Yuan manipulated Konoha’s conflict with Hidden Cloud, led the Uchiha to victory, and conquered Kumogakure with the Floating Fortress. As Akatsuki resolved to unite against the Hidden Leaf Village, Yuan tested his fused Kamui and confronted Hidden Cloud survivors about the hope they wished to preserve.

• Minato Namikaze and Kakashi exposed Obito’s identity, and Yuan arranged for Minato to survive in Obito’s body and investigate Akatsuki.
• Yuan and Danzo’s schemes provoked war with Hidden Cloud, while Yuan killed Danzo and the Uchiha Clan agreed to confront the Raikage’s forces.
• Yuan and Fugaku led the outnumbered Uchiha against Hidden Cloud, and Yuan defeated the Fourth Raikage A and Killer B with Kurama’s Chakra.
• Yuan seized Shennong’s Floating Fortress and used its weapons to destroy Kumogakure’s defenses, kill Raikage A, and subdue the village.
• Jiraiya led Konoha’s army into Kumogakure and captured its forces, while Yuan began plans to gather the tailed beasts.

Yuan helped Tsunade take control of Kumogakure, expanded Konoha’s military strength, and maneuvered against the Hokage and Akatsuki. After Hiruzen’s death, Yuan sent several allies to a parallel Konoha, where they helped the Uchiha destroy the Sarutobi and Shimura Clans before Minato, Jiraiya, and Kakashi encountered Uchiha Madara.

• Yuan warned Konoha’s leaders that the other villages might reject peace, then advocated bringing them under Konoha’s jurisdiction as the Stone, Mist, and Sand formed an Anti-Konoha Alliance with Akatsuki.
• Tsunade became Kumogakure’s Raikage and, with Yuan’s help, pacified the village, exposed its elders’ corruption, and survived their assassination attempt while Konoha rebuilt and expanded Kumogakure’s forces.
• Yuan pursued greater power through gene research, stopped an Uchiha rebellion, and helped Fugaku establish an External Special Operations Force as Konoha assigned the clan dangerous missions.
• Yuan infiltrated Sunagakure, killed Rasa, rescued Gaara, and brought Gaara, Yashamaru, and Kaede to Konoha, where Matatabi and Kurama persuaded Shukaku and Chomei to lend Yuan their Chakra.
• Yuan and Kakuzu used Asuma to infiltrate the Guardian Ninja Twelve, and Asuma killed his father Hiruzen during the group’s attack on the Hokage Building.
• Yuan used the Crimson Moon Technique to send Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Fugaku, Shisui, Kakashi, and Itachi to a parallel Konoha, where they discovered the Uchiha were being weakened by its leaders.
• Fugaku, Shisui, and Itachi destroyed the parallel world’s Sarutobi and Shimura Clans before midnight, while Yuan judged them unsuitable Hokage candidates and Minato, Jiraiya, and Kakashi encountered Uchiha Madara underground.

Yuan made Kaguya Hokage and led Konoha’s alliance against Akatsuki, defeating Nagato and bringing Kirigakure into the alliance. The war continued as Black Zetsu prepared Moryo and the Stone Figure army to face Yuan’s growing coalition.

• Yuan created Kaguya from Madara’s purified soul, then uncovered Black Zetsu’s interference between worlds and began investigating Nagato’s disappearance.
• Kaguya became Hokage after defeating Orochimaru in a genjutsu duel, while Yuan gathered bloodline clans and awakened new powers in himself and Konoha’s recruits.
• Black Zetsu’s experiment with Deidara caused a devastating explosion in Snow Country, but Kaguya saved Yuan by sacrificing her left eye and using Izanagi.
• The Land of Fire’s daimyo appointed Kaguya Fifth Hokage, and she declared war on Akatsuki as Nagato launched his assault on Jiraiya and Minato.
• Yuan defeated Nagato in the sky, while Nagato was later revived and urged by Black Zetsu to master his Rinnegan.
• Yuan used propaganda and peaceful visions to weaken rival villages, then sent Mei Terumi and the allied forces to capture Kirigakure.
• Mei and her allies defeated Ao and ended Kirigakure’s resistance, after which Yuan brought the village into the Konoha–Hidden Cloud Alliance.
• Yuan urged the alliance to unify the shinobi world and destroy Akatsuki, while Black Zetsu announced that Moryo and the Stone Figure army were ready.

Yuan defeated Nagato and Kaguya’s revived form, helped end the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and began reshaping the shinobi world. After Momoshiki and Kinshiki arrived and a temporary truce revealed the threat of Isshiki and Shibai’s legacy, Yuan sought ancient powers and uncovered a connection between Shibai and the Six Paths Box of Ultimate Bliss.

• Yuan killed Ōnoki, defeated Nagato, and battled Uchiha Madara after Hagoromo revived him through Nagato’s body.
• Black Zetsu revived Otsutsuki Kaguya, who trapped humanity in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but Yuan gained her genes and power before helping Hashirama and Madara free the tailed beasts and release the dream world.
• Kaguya regained her memories and withdrew into herself, while Madara and Hashirama helped rebuild Konoha and the daimyo negotiated with its leaders over shinobi power.
• Yuan demonstrated Chakra-transmission technology and helped Kabuto reconnect with Yakushi Nonō, while Momoshiki and Kinshiki arrived to harvest Chakra and attacked Konoha.
• Momoshiki absorbed Kinshiki and overwhelmed Yuan, Hashirama, and Madara, but Urashiki intervened and revealed Shibai’s legacy and the threat posed by Isshiki.
• Yuan, Hashirama, Madara, Momoshiki, and Urashiki agreed to a temporary truce, while Urashiki warned Jigen about Momoshiki and Jigen resolved to make Yuan his Karma vessel.
• Yuan obtained the Priestess lineage’s ocular power from Miroku and Shion, then went to Hozuki Castle and summoned Gū from the Six Paths Box of Ultimate Bliss.
• Yuan defeated Gū and searched its memories, finding an image of Otsutsuki Shibai and questioning the box’s connection to the Sage of the Six Paths.
