Uchiha Yuan stole power from the Demonic Statue Fragment, joined Orochimaru’s mission to seal Isobu, and used his Spiritualisation Technique and genjutsu to enter the Three-Tails’ spiritual world. The arc ended with Yuan borrowing Isobu’s Chakra to strike Danzo and offering the beast a deal.

• Uchiha Yuan tricked the degraded White Zetsu into absorbing a Demonic Statue Fragment, then processed it into a serum that gave him healing and chakra-absorption abilities.
• Uchiha Yuan took Nine-Tails Chakra from clashes between Hidden Grass Ninja and Fire Temple monks before joining Orochimaru’s mission to seal Isobu in Sea Country.

Uchiha Yuan returned to Konoha, helped the Uchiha reclaim Police Force authority, and pursued his own plans while navigating dangerous genjutsu and clan secrets. After a six-month interval, he entered the Police Force under Shisui and demonstrated that his illusions could confound even a Sharingan user.

• Uchiha Yuan returned to his body, absorbed the Tailed Beast Chakra from Isobu and Saiken, and learned from Orochimaru that Harusame’s remaining runes contained petrifying Sage Art Chakra.
• Uchiha Yuan returned to Konoha, where he and Shisui encountered the infant Naruto being abused at the hospital, and Yuan recognized the significance of Naruto and Sasuke’s Chakra.
• Uchiha Yuan and Shisui fought seven masked attackers, and Yuan and Fugaku used evidence of the assault to press the village leadership to restore the Uchiha’s public-order authority.
• Uchiha Yuan accepted a nominal Police Force position while secretly planning to obtain the Yin Nine-Tails, and Orochimaru left Konoha after giving his students research materials and gifts.
• Kurama Shion’s monstrous personality trapped Uchiha Yuan in an Illusion Space, where he fought Shukaku and the Snow Woman before restoring Shion’s awareness and waking with her unconscious.
• Uchiha Yuan promised Hyuga Ryo he would help remove her Caged Bird Curse Mark, and Ryo shared her family’s history and secret Gentle Fist techniques with him.
• Over the next half year, Uchiha Yuan reopened Laboratory Number Four for cloning research, trained Uchiha Izumi until she awakened Two-Tomoe Sharingan, and planned to find the Shinigami Mask and Yin Nine-Tails.
• Uchiha Yuan joined Shisui’s patrol division as deputy, defeated Shisui in a spar, and confounded Uchiha Long with illusions when Long challenged him for the position.

Uchiha Yuan awakened his Mangekyo, defeated Setsuna, and clashed with Obito while pursuing new powers and protecting his plans. As the Uchiha weighed their future in Konoha, clues at the Mask Storage Temple led Hiruzen to investigate Root, and Yuan brought the Old Baboon Sage into Tobirama's Laboratory.

• Fugaku appointed Yuan captain of the Third Division, and Yuan argued that Lifeform Replication could spread Kekkei Genkai abilities before Hiruzen rejected the research.
• Yuan defeated Uchiha Long in genjutsu and outmaneuvered Inaho, drawing Setsuna's attention and prompting Setsuna to offer help awakening Yuan's Sharingan.
• Yuan killed Setsuna after a fierce battle, learned from Setsuna's memories that he had cooperated with Obito, and concealed his role in the priest's death.
• Yuan awakened his Mangekyo, discovered the powers of Takamagahara and Yomotsu Hirasaka, and uncovered the Old Baboon Sage beneath a cave seal.
• Yuan urged Fugaku and Shisui to build the Uchiha's strength so the clan could choose its future, while he placed Flying Thunder God marks around Konoha.
• Yuan fought Obito in the Land of Hot Water, extracted tissue from around Obito's Mangekyo eye, and redirected an erupting volcano's magma away from a town with Susanoo.
• Kakashi found Flying Thunder God formulas around Konoha and reported them to Hiruzen, who connected the Mask Storage Temple clues to Danzo and Root and ordered an investigation.
• Yuan retrieved the Old Baboon Sage after it attacked him, trapped it in a genjutsu, and sent it into Tobirama's Laboratory with a Shadow Clone.

Yuan led Konoha’s victory over the Hidden Cloud forces, secured Yugito, and challenged Danzo’s influence over the village. He then uncovered a way to undo the Dead Demon Consuming Seal, revived Minato Namikaze, and captured the Yin Nine-Tails in the Demonic Statue Fragment.

• Yuan developed Hashirama Cells inner armor, entered the Jonin Selection, and won promotion before being sent to the Land of Moon.
• Yuan defeated Toroi and helped Orochimaru’s forces rout the Hidden Cloud army, then drew Yugito away and won Matatabi’s Chakra by promising to protect her.
• Yuan overpowered the Fourth Raikage and helped secure peace, while the Leaf shinobi celebrated his victory and the Uchiha Clan’s strength.
• Yuan brought Yugito to Konoha and argued against imprisoning or returning her, as Danzo accused the Uchiha Clan of occupying Tobirama’s Laboratory.
• Yuan trained Yugito to transform with Matatabi, encouraged Fugaku to broaden the Police Force, and placed Root shinobi inside it to monitor them.
• Yuan went with Anko, Kakashi, and Shisui to the Uzushio Village Ruins, where he found the Death God Altar and its means to undo the Dead Demon Consuming Seal.
• Yuan and the others activated the altar, recovered the release scroll, and Yuan revived Minato Namikaze with Impure World Reincarnation.
