Robert stood in Casterly Rock, looking out the window. Behind him, the lords of the Seven Kingdoms were engaged in a heated discussion, deciding on their war plans. If they could see his expression, they would be astonished. Everyone else was in a panic, but he wore a smile. Robert was overjoyed; his monotonous life had finally gained some excitement.

( Robert Baratheon's perspective)

After calming myself down, I turned to the lords at the table. The lords —Lannister, Tully, Tyrell, and Stark —were unable to extricate themselves from their heated discussion, which was escalating. Hoster Tully, encouraged by Ned's presence, launched a fierce attack on the House Lannister.

"Lord Tywin, how could you lose your entire fleet after receiving a reasonable warning from the Ironborn, and how could you lose nearly 100 ships when you couldn't even shoot down 20?"

Gerion Lannister was probably known for his hearty laughter. This time, however, he didn't laugh and interrupted before his brother could answer.

"This might sound like an excuse to you, but you couldn't possibly have noticed their approach. They came shrouded in thick fog, you simply couldn't believe it. I've been sailing the seas as far back as I can remember, and I've never seen such a curtain of fog. It was as if a powerful force desired their victory. Perhaps the Seven were testing us, testing the limits of our faith and courage, but one thing was certain: all the good fortune in Westeros that day belonged to them."

The Old Lion watched them silently. My cheap father-in-law is a ruthless man; he will avenge this humiliation.

Because of his father, Tywin's pride was extremely fragile when it came to the Lannister name. Therefore, he couldn't tolerate any tarnishing of the Lannister reputation. Hoster was an idiot; he thought that by marrying into the House Arryn and House Stark, he could escape Tywin's wrath. This ruthless Old Lion would hold onto this insult tightly, and even if it took five or ten years, he would definitely retaliate.

I turned to Creylen Cleryn and said.

"Still no news from my brother? Where is the Royal Navy fleet?"

The Lannister fleet has been burned for three months. I'm about to explode with boredom. If I could land on the Iron Islands, I would launch an attack right now. Salt King, what an idiotic title! Those wet rats must have drunk too much brine. Just you wait, Balon, I'll smash your salt-filled skull with my hammer.

"My lord, the last words we heard from Lord Stannis were that they had assembled the remnants of Redwyne's fleet and were heading this way. They should arrive here in a month, and if I'm not mistaken, they should already be engaged in battle with Euron Greyjoy's fleet."

How many soldiers do we have?

He began to organize the documents in his hands.

"Oh, here they are. 17,000 in the North, 3,000 along the way, 25,000 in the Westerlands, 12,000 in the Riverlands, 20,000 in the Vale, 35,000 in the Crownlands and Stormlands combined, and finally 30,000 in the Reach, but 20,000 of those are on their way here."

I turned to Hoster Tully and said.

" Tully, is this the best the highest-ranking officer in the Riverlands can do? Do you think twelve thousand men from the Riverlands dare to participate in this war?"

Hoster Tully looked slightly displeased, his face turning red.

"Lord Walder Frey promised to send 4,000 men, but he has not yet joined us. That is why we are outnumbered."

"We have enough men to crush those wet rats. Where are you, Stannis?" Just then, a messenger rushed in, speaking hurriedly.

" The Ironborn is attacking Seagard."

I immediately opened the battle map.

Who is the person most capable of helping the House Mallister?

Hoster replied immediately.

The army from the Riverlands is stationed near the Oldstones and will be able to reach the Seagard in a few days to provide support.

"Immediately relay the message."

Just then, a Crow with white feathers shaped like a "v" on its head sat by the window, observing everything that was happening.

(Male protagonist's perspective)

-Dad, the Ironborn are attacking a place called Seagard.

Damn it, I just passed there three hours ago, and the Sith are on break. Right now, I'm flying over Riverrun. If I fly straight along the coastline, I'll be there in three hours. I changed course and flew at top speed.

( Jason Mallister's perspective)

At Dawn, the Ironborn suddenly surrounded the Citadel, and we were besieged. As the bells of the Booming Tower " rang, we were able to move all the civilians to safety, but the Ironborn burned everything outside the Wall. The bronze bells of the Booming Tower rang for the first time in three hundred years.

The Ironborn are not an army; they clearly lack experience in siege warfare. Normally, they retreat immediately after attacking and looting, but this time they intend to capture Seagard. My ancestors have guarded this Citadel for generations; it will not fall before my eyes. Rodrik Greyjoy, the heir of Pyke, is the leader of this Ironborn force, and this young successor must be eager to prove himself.

They have about six thousand men, while we only have a thousand. We were too arrogant, thinking that just because we had amassed an army, they wouldn't attack us. It will be a tough battle, but the head of this young sea monster will be mine.

The battle had been raging for five hours. The inexperienced Rodrik had no choice but to rely on numerical superiority, which proved ineffective against the high walls of the Seagard. However, the relentless rain of arrows from his archers kept us constantly on the move. I had lost about 200 soldiers, either dead or wounded, but also about 1,000 Ironborn soldiers. It seemed that if the fighting continued for a few more hours, we would be unable to stop them from scaling the Wall.
