Background / History

Shi Fenglan was born amid a strange red celestial phenomenon, when a meteor fell from the sky. Diviner Gu Liangren determined that she was entangled by an evil fiend that would draw disasters toward her. To suppress it, her family confined her within a Formation Technique; the predicted confinement could last from twenty years to forever. 351

Following Gu Liangren's guidance, Shi Fenglan was sent to the Returning Heart Sect. Her isolated upbringing left her sheltered, lonely, and inexperienced with ordinary life, explaining much of her childlike behavior and naivety. 351 484
