Obito emerged from Kamui above the ruined great hall and revealed himself to the battered shinobi, drawing Mei Terumi’s fury for his role in the Bloody Mist. Convinced that Kamui made him untouchable, he confronted Senju Kenya and prepared to address the defeated nations.
Obito revealed the Eye of the Moon Plan, demanded the Nine-Tails and Eight-Tails Jinchūriki, and declared the Fourth Shinobi World War. As the gathered leaders and samurai sank into silence, Senju Kenya’s voice suddenly rang out from the crater.
Senju Kenya confronted Obito Uchiha, ridiculed his plan to use the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and exposed the grief over Rin’s death behind it. Obito activated Kamui and claimed Kenya could not touch him, but Kenya launched a Haki-infused punch that could shatter space.
Senju Kenya shattered Obito Uchiha’s Kamui intangibility with a punch from afar, striking his body inside the alternate dimension and forcing him back into the physical world. Obito’s mask broke apart, leaving him wounded and terrified before Kenya and the assembled Kage and samurai.
Senju Kenya shattered Obito’s mask and damaged the Kamui Dimension, then drove him to flee through a space-time vortex. Kenya returned to the stunned crowd at Wolf Fang Fortress while Obito escaped.
Senju Kenya mocked the masked man who claimed to be Madara Uchiha, while Ōnoki confirmed that the impostor lacked the real Madara’s character. With the Fourth Shinobi World War looming, the Kage and Mifune’s samurai pledged their forces to Kenya.
After the Ten-Tails appeared, the leaders of the great nations and the Land of Iron pledged their forces to Senju Kenya and named him supreme commander of the Shinobi World Allied Army. Kenya accepted the command, imposed a unified army structure, and ordered new standardized uniforms, leaving the allied forces preparing for his reorganization.
Senju Kenya outfitted the eighty thousand Allied Shinobi Forces with Iron Fist uniforms and badges, then declared them one family under his banner. The newly unified army roared its support and marched south behind him.
Senju Kenya returned to Konoha after forcing the four Kage to submit and taking command of the Shinobi world's allied forces. He rallied Konoha's troops for war against the Akatsuki, and Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha began punishing training.
Naruto and Sasuke’s weighted push-up contest sparked a village-wide physical training frenzy after Senju Kenya promised meat and dividends. The chapter ended with Tsunade discovering that tens of thousands of Konoha residents had joined in, crushing her teacup in shock.
Tsunade confronted Senju Kenya over turning Konoha’s ninja into bald, heavily muscled fighters, but Kenya defended his training as preparation for the coming Fourth Shinobi World War. The chapter ended with Obito returning to Amegakure to report that Konoha’s forces could blow apart mountains with a punch, leaving the White Zetsu in stunned silence.
Obito Uchiha returned to the underground hideout badly injured after Senju Kenya shattered his mask through the Kamui Dimension. When the original White Zetsu described Konoha’s newly muscular, heavily trained forces, the hundred thousand White Zetsu clones panicked over how useless their infiltration tactics would be.
Obito returned to the underground hideout battered after Senju Kenya defeated him at the Five Kage Summit, while the White Zetsu learned that Kenya had taken command of the allied forces and turned Konoha’s ninjas into brutally trained fighters. The White Zetsu army realized its camouflage and infiltration tactics would fail against Konoha’s strength and vigilance, leaving Obito and the Akatsuki dreading the coming war.
Kabuto Yakushi arrived at Akatsuki’s underground stronghold and offered Obito a way to counter Senju Kenya’s powerful fighters. He used his perfected Impure World Reincarnation to summon five dead fighters, then revealed he had collected more DNA.
Kabuto Yakushi revealed his Edo Tensei army of legendary dead to fight Senju Kenya, then raised a sixth coffin that horrified Obito Uchiha. Days later, the Fourth Shinobi World War began as armies gathered across the continent.
Fifty thousand Allied Shinobi Forces gathered under Iron Fist Heavy Industries’ banner, reorganized into specialized divisions and equipped for war. Senju Kenya arrived as supreme commander, and the assembled troops waited for his mobilization speech as he blew smoke into the microphone.
Senju Kenya rallied the fifty-thousand-strong Iron Fist Allied Army with a blunt speech promising profits, supplies, and survival as they fought Akatsuki. The army roared its approval, but as Kenya headed toward the logistics camp, a rapping, moonwalking swordsman emerged from Kumogakure's vanguard.
