendant of Hagoromo, aren't you?"
Tsubasa introduced with a smile, "Her name is Tian Yu? She's currently the only woman in the Shinobi World to have reached the Golden Core Immortal Venerable Level."
Tian Yu nodded smugly, then pulled out a mushroom-shaped pill and handed it to her. "Here, take this. It will make you immune to all poisons! I made it myself!"
Princess Kaguya took the mushroom, both amused and exasperated. "Thank you, but I'm immune to all poisons anyway, I don't need to eat this."
Tenchu also walked over and bowed slightly to Princess Kaguya: "Greetings, Ancestor Kaguya."
Tsubasa introduced, "This is Tenchu, who has just entered the Golden Core Immortal Venerable and is one of only three Golden Core Immortal Venerable in the Shinobi World."
"No need for formalities," Princess Kaguya, looking at Tenchu. "Your strength surpasses mine; you don't need to bow to me. Shall we fight together against the Ōtsutsuki Clan and protect the Shinobi World?"
Tenchu nodded. "Yes."
