Shinsei waved his hand, stopping Ibiki Morino's actions.
He had no interest in purely torturing people; all the information in Sara's mind had been extracted, including information about Akatsuki and even the method for synthesizing Deidara's Clay Bomb.
However, this method is basically only usable by Deidara; even the Iwagakure in the Land of Earth has only had one Deidara over the years.
The reason Deidara was able to capture himself wasn't because of his lack of strength, but because of the severe elemental advantage. Against ordinary ninjas, Deidara's Clay Bird had an aerial advantage, so he only needed to keep throwing bombs down from the air to defeat most of them.
Moreover, his nano-bombs can silently blast enemies to smithereens. Unfortunately, his Clay Bomb are severely countered by Lightning Release, and all of his bombs become duds when facing Shinsei.
Moreover, as soon as he takes to the air, he is cut down by Shinsei's Storm Release. Even nano-bombs, which are invisible to the naked eye, are countered by Shinsei's Sharingan. Therefore, when Deidara encounters Shinsei, he loses 90% of his strength.
Within Konoha, Deidara rarely suffered defeats against any ninja other than Shinsei, Sasuke, and Kakashi. Even when facing Jiraiya, he could escape despite being outmatched.
Unfortunately, even supernatural powers cannot defy fate, and he happened to encounter the strongest Sharingan ninja in Konoha.
Annoying Deidara's roars, Shinsei gestured to the ninja next to him to tape Deidara's mouth shut. With his mouth sealed, Deidara could only watch angrily as Shinsei walked away with an air of nonchalance.
In another room, Hidan was being held captive.
"It hurts! Can you put my body back together?" Hidan's shouts were heard as soon as they entered the room.
His limbs were locked to the four walls of the room, leaving only his head on the table. The scene looked somewhat terrifying, but it also looked a bit funny when combined with Hidan's screaming expression.
Shinsei didn't think much of Hidan's fighting ability, as Hidan had no other special skills besides his immortality and the Death Controlling Possessed Blood.
Once his secret is known to others, his skills will basically be rendered useless. No one would be foolish enough to stay put after knowing Hidan's information and having their blood taken by Hidan.
However, the Ninjutsu suitable for Hidan is not Death Controlling Possessed Blood. In Konoha, there is a Ninjutsu that is more suitable for Hidan, and that is the Eight Gates Released Formation that Might Guy and Rock Lee practice.
Thanks to his immortality, Hidan can open the Eight Gates without any side effects, thus temporarily possessing immense power.

"Huoche" is Sasuke's code name, and "Red Eye" is his title, referring to the Sharingan he revealed during previous missions.
Originally, having a title was a form of recognition from one's enemies, but ever since he learned about the Shinsei "Purple Firmament Sage" (a pseudonym), the Red Eye Kasha seemed to have lost its prestige.
Sasuke rolled his eyes in annoyance and continued to observe the crowd below.
A purple-haired masked ninja walked over and put his arm around Shinsei's shoulder.
Shinsei caught a whiff of a fragrance; it was Hashihime's favorite perfume.
"Oh dear, isn't this my Lord Shinsei? Since becoming the Hokage's assistant, you've forgotten all about us old colleagues, haven't you?" Hashihime's voice teased with a hint of resentment.
Feeling a soft sensation on his arm, Shinsei quickly adjusted his body.
Now that her body is starting to develop, if she were to embarrass herself in broad daylight, Hashihime would not only not keep it a secret, but would also proudly spread it around.
"How could I forget Sister Hashihime? I've just been too busy lately to find the time. I'll treat Sister Hashihime to a meal sometime."
Hashihime gently blew air into Shinsei's ear, then laughed heartily at Shinsei embarrassed expression.
"Alright, I'm not teasing you anymore. You must be here to see Sasuke. Your sister Hashihime doesn't have that kind of charm to make my Hakutaku brother Bai Ze have his eye on him!"
Upon hearing the name Hakutaku, Shinsei was still somewhat dazed. It was his code name in the Anbu, but unfortunately, he had only used it a few times before leaving the Anbu.
Hashihime stopped teasing Shinsei, Shinsei quickly apologized and said to Sasuke beside him, "Hey, can you do me a favor?"
Sasuke turned his head, a question in his eyes.
Shinsei placed his hand on his shoulder, formed a hand Hand Seals with one hand Flying Thunder God, disappearing into the tree.
When they reappeared, the two were in a room.
After clearing the surrounding ninjas away, Shinsei looked at the shouting Hidan and asked Sasuke, "Can you change his personality?"
Aside from Amaterasu, Sasuke's Sharingan ability differs from the original work; it's a completely new ability— Kamimusubi.
The last time Sasuke used this ability, he wanted to turn Shinsei into Uchiha Itachi, but Shinsei used Shadow Clone beforehand, avoiding the effect of this ability and also learning about the effect of Sasuke's new ability.
Essentially, it involves transferring the host's impressions and memories of others into the mind of a stranger, forcibly altering their personality.
Sasuke looked at Hidan; he knew Akatsuki.
"Who do you want to turn him into?" Sasuke asked.
" Might Guy," Shinsei replied.
Sasuke thought for a moment, then shook his head. "I can't do it."
"Why?" Shinsei, somewhat curious.
"I'm not familiar enough with Might Guy," Sasuke replied.
"I see, "Shinsei nodded. It seemed that Sasuke's memories of Kamimusubi were not acquired out of thin air, but were created based on the host's memories.
"That's easy. I'll introduce you Jonin Might Guy, Might Guy. You can train with him for a couple of days, and you'll get used to it."
Sasuke turned his head, raised his chin, and looked at Shinsei:
"I refuse! I won't wear that green bodysuit!"
