This is what is known as "Refining Spirit and Returning to Emptiness".

All three of these methods are "Refining Spirit and Returning to Emptiness," and there is no distinction between high and low, superior and inferior.

Compared to the Heaven-Eroding Lord's state of mind of "the world is gone, but I stand alone".

Once this realm is achieved, his cultivation and spiritual attainment will increase constantly.
