Shu Shiraishi seized control of Konoha, crushed resistance from its clans, and began reorganizing the village around industrial power. With Mito Uzumaki backing his plans to harness the Nine-Tails’ Chakra, Shu declared Konoha independent from the daimyo and killed the envoy sent to enforce the daimyo’s demands.
Shu Shiraishi transformed Konoha into an industrial power, forcing its people to build factories, weapons, and mechs while crushing resistance. Konoha’s new machines defeated the invading Kumogakure army, and Shu captured the Third Raikage for use as a reactor power source.
Shu Shiraishi expanded Konoha’s industrial power through forced labor, economic coercion, new weapons, and captured specialists. The arc ended with Konoha’s submarines destroying most of Gengetsu’s fleet and killing many fleeing Kirigakure ninja.
Shu Shiraishi transformed Konoha into an industrial and military power, using captured tailed beasts to fuel its factories, aircraft, communications network, and nuclear weapon. After testing the weapon and declaring a new age of centralization, he faced surrender envoys from the Land of Lightning and the Land of Earth and demanded their sovereignty.
