Chu Feng defeated Shrek Academy's newcomers, introduced Martial Dao training, and led their search for Soul Rings in the Star Dou Great Forest. He secured the cooperation of Xiao Wu's Soul Beast companions and helped Tang San and Ning Rongrong obtain Contract Soul Rings, while Zhu Zhuqing's hunt remained underway.
Chu Feng trained the Shrek students, brought Tang San into his Soul Guidance research organization, and defeated Yu Xiaogang in a public theory contest. He then sent the group to the Great Soul Arena to prepare for the tournament, while Ning Rongrong sought cooperation between the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and Chu Feng’s organization.
Chu Feng recruited Dugu Bo, cured the poison afflicting him and Dugu Yan, and used the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well to grow stronger before empowering the Shrek Seven Devils with Immortal Herbs. As Shrek Academy began expanding and the group traveled to Heaven Dou City, they arrived at Heaven Dou Royal Academy ready to challenge the Imperial Fighting Team again.
