That concludes the main storyline. There's also a final side story that explains the harem ending.

Those who are interested can offer their support.

This book was inspired by the Bilibili video "I saw an eternal monopoly in the magical girl world----", which has two versions: one with Illya's eternal monopoly and the other with the Supreme Angel, Radiant Beauty. Both are basically the inspiration for this book.

Before I even started writing this book, I came up with this ending idea while looking at two clips. I designed an invincible protagonist who was defeated by magical girls, but in the end, he used magical girls' methods to imitate the way of cultivating immortality to Subtracting to Attain Emptiness and return.

The preceding content is basically deduced from this ending, including the curse of the Emperor of the Calamity Curse Realm, a curse designed solely to revive Jiang Si, the Miracle Seed problem with Keke in the early stages, Chongxu, the Land of Mirrors, the World Tree, the Time Branch, and Black Keke's thirty million reincarnations----

All of this content was designed for the ending; the entire book is essentially a culmination of this single dish of vinegar-wrapped dumplings.

That's why I've always said that this book was written for the ending. Although I broke down at one point and felt like I wouldn't be able to finish it, I had more sleepless nights than ever before that year. Sometimes I only slept four or five hours in two days. I was anxious and tormented, and I really couldn't take it anymore. In the later stages, I had to take a lot of leave.

But I persevered in the end. I'm so grateful to every reader who supported me. Even though the results were still pretty good in the later stages, and I made a stable 100,000 yuan a month, I had to grit my teeth and finish writing it. I've never seen so much money in my life.

Before writing this book, I hadn't found a job and was sitting on the roadside, genuinely feeling that my life would just drift by like this.

I only had three thousand yuan in my card, and that three thousand yuan was transferred to me by my mother. Although I had disagreements and arguments with my parents about finding a job, my relationship with them has always been very good. If my parents weren't so open-minded, I wouldn't have been able to persist in writing novels.

Before writing this book, I hadn't achieved any significant results. My parents wanted me to find a stable job, which was for my own good, and I understood them. So, my initial plan was to earn a perfect attendance bonus and try to find a job without asking my family for money during that period.

I never expected my grades to far exceed my expectations, and now I've become the richest person in the family. Next, I plan to take my parents on a trip to relax. I haven't spent much of the money I've earned yet, so I'll enjoy the feeling of being rich first.

Getting off topic, not only was the ending of this book determined before it was even written, but the outline was also completed long ago. As mentioned in the book's release notes, the key point in the middle of the book is the father being disciplined in the mourning hall, and the ending is the return of the Great Emperor Shion to the mortal world.

The scenes from the funeral hall reprimand to the later transformation into a mortal are important parts of Jiang Si's character development, so they were completed very early on. Essentially, they correspond to Jiang Si's attitude towards her parents in this life in the first three chapters—unchanged.

Jiang Si's character is characterized by his lack of growth and change; he maintains the same behavior as in the first three chapters until the very end.

All the content continues Jiang Si's character design from the first three chapters—not to mention her abstract nature and fondness for imitating online novels, her attitude towards her parents and death has also remained unchanged.

In the funeral hall, Jiang Si's father is scolded and the funeral is disrupted. In the novel "Transformation into Mortals," taking care of her mother is one thing, but after her mother dies, she can be thrown into the sea without any change in her behavior or thoughts. She is still the same as in the first three chapters. The funeral hall scolding and the transformation into mortals are just another perspective to help readers better understand the character traits of Jiang Si.

Because from this point onward, there's no need to continue emphasizing Jiang Si's character. Therefore, after the story of her scolding her father at the funeral and her transformation into a mortal ends, the book enters its second half, heading straight for the ending.

This is why I emphasized the importance of "training the father in the mourning hall" in my book launch announcement.

Jiang Si's other principle is to avoid owing favors to others.

In the first chapter, he kicks the truck for Lu Ya; in the third chapter, he protects Keke; later, he tries to save Keke's parents, but becomes slightly lost after realizing it's impossible. These are all contents of the first three chapters, which are about not owing favors and repaying kindness.

Therefore, at the end, he emphasized this part again, namely, "He had already been blessed by the miracles of magical girls."

Essentially, Jiang Si was saved by a magical girl, and it was through the magical girl's miracle that her long-cherished wish was finally fulfilled.

The more he yearned to cultivate immortality, the heavier the debt he owed to the magical girl became. Therefore, throughout the entire book, all his help and protection of the magical girl was based on this. Helping Susan Yinlian regain her magical girl powers, saving Qingluan Iris, and guiding Jade Fox were all to repay the magical girl's kindness.

However, in this process, it might seem a bit like that of a magical girl.

Regarding the name "Larkspur," although I initially thought it would be to repay a debt to the magical girls, we hadn't decided on the name of the blue magical girl at the time. Later, seeing that everyone liked Larkspur, I simply named her Larkspur to ride the wave of popularity. So, Larkspur essentially has nothing to do with the final Jiang Si that she did so much to repay the magical girls' debts. Whether it was Larkspur or another magical girl at the time, the result would have been the same.

In the end, it was actually the entire magical girl group that repaid the debt of gratitude. Jiang Si never actively sought out Larkspur. Keke guessed that Jiang Si's liking for Larkspur was just for laughs. Hopefully, everyone won't be like Keke and think that Jiang Si Jiang Si likes Larkspur just because she is grateful for the magical girl's miracle. That would be too silly.

Jiang Si's core personality revolves around responsibility and habit. She always takes on her responsibilities. Jiang Si's only criterion for liking someone is that they are someone she has been around for a long time and has become accustomed to.

Originally, I didn't want to explicitly state Jiang Si's character. After all, it's everyone's freedom to like or dislike her, and I'll just let everyone interpret what I've written. However, some people like to take things out of context and use distorted interpretations to spread rumors, insults, and ridicule, which is quite disgusting.

So I've decided to explain it myself first. This book is the story of Jiang Si sticking to her own beliefs and ultimately achieving great success; her character has never changed.

Including rumors that I had a bad relationship with my parents, saying that I wrote the funeral admonition to my father to disgust him, I don't know how I pieced these things together, but quite a few people believed them, which led to many people calling me a beast.

In short, this book is finished. Let me clarify something: I have a very good relationship with my parents. The scene of scolding my father at the funeral was written to explain the character of Jiang Si. This reference comes from the Huo Yuanjia, where Huo Yuanjia says in front of his father's memorial tablet that his father's punches were not fast or ruthless enough. I hope this rumor will stop.

The titles of the first ten chapters of this book are taken from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and the titles before the final chapter are taken from the novel titled by Dong Ge and Cuttlefish. It's a little clever idea of mine. The titles also change from "Magical Girl" to "Unrivaled Through the Ages".

Thank you to Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Magical Girl Illya, Pretty Cure, and Yuuki Yuna is a Hero. Thank you to Dong Ge and Cuttlefish, Off-Duty Demon, and Immortal from Slaying Demons (I finally learned how to write web novels after reading this book, and the underlying structure of this book is also derived from Slaying Demons, I am really super grateful to Teacher Lu Yue). Thank you also to the works of other web novel predecessors.

In short, the book was completed while still staying true to its theme. I initially planned to finish it at 2.5 million words, but it ended up being over 2.4 million words. It's a pity that too much content was compressed; otherwise, it would have been close to the word count I expected.

I'll write some side stories after that, then take a break for a while, and then try my hand at job interviews again to see if I can find a stable job.

As for never writing another book, this one was indeed written as my last. However, if I come up with any interesting and profitable ideas in the future, I won't say I'll really never write again; life is still long.

That's all for now. Hope we meet again someday. This is Green Tea's last bow to everyone.

Monthly pass!

Thank you for reading this far!
