(Male protagonist's perspective)
After I destroyed the gate as Druid, I flew south. Once I was out of sight, I circled around and rushed to the top of the Sith from the north. All of this happened in about 10 minutes.
About 60 meters away, I dismounted from Sith and approached the gate. I didn't want to get any closer to the gate with Sith, because there were many Scorpion on the Wall. I shouted with all my might.
"I, Aermir Ser Drasil, challenge Harras Harlaw to a duel."
Harlaw didn't say anything, so I started shouting again.
"I have never seen anyone who calls himself a knight so silent in the face of a challenge."
I turned to the North army and spoke, pointing towards the Citadel.
"Are we sure there's a knight inside? I don't think so."
Upon hearing my words, the soldiers began to laugh, and then a voice came from the direction of the Citadel.
"I won't fight with nobody or a child!"
"Yes, well said. That's what the heir of the House Tawney said before he died by my sword. If you're afraid, tell us, and we can start the war. Don't act like a woman, shouting and yelling in your Citadel without even showing your face."
Thunderous laughter erupted from the North army.
"Let me give you another reason."
I held the Red Rain up in the air and said...
"I'm giving ownership of Red Rain as a reward to the winner."
A few minutes later, he said.
"That doesn't belong to you, thief. How can you give something that doesn't belong to you as a reward?"
"Just a heads up, how did the House Drumm come to own this sword? Oh, they won it in a respectable duel, right? Or did they ambush the heir of the House Reyne and steal it?"
I held up the Red Rain and continued.
"You can't steal from thieves, that's called liberation. He was killed on the battlefield, not in an ambush. We respect the people of Drumm more than they respect the people of Rennes. If you don't believe me, you can stand in front of me and see for yourself."
"Even if the sword is yours, what do I gain by killing a child?"
"You will gain a reputation. I am known as the Sword of the Old Gods in the North, but in truth, you are the real nobody here. If you weren't the master of Nightfall, no one would remember your name. At least, I wouldn't care about your existence."
After receiving no response, I continued.
"Listen, we're not stupid here. We all know you're trying to buy more time while setting up more roadblocks around the gate. We know that, but we won't attack. You know why? Because we North can run over a few wet rats like you at any time. I'm giving you a chance to become famous not only on your island but throughout Westeros. If you defeat me and take the Red Rain, you can choose to return it to House Drumm, or give it to whomever you wish."
"I won't be fooled by these words."
I turned and shouted to the North army:
"Brothers, see those cowards? They're so afraid of me, they keep wriggling around. I know your Lord Rodrik is a bookworm, but I didn't know you were one too. I bet the balls of North woman are bigger than those of you wet rats."
Another burst of thunderous laughter erupted from the army.
"Just like your master, do you use your testicles as bookmarks? Is that why you're still speaking on the Wall? From this day forward, I appoint you the Joker Knight; I will personally oversee spreading this news throughout the North, the Westerlands, and the Riverlands. The whole world will know how the Sword Eater and Eunuch Knight Harras Harlaw couldn't even stand before a sixteen-year-old North Knight."
After a few more minutes of silence on Harras Harlaw's side, a knight slowly emerged from the destroyed city gate. The moment he stepped out, I cast all my Buff spells and a new armor spell. Unlike another spell that created a thick layer of bark, this one simply formed a protective aura around my skin, making it appear slightly darker. This spell protected my body without any weaknesses, meaning even if I were hit in the eye by an arrow—at worst, it would feel like a light punch—I cast the spell just to be safe.
Glome Agri ( Spore Ground )
Small Mushroom started sprouting in the grass, but I cast the spell a little to our right, not where I am now. If I felt I was going to lose the fight, I would pull him there; the Spore Ground would create an illusion effect that lasts for 2 minutes. Even with the protection of " Nightfall," a level 4 spell would affect him for a long time, enough for me to kill him.
He wore full plate armor and carried a shield and a banner. The banner bore his personal emblem and four corner designs: a silver scythe on black and a peacock on cream. Like the banner, his shield bore the same emblem. I remember the peacock was the symbol of House Serrett. I guessed his mother must have come from the Westerlands.
He walked to within ten meters of me and planted the flag in the ground. He was very tall, about 1.95 meters, and I was 10 centimeters shorter than him. After letting go of his hand, he took off his helmet, and I took mine off too. He had a solemn long face and dark brown hair. His belt bore the inscription " Nightfall."
This sword is exquisite, with a long but thin blade, at least 5 centimeters longer than " Red Rain ". It has a long cross guard with intricate gold decorations in the center. It has a long double hilt made of moonstone, a milky white gemstone, like the full moon on a cloudless midnight.
"Red Rain " is a one-and-a-half-handed sword, while " Nightfall " is a suitable two-handed sword, but this guy intends to use it with a shield. He must be very confident in his abilities. Because of the sword, I couldn't see his condition before he made his move, but I guess if he were to use the sword with one hand, his strength would be around 12-13.
"Child, I'll make you reap what you sow, and you'll beg for mercy."
"We'll see, oh, thank you."
He looked at me with a confused expression.
"Thank you for bringing Nightfall to me."
