Thanks to the geothermal generators, several perpetually frozen wastelands in the Land of Snow had shed their icy coverings and come alive.
Mountains surrounded the place on all four sides, with only one entrance and a stretch of flat ground in the middle. Hongshi, Kazahana Dōtō, Hieimon, Gato, and Captain Jack (Zabuza) stood at the entrance.
Hongshi wore a white cloak with the word "Justice" scrawled crookedly across its back and a bamboo hat symbolizing his status as a Kage, with the word "Nuclear" written on it.
Captain Jack said, "Boss, you're such a show-off."
Hongshi said, "Shut up!"
Gato adjusted his glasses. "Boss, the Gotei 13 are here."
Led by thirteen of Hongshi's shadow clones, thirteen children slowly approached from the distance. They were the children who had inherited the thirteen names.
The oldest of these children was only thirteen, and the youngest was just seven.
Hongshi's shadow clone looked at "Kakuhei." "Oh-ho! I told you this outfit looked the coolest!"
"Oh, so nice."
"Oh, so handsome!"
The Thirteen Nuclear Pillars said, "✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧ Daddy's so handsome! Daddy's so great! Daddy's invincible!"
The nuclear clone suddenly turned his back to everyone, the word "Justice" gleaming on his cloak. "Zehahahaha! My sons, let Daddy show you his ninjutsu! Then make this your goal, bear the name of Kakuhei, and keep growing stronger!"

The earth before them rumbled. The ground began to rise, churning like liquid before settling back into stillness. Its surface became exceptionally level, and finally, enormous buildings burst out of the earth one after another.
A cylindrical, ten-meter-tall building stood in the center, along with a dozen or so large buildings and several dozen homes around them.
"Clap, clap!" Hongshi clapped his hands and looked at the village he had created with Earth Release. "Heh-heh, the buildings of the Land of Spring's Nuclear Ninja Village are basically finished now."
Hongshi's ninjutsu had directly affected an area extending five kilometers around him. The once-empty plain had now become a village with a modern feel like Konoha, with even the houses fully furnished. It simply had no residents yet.

The Hongshi present was a nuclear clone. As chief ninja tool researcher, Hieimon used Multi Shadow Clone to handle the Nuclear Ninja Village's ninja tool research. The nuclear clone continually produced static "thermonuclear orbs" as fuel, combining the Land of Snow's scientific research experience with Orochimaru's human experimentation, with the aim of researching and producing large-scale "nuclear ninja tools" and the modern ninja tools depicted in the blueprints Kakuhei provided.

The chakra demon mirrored his body, and both unleashed a blade shadow, slashing down toward the top of Kakuhei's head. "Demon Slash: Heavy Slash!!"
Captain Jack's obsession with cracking Hongshi's skull open had reached unprecedented heights. It was also his sole conviction driving him to grow stronger.
"B-Boss, I'll save you!" Hieimon moved from beside him, white flames covering his body. "Shelin!"
Since becoming a ninja, and even a nuclear jinchūriki, Hieimon had never truly displayed his strength. The "Shelin" inside him had long since developed sentience, and the two worked together seamlessly. He immediately entered a state resembling Tailed Beast Mode, a cloak of white flames enveloping his body as the air grew scorching.
"Clang!" Hieimon actually caught the Kubikiribōchō head-on with his bare hands. Under the tremendous force, the ground beneath his feet cracked.
Captain Jack looked at Hieimon. "Not bad, kid. Then... Demon Slash: Ten Consecutive Slashes!"
The demon behind him likewise swung its great blade, attacking Hieimon.
Hieimon pressed his palms together. "Nuclear Release: Nuclear-Powered Lightning Armor!!"
White armor enveloped his entire body. His former shyness vanished from his bearing, and he seemed to have grown considerably taller.
Hieimon himself also possessed lightning release chakra. While in the Land of Waves, Hongshi had already implanted this skill in his mind through the Mental World.
As his physical and mental reaction speeds soared, Jack's slashes became very slow. "Jack Sparrow, you're too slow!"

Hongshi's shadow clones said, "Go ahead and beat him up. I know medical ninjutsu. He won't die."
"Nuclear Release: Lightning Release: Lightning Nuclear Swift Slash!"
Hieimon's feet moved rapidly as he became a streak of pure white, moving around Captain Jack faster and faster until he finally became a white sphere of light, with Captain Jack right at its center.
"Damn it, I'm going all in! Demon Slash: One Hundred and Eighty Slashes!"
"Clang, clang, clang..."
"Aaaaah!!! Stop iiiit!"
There was no telling what was happening inside the sphere of light. All that could be heard was a rapid series of metallic clashes, followed by Captain Jack's screams.
Gato naturally knew Captain Jack's strength. He wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Is Hieimon really a genin?"
As he replenished his chakra, Kakuhei laughed. "Hehehe, he used to be a genin of Konoha. Now he's a genin of the Nuclear Ninja Village. Still, governing through force is only an inferior approach. Governing through technology is what truly matters!"
"Governing through technology? I understand your thinking now!"
The thirteen children behind them watched the dazzling battle, their admiration for Hieimon and Kakuhei reaching another peak.
