Background / History

Chen Xin was one of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect’s two guardian deities and its central martial protector. His Seven Kill Sword Martial Soul and Level 96 cultivation made him the sect’s pillar; the sect’s combat weakness as an auxiliary-focused organization was heavily offset by his presence. 1

His only son is Chen Geng, and his grandson is Chen Feng, the foremost genius of their sword-martial-soul lineage. Chen Xin places Chen Feng’s wishes and cultivation above the interests of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. 1 4

When Chen Feng chose to sever ties with the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, Chen Xin accompanied him to the sect hall and supported the decision without yielding to Ning Fengzhi, the elders, or Bone Douluo.
