After Changxi sacrificed herself to help Li Boyang reach the newborn universe, Wu Jun recovered his resolve and prepared to continue his work. Xiluo used her treasures to stabilize and shape the world, while Changxi’s new moon began shining over it.

• Li Boyang appeared in the newborn universe with the Kunlun Mirror, and Xiluo followed him while reflecting on Changxi’s sacrifice.
• Wu Jun explained that Changxi had hidden a fragment of the Jade Disc of Creation and vowed not to waste the choice she had made for him.

Using Wu Jun as the sun, they established the world’s first Dao Paths and accelerated its evolution by tens of millions of years.

• Li Boyang used the Heaven and Earth Black and Yellow Exquisite Pagoda to slow the Long River of Time’s assimilation of Wu Jun’s world.
• Li Boyang told Xiluo that Wu Jun had to perfect his Dao of Great Unity and Prove Once, Prove Forever before the world was assimilated.

Twenty thousand years after the great battle, Wu Yao awoke in the Netherworld with memories of another life and realized history had changed. The Heaven-Eroding Lord, whose own life had been rewritten without giving him new memories, wondered whether Wu Yao could explain why he had become master of the Nine Splendors Jade Palace.

• Wu Yao woke from a vivid dream of Houtu and remembered Wu Jun attaining the Dao of Great Unity and ruling the Heavenly Realm.
• Wu Yao asked Little Black for the date and learned that it was the forty-seventh year of the Heavenly Dao era, with Ghost Gate Pass open and ghosts crossing into the Yang World.
• Little Black told Wu Yao that Ye Ming could not be serving at Mount Tai because it belonged to the Imperial Lord of the Eastern Peak, Jinhong, the Netherworld Lord's reincarnation from twenty thousand years earlier.

Li Boyang predicted that the artificial star could grow into one of the Zhoutian Principal Stars or even rank among the Thirty-Six Heavenly Gang Stars or Four Mansions.

• Li Boyang explained that the Star God system forced competition, with later arrivals able to challenge and replace established Star Gods.

On Yingzhou Island, Bixiao sensed a chance to become a Big Dipper Star Lord through Gouchen Heavenly Palace, and Qiongxiao proposed that they investigate it in the Hundred Lands Mountain Range.
