Allen gathered Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, uncovered the Ancient Weapons’ legacy, and fought the World Government as they pursued control of Uranus. After taking control of Uranus and gaining the Time-Time Fruit, Allen faced an approaching World Government fleet.

• Allen reached Goa Kingdom with Garp, met Ace and Luffy, and helped the brothers rescue Sabo from the Gray Terminal fire.
• Allen trained Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, uncovered an Ancient Kingdom outpost and the Ark Core, and helped them escape the World Government’s attacks.
• Allen and the brothers awakened the Poseidon legacy, reached the Sea God Altar, and escaped Kizaru before traveling onward to Loguetown.
• Allen followed the Ancient Weapons’ clues to Amazon Lily and Water 7, where he awakened Pluton and fled aboard the battleship with his brothers.
• Allen and his brothers fought Kizaru, trained on Raijin Island, and later faced the Admirals at Sabaody before Kuma sent them to separate islands for two years.
• Allen reunited with Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, joined Shanks’s attack on Marineford, and took control of Uranus after defeating Angelica and stopping its self-destruction.

Allen and the Combined Fleet gathered allies and strange relics while confronting trials tied to memory, emotion, time, and the Ancient Kingdom. After learning that Imu had launched the Final Order Plan, they continued toward the final battlefield with renewed resolve.

• Allen fought Dr. Wills’s temporal fleet until Shanks arrived, then destroyed Wills’s flagship and followed the Red Hair Pirates to their hidden base to recover.
• Shanks trained Allen to balance Zhulong with temporal power, and Zamasu named him Darasiah’s successor and gave him the Guide of Time.
• Allen and his companions resolved temporal crises at Sky Island, Marine G-1, Fish-Man Island, and the Ancient Kingdom warship, learning that Imu was a rogue Uranus AI and that love could disrupt it.
• Allen rescued Lilith on Punk Hazard, freed Dressrosa from Doflamingo’s control, and gathered allied forces as Imu’s plans advanced.
• Allen and the Combined Fleet faced trials involving joy, taste, slavery, grief, consciousness, alternate timelines, music, silence, and judgment, gaining new allies and artifacts along the way.
• The fleet crossed the Rainbow Bridge and Tower of Trials, defeated an Imu copy with the Void Whales, and Allen restored history at the Time Sand Ruins.
• Allen helped the fleet overcome mistrust in the Heartwhisper Garden and rescued a research vessel from the Abyss Corridor, where the scholars revealed Imu’s Final Order Plan.
• Allen led the fleet through the Illusory Light Ocean and Echo Valley, where they resisted Imu’s attacks on their light and memories before setting out toward the final battlefield.

Allen and the allied forces gathered new allies and ancient knowledge while resisting Imu’s order across the seas. Their battle against the World Government at the Coruscant Ring left Pluton badly damaged, and the Children of the Abyss emerged as Allen strained to protect the ship.

• Allen and the allied forces confronted Imu at the Place of Time’s Origin, reached him through the possibilities of time, and persuaded him to restore a balance between order and freedom.
• The allies passed the starship’s Mirror Trial, earned Kraken’s rune by demonstrating restraint, freed Linlin from Imu’s control, and dismantled the order system on Sorbet Kingdom.
• Pluton absorbed memories and survivors from the Sea of Mists and Emerald Star, then rescued specimens and cultural archives from Imu’s Noah project.
• Sabo and Allen persuaded Tesoro to abandon Imu and support the alliance, but the Five Elders dismissed the evidence and launched attacks to suppress dissent.
• Sabo led the alliance to defend the Coruscant Ring, where the Admirals and CP0 attacked Pluton and fought the allied forces.
• Enel, Boa Hancock, Ivankov, Inazuma, and the Revolutionary Army arrived as reinforcements, but the Admirals and CP0 kept them from joining the central battle and severely damaged Pluton’s propulsion system.
• Allen awakened the Torch Dragon Fruit’s Severed Realm to shield Pluton, while Sabo and Tesoro worked to repair the ship.
• A fissure opened beneath Pluton and the Children of the Abyss attacked, leading Allen to narrow his spatial barrier around the ship’s core.

After escaping the World Government, the crew split between investigating the Eternal Mist and confronting the execution plot, then regrouped to defend Baltigo. Sabo, Allen, and Robin reached Imu’s throne and weakened his control over the Primordial Light, but Allen collapsed as the battle remained unresolved.

• Allen halted Akainu’s assault on Pluton, allowing the ark and allied forces to escape, and Sabo chose the Lethe Stream as their refuge.
• The World Government raised the crew’s bounties and branded them the universe’s most heinous criminals as Pluton entered the Lethe Stream.
• Allen and the brothers completed Pluton’s trials, strengthening their powers and earning recognition as the ark’s new-generation guardians.
• On Planet Faras, Allen, Robin, and Tesoro stole an ancient hide scroll, which Robin deciphered as a chart pointing toward the Eternal Mist and warning of the Cradle, Final Dogma, and Domain of God.
• The crew split up, with Luffy and Ace heading aboard Pluton toward their announced execution at New Marineford while Sabo, Allen, Robin, Tesoro, and Jinbe explored the Eternal Mist aboard the Undercurrent.
• After learning that the World Government had attacked Baltigo, Sabo led the Undercurrent there, and Pluton’s arrival helped the Revolutionary Army break the siege.
• Sabo, Allen, and Robin infiltrated Pangaea Castle and confronted Imu, discovering the Primordial Light chained above his throne and fighting to weaken his control.
• Allen struck the causal link corrupting the Primordial Light, briefly restoring its purity and wounding Imu before collapsing as the chamber and Mary Geoise shook.
