Chu Yunfei fought to reclaim his father’s Giant Que Sword, won the sect’s contest, and fled after the elders turned against him. Pursued by Nangong Wuhen, he fell into Broken Remnant Cliff, where he survived the poison, gained a new constitution, and contracted a lightning python.

• Chu Yunfei challenged the Azure Mystic Sect for his father’s Giant Que Sword and agreed to compete against the other true disciples for it.
• Chu Yunfei defeated Ling Feng and Liu Jie, then outmaneuvered Yan Guining to reach the final against Xu Changqing.

After awakening his Myriad Poison Tyrant Body, Chu Yunfei battled the bounty hunters and sect forces pursuing him until the Pill Pavilion and Ling Xueyao intervened. He set out with Ling Xueyao for the imperial capital to treat her poisoned father, but assassins ambushed their journey through the Black Wind Mountain Range.

• Chu Yunfei awakened the Myriad Poison Tyrant Body, hunted beasts with Little Purple, and rushed toward Yan Guining’s cries for help.
• Chu Yunfei rescued Yan Guining from Li Kun and the Blazing Fire Sect, healed her fire poison, and killed the Frenzied Saber Sect master before breaking through to the eighth level of the Spirit Martial Realm.

• Ling Zhantian’s phantom killed the blue-masked assassin, and Chu Yunfei fled with the unconscious Ling Xueyao before falling into an abyss.
• The demon soul killed the pursuing assassins, then the Abyss-Devouring Sword devoured him and his Weeping Blood Sword.
