Shimura Danzō used Izanagi to survive Uchiha Itachi’s Tsukuyomi and Uchiha Yōko’s Wood Release, insisting that he was immortal. With eight Sharingan still available, he challenged the Uchiha to keep trying to kill him.
Uchiha Gen'yō demonstrated how to defeat an enemy who could resurrect by killing Shimura Danzō repeatedly with Kamui techniques until all ten of Danzō's Izanagi eyes were spent. With Danzō helpless and terrified, the Uchiha forces closed in on him.
Uchiha Yōko removed the ten Sharingan from Shimura Danzō as the Uchiha reclaimed the eyes he had stolen. Uchiha Itachi presented them to Uchiha Gen'yō and asked how Danzō's final sin should be purified.
Uchiha Gen'yō used Kamui: Existence Erasure to erase Shimura Danzō from existence, causing people’s memories of him to fade. Itachi resisted the effect but watched his hatred weaken, while Homura and Koharu panicked as their memories of their former ally vanished.
Uchiha Gen'yō ordered the Uchiha children to punish the fleeing advisors, while Hiruzen Sarutobi, crushed by the erasure of his beliefs, found a final resolve to confront Gen'yō. The chapter ended as Hiruzen invoked the last light of the Will of Fire.
Hiruzen Sarutobi summoned Enma and fused with him using a forbidden technique, becoming a gigantic Battle Demon God. After the fusion destroyed Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu, Hiruzen challenged Uchiha Gen'yō to descend and fight.
Hiruzen Sarutobi unleashed his ultimate Five Release technique against Uchiha Gen'yō, creating a world-ending natural disaster and calling it his final lesson and a funeral for the new era’s god. As the attack neared Gen'yō, he finally moved and addressed Hiruzen.
Uchiha Gen'yō effortlessly stopped and absorbed Hiruzen Sarutobi's world-ending attack, leaving Hiruzen defeated and stripped of hope. Gen'yō declared the performance over and challenged him over the strength of his staff.
Uchiha Gen'yō defeated Hiruzen Sarutobi and erased the old Hokage’s beliefs, Konoha, and the village’s place in the Land of Fire’s memories. As Hiruzen’s soul vanished after warning that true gods would awaken, Gen'yō proclaimed the start of a new Uchiha era.
Uchiha Gen'yō transformed the desert where Konoha had stood into a divine capital called Utopia and declared a new order for the world. He then revealed to the Uchiha clan that ruling this world was only the first step in a mission to lead them across the sea of stars.
Uchiha Gen'yō revealed that the Ōtsutsuki had made the world a source of Chakra Fruit, then rallied the clan to prepare for an interstellar war. After the system issued a ten-year mission to secure their world and defeat the hidden Ōtsutsuki, Gen'yō began resurrecting Madara Uchiha.
Uchiha Gen'yō resurrected Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju, offering Madara a chance to fight Hashirama if he served the new divine empire. As Gen'yō assigned Hashirama to grow a World Tree, Orochimaru began preparing an army and sought a true Tenseigan from the Ōtsutsuki on the moon.
Uchiha Gen'yō's resurrected clan celebrated the birth of their futuristic capital, while Itachi and Sasuke chose their roles in its future. Gen'yō revealed that peace was only a prelude to his coming conquest of the stars.
