Herman thought for a moment, then shook his head. "No. Although Harry is a bit quirky, she'll still keep her promises. She'll just refuse from the start, not agree and then go back on her word. Unless there's a special reason."

He had intended to use "awful" to describe Harry's personality, but changed his mind before he could finish.

After all, Harry and Draco now on the same side. If Draco, he would be in trouble.

Besides, Harry is quite pretty, so Herman gave her a more neutral description in the end, considering her looks.

When Draco heard the words "special reasons," she raised her eyelids slightly, as if something had lit up her mind. "Did she sneak off to Hogsmeade again without inviting me?"

Herman paused for two seconds, weighing the option of "sneaking off to Hogsmeade " in his mind.

Going to Hogsmeade is considered a special reason? That place is now teeming with Vampire and Werewolf; normal people would be trying to avoid it.

"What kind of special reason is that?" He finally couldn't help but mutter a complaint.

Draco didn't reply, instead leaning back against the railing, her gaze unconsciously sweeping across the court, muttering something under her breath. It was probably a series of speculations about Harry, mainly revolving around the idea that not including her in fun activities meant she wasn't a true sister.

Herman leaned against a pillar, his gaze shifting from the pitch to the entrance below the stands.

Fortunately, not long after, a figure appeared in the direction of the stadium entrance.

The figure walked out of the gate, carrying a long, rectangular package wrapped in dark cloth.

The red hair shimmered with a warm glow in the afternoon light.

Draco's eyes lit up almost instantly. She jumped off the railing and waved vigorously in that direction, patting Herman on the shoulder twice with her other hand. "Here she comes! Harry's here!"

Herman also raised his hand in a gesture of acknowledgment.

Harry's pace remained the same, unhurried, as she walked in from the edge of the court, carrying her package, still a dozen steps away from the fence.

But the moment she appeared at the edge of the court, she attracted the attention of everyone inside.

The Slytherin players who were warming up stopped almost simultaneously, as if directed by some signal, and flew towards Harry on their broomsticks.

The brooms traced arcs through the air, raising a few blades of grass and dust as they landed at the edge of the field. Seven or eight figures lined up in front of Harry, blocking Draco and Herman's view of Harry.

Draco frowned, lowered her hand that was halfway through its swing, and glanced from the row of backs towards Harry, wondering what was going on.

Herman looked at the backs of the players' heads and a guess formed in his mind.

Soon, the players' words confirmed his suspicions.

Quidditch team captain Marcus stood at the front, broom held horizontally in front of him, chin slightly raised, his tone carrying an indescribable air. "Hey, isn't this our new Seeker? Late on his first day of practice, quite the character."

Terence, the former Seeker behind him, caught it even faster, his voice a half-tone higher than Marcus's. His eyes swept over Harry's face, "Of course she's got connections. Who knows where she got in through connections? Becoming a Seeker in her freshman year, I wonder if she'll just fall right down when she takes off. I hope she doesn't hurt that pretty face."

When he said "pretty face," the curve of his lips carried an uncomfortable meaning, and several players next to him laughed, though their laughter was somewhat unnatural, at least some of them laughed out loud.

Draco's expression changed rapidly after hearing those words.

She had been frowning, but now her face was filled with pure anger.

Her cheeks were flushed, and her eyes were fixed on the backs of the row of players, as if she wanted to burn two holes in their backs.

She now believes that Harry's inclusion in the team is her own doing, that she wrote a letter to her father to tell Snape.

Isn't what these people are saying just a slap in her face?

Draco took a step forward, her foot landing heavily on the bottom beam of the railing. Just as she was about to retort, she heard footsteps behind her.

The footsteps came from the side of the stands, neither fast nor slow, each step steady.

An older boy walked down the steps of the stands, his dark green robe swaying gently in the breeze, a Prefect's badge pinned to his collar.

His gaze swept over the row of players at the edge of the court, finally settling on Marcus and Terence, where it lingered for a moment.

Marcus glanced back at the newcomer, his expression shifting slightly, his smugness fading considerably, but he still forced a smile and asked, "Why is the Prefect here?"

The Prefect's tone was flat, revealing no emotion. " Head of House Snape sent me to oversee training. Now that everyone's here, let's begin. Don't just stand around."

When he said "Everyone's here," his gaze swept over Harry, then glanced at Draco and Herman, before looking away.

The tone sounded like he was talking about training, but he was positioned right between Harry and the group of players, like a semi-transparent wall.

As one of the few intelligent people in Slytherin House, the Prefect had long noticed Snape's special attention to Harry. Whether it was during regular classes or even having him watch a regular training session, it was clear that Snape wanted him to stand up for Harry.

Marcus opened his mouth, as if to say something, but the Prefect didn't give him the chance.

He waved his hand, as if urging someone on. "Let's go, fly up and warm up."

The players exchanged glances, and several of them had already turned their brooms and flew towards the center of the field.

Marcus glanced at Harry one last time, said nothing more, turned and leaped into the air, his broom creating a gust of wind that blew grass clippings to Draco's feet.

Terence followed behind him, glancing at Harry for a moment before taking off, then flew away as well.

The Prefect stood still, watching the players take off one after another, before turning around and nodding in Harry's direction, as if in silent confirmation. Then he walked to the sideline of the field and stood still, his eyes fixed on the dynamics on the field.

Harry didn't say a word from beginning to end. She carried the package across the edge of the stadium and walked to the stands where Draco and Herman were standing.

Draco had already come down from the stands. When she went to greet him, her anger hadn't subsided. Her lips were pursed, and she took large strides.

She walked up to Harry, glanced at the players already airborne in the distance, then looked away, her tone carrying a firm "I feel indignant for you" quality. "It's alright, Harry, wait for me to find Professor Snape and have them all replaced."
