Shinsei wasn't very familiar with Fire Style and hadn't had time to study Ninjutsu other than his own Chakra nature.
Although Konoha is located in the Land of Fire, its research on Fire Style is not particularly advanced, and most of the powerful individuals skilled in Fire Style come from the Uchiha Clan.
Sasuke's Fire Style ability is already incredibly powerful. Using Chakra to heat water in an iron pot, Sasuke's Chakra nature can bring a pot of ice water to a boil in just over ten seconds.
He can even ignite the surrounding air and create flames simply by using the heat of his own Chakra without Hand Seals. His Fire Style ability is closely related to Shinsei's suggestion to use a kettle for heating water.
Since Sasuke and I have such a good relationship, it would be really unreasonable not to help train his students.
Shinsei turned his gaze to Moegi and Udon:
"Your biggest problem is that you're not proficient in Ninjutsu and lack Chakra control, so you can't use Ninjutsu with ease. Since you all have Water Release Chakra, I'm going to give you a task."
With a Shinsei wave of his hand, a shimmering ribbon of water from a distant stream fell into his palm and transformed into two water spheres. He placed the two fist-sized water spheres in the palms of Moegi and Udon:
"Use your Chakra to keep these two water spheres in shape. Maintain this shape while walking; if they fall apart, find another way."
Moegi and Udon carefully took the water balloons from the teacher's hands.
The moment she received it, the water sphere in Moegi's hand collapsed instantly, no longer sustained by her teacher's Chakra. Startled, she quickly channeled her own Chakra into the water sphere, struggling to maintain its shape.
No matter how hard Moegi and Udon tried, the water balls in their hands became crooked and twisted, completely unlike the regular, round ones they received from the teacher.
Shinsei once again turned his gaze to Hanabi Hyuga somewhat gloating:
" Hanabi, your Hyuga Clan has its own lineage of Ninjutsu."
Although your father passed these Ninjutsu on to me, they are, after all, your family's Ninjutsu, and naturally your father can teach them to you.
The only thing I can teach you that will be of the greatest help is—increasing your Chakra strength!
A wall of water rose from the ground, forming a semi-circle, and sat atop Shinsei and his four disciples, separating the other two clients who were having dinner.
What I'm about to impart is a core secret, one of the results of Shinsei's long-term research.
Chakra strength may not seem like a powerful Ninjutsu, nor does it have any flashy techniques, but Chakra strength can determine a ninja's potential.
As long as the Chakra intensity is high enough, even the Hyuga Clan's Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm can achieve the effect of Otsutsuki Kaguya's God Vacuum Attack.
Momotaro and Maritaro stared at the massive wall of water before them, where Shinsei and his four disciples were clearly visible, yet not a single sound could be heard emanating from within.
They didn't take it seriously, turning away with their rice bowls, afraid that the ninjas would think they wanted to know their secrets.
Shinsei started by talking about the importance of Chakra strength, and then focused on how to train one's Chakra strength.
These disciples have far better learning conditions than Shinsei did before. They have Chakra to refer to. Whether it's Nine-Tails or Little Ten, as long as these disciples say a few nice words and give them some Chakra as a reference for Shinsei's sake, it's much better than blindly improving on your own.
After explaining these key points, Shinsei stood up. Suddenly, a layer of Chakra surged from his feet, lifting him up and creating a gap of about 1 cm between his shoes and the ground.
" Hanabi, this is your task. You must try your best to isolate yourself from the earth using Chakra."
Seeing her teacher's action, Hanabi stood up and imitated Shinsei, attaching a large amount of Chakra to her feet.
No matter how hard she tried, the Chakra beneath her feet only pushed away the surrounding soil, unable to support her weight. Hanabi looked dejected; her teacher's simple action seemed like an insurmountable chasm to her.
Shinsei smiled and comforted her, "Don't be in such a hurry. Take your time. As long as you persevere, you'll eventually meet my requirements."
After instructing his disciples, the rest of the journey unfolded in an interesting way.
Moegi and Udon held a handful of water in their hands, trying their best to turn it into a water ball; with each step Hanabi Hyuga, a lot of dust was generated under her feet, and by the end of the journey, she was covered in dust.
What's most amusing is Konohamaru, who carries a teapot full of water and heats the water with his Chakra as he walks. Once the water boils, he adds cold water and continues heating it.
Occasionally, passersby would see this strange group of people and hurriedly make way around them.
The students didn't have much Chakra, and they wouldn't be able to hold out for long before they ran out of Chakra.
At this point, Shinsei would walk up to his disciples, place his hand on their shoulders, and infuse their bodies with attribute-less Chakra.
This process was repeated, and by the time they reached their destination the next day, the students' Chakra control had improved significantly.
Shinsei looked at the small town ahead and smiled. The two-day journey had left him fed up with the dust he had accumulated along the way.
Although he doesn't need to take baths as a special Shadow Clone, soaking in hot water can still make him feel good.
Before the group could get close to the town, a samurai rushed over with a sword and surrounded Shinsei and his disciples.
The middle-aged samurai at the head of the group drew his long sword and said to Momotaro and Maritaro:
" Momotaro, the lord requests your presence."
Momotaro and Maritaro looked at Shinsei, their eyes pleading and their bodies trembling, clearly filled with fear of these samurai.
Konohamaru stood in front of them, blocking their way, and said to the samurai:
"We are ninjas from Konoha. Momotaro and Maritaro, whom you mentioned, are our employers and are currently under our protection. Please leave immediately, or you will be choosing to become enemies of Konoha."
The samurai exchanged glances. Konoha was a well-known name in the Land of Fire, and these ordinary samurai didn't dare to do anything to the ninjas of Konoha.
The leading samurai gritted his teeth and continued insisting:
"We are subordinates of Mima, and are the guardian warriors of the Land of Fire. Konoha has no right to interfere with our actions."
Konohamaru looked at his teacher, and seeing that he made no response, he could only rely on his status as a child to speak to the samurai:
"I don't care, we're going to protect our employer! Please leave. If you don't leave, we'll have to take action!"
