Obito stood on the edge of the cliff, his single eye behind his mask fixed on the battlefield.
He saw Shinsei's gaze turn to him and reacted almost instantly.
A vortex of Kamui spread around him, and his body began to blur.
But Shinsei was even faster. In his Sage Art: Descent of the Thunder God state, Shinsei's neural reaction speed had reached a level unimaginable to ordinary people.
The instant Kamui activated his Obito and before the spatial vortex had completely enveloped him, Shinsei appeared before him.
His right fist, imbued with the combined power of Senjutsu Chakra and Lightning Release, aimed straight for Obito's chest.
If this punch Obito, even with Hashirama Cells's regenerative abilities, it would be enough to shatter half of Obito's body.
However, the fist passed through Obito's body and slammed into the cliff behind him.
With a deafening roar, a hole ten meters in diameter was blasted into the cliff, and rubble poured down from the opening.

Shinsei turned around, and their eyes met in mid-air, as if a silent lightning bolt had exploded in the air.
"Kid, your opponent is me."
Madara Uchiha's tone was more serious than ever before.
The pressure from this brat in front of him now far exceeds that from that from Hashirama.
Shinsei did not answer. His figure disappeared from the spot.
When he reappeared, Shinsei was already on Madara's right side.
It's not Flying Thunder God, it's pure speed.
In his Descent of the Thunder God form, his movement speed is so fast that even the Sharingan struggles to keep up.
His right fist, brimming with Senjutsu Chakra and crackling with Lightning Release arcs, swung horizontally towards Madara's waist and abdomen.
Madara's Rinnegan detected the attack, but his body had no time to react.
The fist slammed solidly into Madara's side; the combined impact of Senjutsu Chakra and Lightning Release instantly pierced through his armor and struck his internal organs.

The Descent of the Thunder God and infuses his Lightning Release Chakra into the nervous system, replacing the original bioelectrical signals.

He has only completed about 70% of the nerve replacement so far, and 30% of the nerve signals still rely on the original bioelectricity.

He experienced a slight numbness throughout his body, and a burning, stinging pain between his nerves.
This is Lightning Release Chakra destroying the cells inside the body.
Descent of the Thunder God is not yet fully realized. Forcing it would result in severe side effects.
He could clearly feel the Lightning Release Chakra burning his nerves. It wasn't a metaphor; it was a real burning sensation.
Lightning Release itself possesses extremely high destructive power. Even though Shinsei deliberately reduced the intensity of his Chakra and used Senjutsu Chakra to envelop the Lightning Release to neutralize some of the damage.
However, this force continues to cause minor damage as it flows through the nervous system.
This type of damage is tolerable in the short term, just like the lactic acid buildup that occurs in muscles after high-intensity exercise.
However, if the damage persists for too long, the accumulation of tiny injuries can lead to irreversible nerve necrosis.
At that point, it won't just be a matter of slowing down, it will be a complete breakdown.
