Meanwhile, the Prince recruited Shuangsheng as an informant for the Land of Mirrors and ordered her to locate the Holy Church, the Demon Squad, and Shion.

• Jiang Si told Bingtang to track Mental Image Remnants and investigate the Land of Mirrors’ technology, while Bingtang explained her plans to expand the Azure Cloud Sect’s influence and finances.
• Bingtang reported that Xilan had been captured after using the Azure Cloud Sect’s name to declare war on television, and Jiang Si agreed that she should be spared for possible future use.

Qingluan and Xingxuan were ambushed while traveling toward Beihai, and Qingluan realized the city was in danger when her calls failed. As Beihai fell into a blackout and thick fog, Jiang Si confronted an apparent Keke, who called him Dad, and struck her away.

• Qingluan recalled her father's comfort after she told him how she had killed Little White, and she carried a new plush toy as she and Xingxuan traveled toward Beihai.
• Qingluan and Xingxuan's transformations vanished in midair, so Qingluan used her hidden wand to slow their fall and hide from an ashen-white magical girl heading toward Beihai.

Qingluan and Xingxuan reached Beihai but were stopped by a barrier until Bai Mei cut a passage through it. Inside, the grayish-white magical girl defeated the Calamity Dragon, but the dragon revealed a purple Miracle Seed and unleashed a surge of magic that engulfed her.

• Qingluan and Xingxuan found that a barrier around Beihai erased magic and blocked all attempts to enter.
• Bai Mei opened a passage through the barrier with a sword strike, and Qingluan followed her and Xingxuan into Beihai.

After Shion voluntarily transformed back, Jiang Si injected himself with green medicine and began turning into a witch.

• Susan drove through the battle’s aftershocks, and Golden Tea used golden threads to keep their car from crashing.
• Golden Tea saw Shion’s purple magic overwhelm the gray-white Magical Girl Killer, while Bai Mei used sword light to protect the group from falling magic.

• Keke woke from the white fog and joined Yinlian in fighting the Calamity Beasts, while they discussed Shion's unusual nature.
• Keke formed a powerful three-colored flame lotus, but every Calamity Beast in Beihai suddenly melted into tainted magic that streamed toward the north of the city.
• Yinlian captured Helen, then took Keke toward the enormous vortex; Winter Lord and Dandelion watched from nearby as they reached the crater.
