There he reunited with Xuan Bing and, after protecting her from cultivators trying to capture her, agreed to defend fleeing Heaven-Pillaring Sect disciples from the Blood-Melting Hall.

• Lin Xuan cleared sixty-three stages of the Demon-Subduing Hall, earned twentieth place, and gave the rewards to Duan Nianwei before using the system’s rebates to strengthen himself.

• Xuan Bing killed the Blood-Melting Hall Venerables, and Lin Xuan took their Storage Bags before leaving the Heaven-Pillaring Sect disciples.
• At Cloudmist Marsh, Lin Xuan killed Fang Sheng and Fang Fu, reclaimed the lotus seeds, harvested the Holy Lotus of Creation, and shared its seeds and lotus root with the other Holy Heavens and Primordial Holy Heaven.
• Lin Xuan reached the ancient hall with Wen Ling’s group, chose the dangerous right passage, and killed the demons guarding the Vermilion Bird Spirit Fruits before advancing to a small sword with a powerful Sword Intent.
• Lin Xuan surpassed Mo Hui’s distance before the small sword, while the Soul-Devouring Demon-Refining Flower revealed its trap and sealed the hall.
• Xuan Bing fought the flower to protect Lin Xuan and the others, but it pierced her chest, leaving her gravely wounded as Lin Xuan awakened his Sword Domain.
• Lin Xuan pursued the fleeing flower, killed it near the edge of Cloudmist Marsh, and returned to leave with Wen Ling and the others for Demon-Suppressing City.

Lin Xuan revealed his strength while protecting Elder Zuo and helping Ji Mingzhu secure the Thearch Infant Pill. The Ling Household apologized to the Ji Household and paid compensation after learning Ling Qiu had offended Lin Xuan.

• Wen Ling exchanged the Soul-Devouring Demon-Refining Flower’s corpse for points, and news of its death spread through Demon-Suppressing City.
• Qu Youmeng defeated Meng Tianya in a single strike and joined Primordial Holy Heaven after seeing Lin Xuan.

Lin Xuan reunited with his family and disciples, became head of the Supreme Institute, and faced the collapse of Primordial Holy Heaven after Bai Wuya’s death. As the Primordial Slaying Alliance formed and began attacking, Han Ming challenged the academy to produce a fighter within three days.

• Elder Zuo told Bai Wuya that Lin Xuan had defeated and killed six Ancient Emperors, and Bai Wuya ordered Lin Xuan’s strength kept secret.
• Lin Xuan reunited with Lin Yuechan, gave her Fortune Lotus Seeds, and vowed to find their youngest sister, rescue their eldest brother, and avenge the Lin Household.
