Ch. 101Halo Ice Pop Whorl-Launching Jiraiya Twin-Style Sphere

Shinsei met Minato Namikaze and revealed that the Rasengan was Minato’s future creation, helping him learn it. Later, Shinsei and Orochimaru investigated the Dragon Vein’s energy, and Shinsei discovered it became active when it touched his Senjutsu Chakra.

  • Jiraiya introduced Minato Namikaze to Shinsei and Hinata, then tried to ask Hinata about Minato’s future until Shinsei and Tsunade stopped him.
  • Minato told Jiraiya he wanted advice on creating a Ninjutsu like the Tailed Beast Bomb, so Shinsei demonstrated the Rasengan and explained its principles.
  • Shinsei spent the following days inscribing sealing formulas and teaching his grandfather the Shadowless Ninjutsu, Water Release: Water Sword, and Rasengan; Minato learned the Rasengan in three days.
  • Orochimaru discussed his theory that the Dragon Vein’s energy had resonated with Shinsei’s Senjutsu Chakra when it brought him to this world.
  • Shinsei meditated and confirmed that the Dragon Vein’s energy became active when it came into contact with his Senjutsu Chakra.

Ch. 102The Dragon Vein Seal

Shinsei sought help sealing the Dragon Vein energy, but Tsunade could not yet design a suitable formula, so Orochimaru suggested asking Mito Uzumaki. Shinsei postponed the Hokage’s invitation and focused on completing the Yin-Yang Seal until a sudden explosion overturned his tent.

  • Orochimaru reasoned that the Dragon Vein energy might be sentient natural chakra resembling a tailed beast, and Shinsei brought him the unfinished sealing scroll.
  • Tsunade tested Shinsei’s taijutsu in a fierce sparring match, then examined the scroll and concluded she could not yet create the complicated seal.
  • Orochimaru proposed asking his grandmother, Mito Uzumaki, to help seal the Dragon Vein energy.
  • A letter invited Shinsei to Konoha, but he declined for the time being so he could help Konoha win the war in the Land of Rain.
  • Shinsei stayed in his tent to work on the Yin-Yang Seal until an explosion and shock wave overturned it.

Ch. 103The Third Kazekage

Shinsei joined Jiraiya’s battle against One-Tail Shukaku, but the Third Kazekage and Chiyo arrived while Hanzō attacked the Konoha camp. Shinsei began preparing a sealing technique against Shukaku as the battle spread across the battlefield.

  • Tsunade ordered the Konoha forces to take positions, and Shinsei summoned Katsuyu to heal the wounded before rushing to help Jiraiya.
  • Shinsei and Jiraiya fought One-Tail Shukaku, with Shinsei using Storm Release and a Water Kirin against the tailed beast.
  • Chiyo and the Third Kazekage appeared from the woods, and the Third Kazekage demanded Jiraiya surrender.
  • Hanzō attacked the Konoha camp with his giant salamander summon, prompting Shinsei to decide to defeat Shukaku quickly and support Tsunade.
  • The Third Kazekage used Iron Sand Drizzle while Chiyo’s puppets surrounded Jiraiya and Gamabunta, and Shinsei threw a sealing kunai at Shukaku before entering a radiant state in the woods.

Ch. 104Facing Hanzō

Shinsei defeated Shukaku and the Third Kazekage before joining Konoha’s forces against Hanzō of the Salamander. He challenged Hanzō, who proved nearly as fast as Shinsei, and the battle remained unresolved after Ibuse disappeared.

  • Shinsei killed Bunpuku, causing Shukaku to vanish, then sliced the Third Kazekage in two as Chiyo escaped with help from an ally.
  • Shinsei returned to the battlefield with Jiraiya and Gamabunta, where Hanzō offered to spare Konoha’s forces if they withdrew from the Land of Rain.
  • Shinsei rejected Hanzō’s demand and attacked him, cutting through his sickle and a water clone before Hanzō reappeared on Ibuse’s back.
  • Hanzō removed his mask and released poison, but Shinsei avoided his sudden attack and swallowed the pills Tsunade threw him.
  • Shinsei struck at Ibuse with his chakra sword, and the giant salamander vanished in a cloud of smoke.

Ch. 105Minato, you wouldn't want that either

Shinsei drove Hanzo of the Salamander to end the battle, chose the title Purple Firmament Sage, and helped rebuild Konoha’s camp. He privately told Minato Namikaze that he came from a parallel future and raised the possibility of Kushina Uzumaki getting hurt.

  • Shinsei used Flying Thunder God to escape Hanzo’s water senbon, and Hanzo called off the fight as Konoha ninja surrounded him.
  • Shinsei rejected Hanzo’s proposed title of Purple Flash and chose Purple Firmament Sage, which Hanzo acknowledged.
  • Orochimaru congratulated Shinsei on earning a title, while Tsunade and Jiraiya joked about wanting titles of their own.
  • Shinsei used Earth Release to build a hill with rooms for Konoha’s camp, then summoned Minato Namikaze to speak privately.
  • After checking that no White Zetsu were hiding nearby, Shinsei told Minato about parallel worlds and asked whether he wanted Kushina Uzumaki to get hurt.

Ch. 106Abducting Minato

Shinsei told Minato that he and Kushina would have Naruto, but Kushina would die giving birth, then gave Minato a scroll of the Flying Thunder God Technique. After receiving his Konoha identity and invitations from Hiruzen and Mito, Shinsei was confronted by a smiling Orochimaru and demanded to know who he was.

  • Shinsei revealed to Minato that Kushina would die giving birth to Naruto and that Minato would die sealing the monster released during the ambush.
  • Minato promised to keep the future secret and asked Shinsei how to save Kushina.
  • Shinsei gave Minato a scroll containing the Flying Thunder God Technique, and Minato later visited to ask about its basic sealing formulas.
  • Shinsei continued constructing his Yin-Yang Seal and estimated it would take seven or eight more days to finish.
  • Kenta delivered letters promoting Shinsei to Konoha jonin and inviting him to Konoha, where Mito also offered him a house.
  • Orochimaru visited and asked when Shinsei's Yin-Yang Seal would be finished, prompting Shinsei to demand, "Who are you?"

Ch. 107Abduction

Shinsei and Hinata pursued White Zetsu after it abducted Minato Namikaze, only to discover that Chiyo, the Third Kazekage, and Hanzo of the Salamander had lured them into an ambush. As Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya followed, Tsunade spotted Kenta heading toward the confrontation.

  • Shinsei recovered part of a White Zetsu arm after Orochimaru escaped underground, then warned everyone that White Zetsu could be a threat and asked Hinata to stay nearby.
  • Over the next two days, Shinsei continued inscribing the Yin-Yang Seal while Hinata kept watch with her Byakugan.
  • White Zetsu broke into Shinsei's room, abducted an unconscious Minato Namikaze, and fled underground; Hinata tracked it as Shinsei pursued.
  • Shinsei stopped in the woods and confronted Chiyo, the Third Kazekage, and Hanzo of the Salamander, who admitted they had joined forces against Konoha.
  • Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya followed Shinsei's trail, and Tsunade spotted Kenta heading in the same direction.

Ch. 1081v3

Shinsei fought Hanzō, the Third Kazekage, and Chiyo, while Hinata defended herself against the iron sand attacks. After Hanzō wounded him and the enemy team prevented him from entering Sage Mode, Shinsei summoned Kirin and Katsuyu to protect and heal himself and Hinata, then faced the three opponents with renewed killing intent.

  • The Third Kazekage and Chiyo attacked Shinsei and Hinata with iron sand, puppets, and a coordinated assault by Hanzō.
  • Hanzō interrupted Shinsei's attempts to form hand seals and wounded him with a powerful sickle strike.
  • Hinata was struck by iron sand senbon but continued using Rotation to deflect the attacks and tossed Shinsei a pill.
  • Shinsei escaped behind a tree to bandage his wound, but White Zetsu emerged and stopped him from entering his focused state.
  • Shinsei summoned Storm Release: Kirin, carried Hinata to safety on its back, and summoned Katsuyu to heal them.

Ch. 109What if Their Eyes Went Blind?

Shinsei and his allies fought the Third Kazekage, Chiyo, and Hanzo until Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya joined the battle. A White Zetsu impersonating Kenta poisoned Shinsei and Hinata, damaging their eye lenses, and Orochimaru suggested replacing their eyes.

  • Shinsei sent the unconscious Minato Namikaze to Shikkotsu Forest and used his Storm Release: Kirin to destroy Chiyo’s puppets and drive her back.
  • Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya arrived, and their attacks forced the enemy into a sea of flames.
  • A White Zetsu disguised as Kenta ambushed Shinsei with poisonous smoke, and Shinsei cut it in half before withdrawing with Hinata.
  • Shinsei used Heavenly Net to target the fleeing Third Kazekage, but the Kazekage escaped with half of Chiyo’s body.
  • Tsunade treated Shinsei and Hinata, finding that the poison was manageable but their eye lenses were damaged.
  • Orochimaru proposed replacing Shinsei and Hinata’s eyes.

Ch. 110Tempted by the Sharingan?

Shinsei recovered from the recent battle while reflecting on his combat weaknesses and continuing to master the Yin-Yang Seal. Orochimaru offered him a pair of Three-Tomoe Sharingan, hinting that he knew Shinsei was not from this world, and Shinsei asked what Orochimaru wanted in return.

  • Shinsei considered how Hanzo had exposed his weaknesses in taijutsu and combat experience, while his damaged eyes remained blurry despite his injuries healing.
  • Shinsei continued practicing the Yin-Yang Seal, which had nearly reached his knees, and resolved to strike back at Konoha's enemies.
  • Orochimaru visited Shinsei and praised how quickly he was mastering the complex seal.
  • Orochimaru produced a jar containing Three-Tomoe Sharingan and offered the eyes as a potential replacement for Shinsei's damaged eyes.
  • Orochimaru told Shinsei he knew he was not from this world, and Shinsei asked what Orochimaru needed from him.

Ch. 111Changing eyes

Shinsei negotiated with Orochimaru for help developing a Lightning Release technique in exchange for teaching him the Visualization Method. After Tsunade agreed to transplant the Three-Tomoe Sharingan, Shinsei woke from the operation with the new eyes in place.

  • Orochimaru asked Shinsei to take him to another world and teach him the Visualization Method, and Shinsei agreed to the exchange if Orochimaru helped develop a ninjutsu.
  • Shinsei told Orochimaru he wanted to use Lightning Release to simulate nerve signals and improve his reactions, and Orochimaru eagerly agreed to assist.
  • Shinsei asked Tsunade to transplant the Three-Tomoe Sharingan, and she warned him that the Uchiha Clan might object.
  • Tsunade prepared the operation, gave Shinsei a sleeping pill, and transplanted the eyes.
  • Shinsei woke with unfamiliar eyes in his sockets, and Tsunade told him the operation was complete.

Ch. 112Yin-Yang Seal

Shinsei completed the Yin-Yang Seal and stored senjutsu chakra, then went to eat with Hinata. As they ate, he noticed an unfamiliar color in her eyes.

  • Shinsei refined the transplanted Three-Tomoe Sharingan with qi, reducing the soreness in his eyes.
  • Shinsei completed the Yin-Yang Seal and stored about eight Kakashis of senjutsu chakra, leaving himself weak and hungry.
  • Hinata congratulated Shinsei and thanked him for letting her stand guard while he trained.
  • Shinsei and Hinata went to the camp kitchen, where Shinsei encouraged her to eat more.
  • Shinsei noticed a different color in Hinata's eyes and asked her to lift her head.

Ch. 113An abnormality in the Byakugan

Shinsei noticed faint blue-white spots in Hinata’s Byakugan and suspected that her Visualization Method practice had caused an early change, while considering a trip to the moon to seek the Tenseigan. After Minato demonstrated his mastery of Flying Thunder God, Shinsei prepared to take Jiraiya and Minato to Amegakure and end the fighting in the Land of Rain.

  • Shinsei examined Hinata’s eyes and encouraged her to keep eating after she finished fifty-four bowls.
  • Shinsei found no visible abnormality in Hinata’s eyes and wondered whether her Visualization Method practice had affected them.
  • Shinsei decided to seek the Giant Tenseigan on the moon rather than obtain Byakugan by harming the Hyuga Clan.
  • Shinsei helped Tsunade treat wounded ninja, then massaged her until Jiraiya entered and was struck down.
  • Jiraiya announced that Minato had mastered Flying Thunder God, and Minato demonstrated the technique to Shinsei and Tsunade.
  • Shinsei invited Jiraiya to join him and Minato on a mission to Amegakure to end the fighting in the Land of Rain.

Ch. 114Refining the Sharingan

Shinsei refined his Sharingan and set out with Tsunade, Jiraiya, Minato, and Hinata to confront Hanzo and end the war. After witnessing a starving girl die despite their efforts, Shinsei felt an even stronger determination to stop the fighting.

  • Shinsei used qi to refine his Sharingan, found he could shift between two and three tomoe, and wondered whether he might awaken the Mangekyō.
  • Shinsei, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Minato, and Hinata traveled through the rainy Land of Rain without the main force, and Jiraiya fell from a tree.
  • The group saw a hungry girl being attacked over a rice ball, so Jiraiya stopped the man and Hinata shared food with them.
  • Shinsei cleaned the girl with water release chakra, and Tsunade healed her wounds before they went to see her starving little sister.
  • Hinata fed the younger girl rice paste, but Tsunade said her organs had failed and the child soon died.
  • The older sister closed her little sister's eyes and placed her saved half-eaten drumstick in the dead girl's arms, deepening Shinsei's resolve to end the war.

Ch. 115Konan

Shinsei and his companions met Konan and Arin while traveling through the war-torn Land of Rain, then continued toward Amegakure to confront Hanzō. At Amegakure’s gate, Hanzō refused Shinsei’s demand to surrender, and the confrontation turned toward battle.

  • Konan returned to Arin and learned that her little sister had died; Shinsei’s group gave the girls food and helped bury the child.
  • Shinsei, Jiraiya, Tsunade, Hinata, and Minato discussed war and peace, and Shinsei placed a chakra mark on Konan so she could find Konoha’s camp.
  • Shinsei and his companions reached Amegakure and demanded that Hanzō come out.
  • Minato disarmed a Rain ninja, and Hanzō arrived to face the Konoha group.
  • Shinsei urged Hanzō to surrender and join Konoha, but Hanzō drew his chained sickle and vowed that Amegakure’s ninja would fight.

Ch. 116Forcing a surrender

Shinsei fought Hanzo of the Salamander while Konoha’s team overwhelmed Amegakure’s ninja, then Minato rescued Hinata after Hanzo took her hostage. Shinsei formed an enormous Water Release Rasengan and asked Hanzo whether he would keep resisting, leaving Amegakure’s surrender unresolved.

  • Shinsei unleashed his senjutsu chakra and charged Hanzo of the Salamander as Jiraiya, Tsunade, Hinata, and Minato Namikaze fought Amegakure’s ninja.
  • Shinsei used his Sharingan and chakra sword to pressure Hanzo, who dodged his attacks across the battlefield.
  • Hanzo saw Amegakure’s ninja defeated and seized Hinata, threatening to kill her unless Shinsei stopped.
  • Minato Namikaze used Flying Thunder God to rescue Hinata, and Tsunade gave her a pill to neutralize Hanzo’s poison.
  • Shinsei created a gigantic Water Release Rasengan and asked Hanzo whether he would continue resisting.

Ch. 117Yahiko

After Hanzo of the Salamander surrendered Amegakure to Konoha, Shinsei visited the orphaned Konan, Arin, and Yahiko and offered to take them in. Yahiko questioned what they would owe him, so Shinsei demonstrated his power and demanded their loyalty.

  • Hanzo of the Salamander announced Amegakure's unconditional surrender, and Tsunade and Jiraiya arranged the terms with him.
  • Hanzo of the Salamander brought the Konoha group to Amegakure, where Shinsei discussed the war's aftermath with Jiraiya.
  • Orochimaru arrived in Amegakure with the main force, and Shinsei and Hinata later found Konan, Arin, and Yahiko in a cave.
  • Shinsei offered to take the three orphaned children with him so they could escape hunger and learn Ninjutsu, asking for their loyalty in return.
  • Yahiko asked whether they could refuse, and Shinsei summoned black chakra armor and sliced through the rock above the cave entrance to demonstrate his power.

Ch. 118Mutating eyes

Shinsei trained his taijutsu with Jiraiya while his Sharingan developed a purple tint, and Tsunade intervened when Jiraiya injured him. Orochimaru announced that Konoha and Sunagakure had agreed to an alliance, and the Third Hokage planned to invite Hanzo to Konoha for a ceremony.

  • Shinsei noticed purple traces in his Sharingan as he refined it and nourished his body with senjutsu chakra.
  • Shinsei sparred with Jiraiya to improve his taijutsu, but Jiraiya repeatedly struck his face until Tsunade attacked Jiraiya and Hinata healed Shinsei.
  • Shinsei asked Yahiko, Konan, and Arin whether they regretted joining his team, and Yahiko firmly said he did not.
  • Orochimaru announced that the Third Hokage had negotiated an alliance with the Third Kazekage, ending the war with Sunagakure.
  • Tsunade asked when they would return to Konoha, and Orochimaru said the Third Hokage planned to invite Hanzo to an alliance ceremony.

Ch. 119Mito Uzumaki

Shinsei left the Land of Rain with Tsunade, Hinata, and Konan, then skipped Konoha’s victory welcome to visit Mito Uzumaki. Mito greeted him warmly before revealing that the Nine-Tails had sensed his intentions toward it.

  • Shinsei mocked Hiruzen Sarutobi’s demand that Hanzo of the Salamander attend an alliance ceremony in Konoha, and Hanzo refused.
  • Shinsei showed Tsunade that he could switch his Sharingan on and off after refining it through meditation.
  • During the journey out of the Land of Rain, Shinsei discussed sealing jutsu with Tsunade and wondered whether Tailed Beast Bombs could flatten the mountain range between the Land of Rain and the Land of Wind.
  • Konoha’s forces reunited with the troops from the Land of Wind, and Hiruzen Sarutobi welcomed Jiraiya and Orochimaru while Shinsei declined to attend the ceremony.
  • Tsunade led Shinsei to visit Mito Uzumaki, who told him that the Nine-Tails said he had ill intentions toward it.

Ch. 120Mito's help

Shinsei told Mito about the future and explained his plan to use Dragon Vein energy to connect the two worlds. Mito created a sealing technique for him and promised to support his efforts, while deciding to live longer to help Kushina.

  • Shinsei warned Mito that Kushina would die in the future, and Mito invited him to help protect her.
  • Shinsei met Kushina and Hinata joined him in calling her Big Sister Kushina.
  • Mito questioned Shinsei privately about his intentions toward Kushina, Tsunade, and Konoha, then heard his account of the future and how he had arrived in her world.
  • Shinsei explained his plan to connect the worlds through Dragon Vein energy, and Mito examined it using her chakra.
  • Mito added a sealing technique to the scroll that let Shinsei preserve and restore the Dragon Vein energy, and she promised to support him while asking him to care for Tsunade in his own world.
