Chaos City Lord is Original Ancestor’s first disciple and has protected humanity for hundreds of millions of years. With his teacher suppressed and Giant Axe Founder seldom managing routine affairs, he effectively serves as humanity’s chief steward, handling administration and mediating disputes between Universe Masters 261 627 666.

Before becoming a Universe Supreme Master, he divides his responsibilities among three bodies: his human main body explores the Universe Ocean, his Thousand Treasure River Clone guards the Primal Secret Region, and his main combat clone remains in the Initial Universe 546 666.

Supporting Lu Qingshan

At Ganwu Country Lord’s request, Chaos City Lord approves Lu Qingshan’s admission to the World Lord tier of the Primal Secret Region. His condition is that Lu Qingshan accept the Virtual Universe Company’s training without Ganwu interfering 137.

He subsequently follows Lu Qingshan’s battlefield achievements through Shadow Lord’s reports. After watching him kill Roaring Gold King as a World Lord, he classifies the evidence as top secret and identifies him as a potential future Universe Master. He privately regrets that such an outstanding prospect is already Ganwu’s disciple 211 220.

His support becomes increasingly practical: he grants Lu Qingshan Purple Lightning Dragon Scale Armor and treasury access, creates a teaching mission specifically suited to his talents, lends him the Time House, and later sends him the treasury’s five remaining bottles of Void Spirit Marrow 371 405 428. When Lu Qingshan reaches humanity’s highest circles, Chaos City Lord helps recognize him as the nineteenth Universe Master and introduces him to the faction’s hidden experts 556 557.

Disciples and Teaching

Chaos City Lord accepts Ling Yu as a personal disciple, granting her ten Chaos Stele study opportunities and assigning her the Eight Fists of the Thunder Beast for three thousand years 233. He initially worries that Lu Qingshan’s own study of the Beast God path will distract him from space and time, but accepts Ganwu Country Lord’s argument that Lu Qingshan should choose his own direction 258.

Lu Qingshan’s generosity toward Ling Yu prompts him to reconsider his own approach. Remembering that Kedi might have survived with better protection, he chooses the Ice Soul Crystal for Ling Yu 314. Later, when Golden Axe Venerable recommends Luo Feng as a disciple, he declines to take a second disciple already nurtured by Lu Qingshan 538.

The Earth Dispute

When Giant Axe Arena members pressure Luo Feng to sell Earth, Chaos City Lord challenges their interference and warns Giant Axe Founder against alienating Luo Feng and Lu Qingshan. He invokes humanity’s earlier rupture with the Yan God Race as a warning against mishandling its own talents 507.

After Luo Feng is recognized as humanity’s twentieth Universe Master, Chaos City Lord upholds the contract promising Earth’s return despite opposition from other leaders. He later shows those leaders evidence that Lu Qingshan has surpassed him in strength and insists that they accord him appropriate respect 663 664.

War and Breakthrough

During the conflict with the Demon Race, Chaos City Lord’s Thousand Treasure River Clone faces Shock Demon Ancestor at Mist Mountain. The attack costs him ten percent of his divine body before he shelters in a Peak Palace Supreme Treasure; Giant Axe Founder intervenes before the enemy can seal him 699.

In the subsequent invasion of Demon Race territory, he commands nine other Universe Masters. When twenty-nine enemy Universe Masters ambush the group with combined Soul Attacks, he burns divine power and shields his companions until Lu Qingshan arrives 719 723.

After entering seclusion, he breaks through to Universe Supreme Master. His clones merge, his Divine Kingdom becomes a Small Universe, and he begins structuring that universe with particular care after Lu Qingshan warns that its architecture affects his future potential 752 759.

Later Activities

Chaos City Lord joins Giant Axe Founder and Lu Qingshan in protecting Luo Feng outside the Tomb Ship after the Duan Donghe inheritance is obtained. Equipped with newly gifted Supreme Supreme Treasures, he fights Vast Ocean True God and gains the upper hand 770 771 772.

He continues balancing exploration with humanity’s defense. He plans to explore Universe Boat’s Core Land with Lord of Darkness, remains behind when other True Gods enter Jin World, and introduces the water-fire fusion practitioner Huo Qiong to Lu Qingshan as a suitable inheritance successor 827 877 903.

He also seeks Original Ancestor’s release through negotiations over the World Beast Crisis. After the crisis is resolved, the Three Ancestral Gods notify him and Giant Axe Founder of Original Ancestor’s release, leading to a reunion with their teacher 734 942.

He likewise offers to lend Giant Axe his newly acquired Canghai Divine Light because he believes it would be more effective in the stronger expert’s hands 546 734 735.

He respects personal boundaries despite his authority. He keeps Lu Qingshan’s clone information confidential, explicitly permits him not to answer questions involving personal secrets, and withholds his own speculation about Lu Qingshan’s inheritance and treasures 507 555 691.
