Jiang Xiaofeng secured the Lawrence Clan’s cooperation, demanded Mondstadt’s control from Diluc, and decided not to interfere with the Church of Favonius’s faith. He then began stirring the Ley Lines behind the cathedral as he prepared to take over Mondstadt through overt schemes.

• Jiang Xiaofeng returned Diluc’s father to Mondstadt, then went to the Lawrence Clan mansion and used Void Power to control a clan member and enter.
• Eula’s uncle threatened that the Fatui would help restore the Lawrence Clan, so Jiang Xiaofeng killed him and ordered the clan to keep dealing with the Fatui and reveal Mondstadt’s underground passages.
• Jiang Xiaofeng brought Diluc and his father back from the Knights of Favonius to Dawn Winery and demanded control of Mondstadt, warning Diluc that resistance would only lead to mental seals.

Jiang Xiaofeng created the Void Eyes, a new source of power, and explained to Diluc, Kaeya, and Diluc’s father how he planned to take Mondstadt. He intended to drive out the Fatui, replace the city’s defenses with his subordinates, and personally confront the Anemo Archon.

• Jiang Xiaofeng formed Void Eyes from his Void Power and caused them to appear among the people he had granted that power.
• Diluc’s father tested his Void Eye and warned Diluc that its power could win ordinary people’s allegiance and destabilize Mondstadt.

• At the Goth Grand Hotel, Saixiya identified the Favonius Sword used to kill a Fatui member as a blatant pretext, and Xisuo'en ordered reinforcements to attack the Knights of Favonius.
• Jiang Xiaofeng told the Lawrence Clan to welcome the Fatui and granted Ryan Lawrence a Void Eye, then decided the Gunnhildr Clan was the last obstacle to his control of Mondstadt.
• After reading people's thoughts with the Dream Nail, Jiang Xiaofeng concluded that Barbatos had little support among Mondstadt's people and took the drunk Venti from Angel's Share to Starsnatch Cliff.

As the Fatui demanded Favonius Swords from Jean, she sent Eula to investigate the Lawrence Clan, while Jiang Xiaofeng’s Royal Guards continued driving monsters away from Mondstadt.

• Jiang Xiaofeng flew Venti back to Mondstadt and sent him to the Angel's Share under house arrest.

Jiang Xiaofeng transformed the Anemo Archon’s statue and declared himself Mondstadt’s ruler, turning the city’s Vision bearers into Void Eye bearers. He gathered the people in the plaza and offered them power for bowing to his statue, while the Royal Guard arrived to suppress resistance.

• Jiang Xiaofeng changed the Anemo Archon’s statue into a statue of himself and put Jean to sleep, replacing her Anemo Vision with a Void Eye.

• Jiang Xiaofeng flew through the thunderstorms to Narukami Island and met Hanasato among the ruins below the shrine.
• Jiang Xiaofeng used The World and his Void Power to make Hanasato real, then told her the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual was no longer her burden.

Jiang Xiaofeng created an Electro Hypostasis to escape Kujou Sara, then gave Arataki Itto and his gang Void Eyes. After returning to Hanasato, he learned she feared she would have to disappear if Kitsune Saiguu was revived.

• Jiang Xiaofeng and Hanasato watched Kujou Sara's soldiers arrest Arataki Itto and his three followers in Inazuma City.
• When Kujou Sara confronted Jiang Xiaofeng about his ability, he summoned an Electro Hypostasis and teleported Arataki Itto's gang to Byakko Plain.

After he escaped a crowd of bounty hunters and left Kiminami Anna in danger, Void Power erased witnesses and caused the accusers to die; later, Jiang Xiaofeng answered the revived women’s questions about their descendants and Inazuma.

• Kitsune Saiguu woke beside Mikoshi Chiyo, Hanasato, and Jiang Xiaofeng, who left them together so Chiyo could explain modern Inazuma.
• At Kiminami Restaurant, Jiang Xiaofeng overheard that Kujou Sara had issued a wanted notice for Arataki Itto and released a portrait of the mysterious man who had rescued the Arataki Gang.
• Tezuka recognized Jiang Xiaofeng from the portrait, so Jiang stopped time, paid Kiminami Anna, raised the road to block the crowd, and vanished.
