The World's Nourishment

"Phew." Ye Fan opened his eyes and took a deep breath! Everything that had happened today was so unbelievable to him. He had actually witnessed the birth of a new world.

The endless mountains were still shrouded in darkness! Starlight flickered, treetops swayed, and the occasional rustling of small animals could be heard. A gentle breeze blew as Ye Fan rose and looked up at the heavens, where the bright moon and countless stars gave off a soft glow. Everything was so normal, so peaceful, as though nothing had happened! Only the hundred stars that had remained unchanged since time immemorial were missing!

Ye Fan gazed up in silence, standing motionless for a long time. The endless starry sky seemed closer to him now! Ye Fan felt the stars, and the stars shone upon him!

Specks of starlight and lightning flickered in Ye Fan's eyes. He now knew how to open the new world.

"It really feels like a dream."

With a flash of thought, Ye Fan vanished into thin air. He arrived in the new world. The Primordial Star stretched boundlessly, filled with the breath of life. Vast amounts of energy still filled the space, forming a dazzling, constantly surging aurora. Purple lightning reached from heaven to earth, as though it would tear the gray sky apart. The earth churned, filling in the enormous abyssal pits left by the collision. Everything was newborn, everything was a beginning...

The blue-green sphere of light was now traveling through every corner of the space, scattering an endless breath of life. The energy aurora grew even more brilliant, and the lightning shone brighter.

Ye Fan set foot on this new land. Warmth still lingered in the earth, and it trembled without cease! As far as he could see, the continental plates shifted and heaved, sending out a deep, rumbling sound. Volcanoes erupted, releasing accumulated energy. Fiery red lava shot into the sky, forming an incomparably magnificent sight alongside the purple lightning.

The blue-green sphere of light had traveled through every corner of the world and now floated quietly above Ye Fan!

"Are you a living being? Is this a world you created?"

The blue-green sphere of light did not answer. It made no movement either.

Could it be that it isn't a living being? But what he did really did seem conscious. Could I have been wrong?

The blue-green sphere of light still did not budge!

The earth's trembling gradually ceased, and the volcanoes stopped erupting. The warmth lingering in the earth also gradually faded. A heavy force of the earth spread unceasingly, while gray-white energy mist rolled forward like a sea tide!

The blue-green sphere of light moved, slowly approaching Ye Fan. It kept shrinking as its blue-green radiance grew more and more dazzling, too bright to look at directly. By the time it drew close to Ye Fan, it had shrunk to the size of an ordinary fist and had nearly become solid.

The sphere passed through Ye Fan's skin and entered his body once again! Ye Fan seemed almost transparent, blue-green light radiating from his entire body. This time, the sphere did not disappear between his brows, but continued traveling through his body!

"Hiss!" The sphere of light was actually so hot. Ye Fan gritted his teeth. If it wanted to harm him, why would it go to so much trouble?

The sphere continued moving, traveling through Ye Fan's entire body along his meridians and acupoints. Each time it passed an acupoint, a numbness like a lightning strike followed.

Ye Fan endured the discomfort. Beads of sweat emerged on his forehead. His teeth chattered together, and his whole body trembled uncontrollably!

It was transforming his meridians!

"Phew..." The sphere continued moving, and Ye Fan gradually grew accustomed to the transformation. His body stopped trembling. He felt as though a great beast lay dormant within him, possessing inexhaustible strength. It was so powerful...

The sphere traveled through his entire body nine times before withdrawing and floating quietly above Ye Fan's head! Ye Fan opened his eyes, lightning power flashing within them. He clenched his fists, and a metallic clang rang out.

"Is this really the power of a human?"

The force of the earth had spread across the entire Primordial Star. Gray-white energy mist filled every corner, and this world was now completely stable!

The blue-green sphere began to descend, slowly sinking underground and traveling all the way to the deepest reaches beneath the earth, to the Earth Vein!

Deep underground, the Earth Vein wound like a colossal dragon, black as ink and hard as refined steel. It rose in the shape of a coiling dragon, protruding like sinews and bones, while its immense energy surged like the sea! The blue-green sphere drew close and sank into the Earth Vein without obstruction, as though they had always been one!

The blue-green sphere was establishing a connection with Ye Fan! It was as though an invisible thread linked each of his acupoints to the Earth Vein!

"Boom!"

Ye Fan's entire body felt clear and unobstructed, and he now understood what the blue-green sphere had just done! He could clearly sense the weight and power the Earth Vein brought him! Ye Fan's entire body creaked. This was a transformation of his physical body, following the one to his meridians!

Tiny arcs of electricity burst from Ye Fan's body. His sinews and bones stood out, their contours growing increasingly distinct, and the muscles all over his body were as powerful as coiling dragons. His bones creaked as they grew denser and harder!

"Ah!"

Ye Fan clenched his fists and let out a great roar. The overflowing power made him shout involuntarily!

"Rumble..."

With Ye Fan at the center, massive rocks flew and the earth cracked. Lightning coiled around his clenched fists, crackling! Every strand of his hair stood on end, and lightning blazed in his eyes before shooting out! "Bang!" The lightning struck a mountain, and in an instant, the mountain crumbled, the earth split, and shattered rocks flew everywhere! The entire mountain exploded apart down the middle!

Ye Fan's eyes, bright as a sea of stars, watched the cracks before him, the shattered rocks falling from high above, and the dust billowing into the air. With a stir of his mind, everything returned to its original state! It was as though nothing had happened!

This was what came of establishing a connection with the Earth Vein! Ye Fan was now a treasure trove in the flesh!

The energy aurora still surged across the sky! Countless rays of rosy light shone with dazzling brilliance!

The gray-white energy mist began to settle and condense! As the mist was continually compressed, it shone with a pale blue-white light. Its volume kept shrinking, and its energy grew increasingly concentrated.

It condensed, condensed, condensed...

Finally, upon reaching a certain critical point, the gray-white mist began to change.

"Splash..."

The energy mist actually gathered into water and began to flow!

The Spring of Life was born!

The spring water splashed as it flowed, still wreathed in mist and shining with blue-green light. Wherever it passed, life energy was abundant, and the breath of life washed over everything!

Ye Fan's hundred meridians were connected to the Earth Vein, so he could naturally sense what was different about this spring! This was the Spring of Life...

As the Spring of Life flowed, Ye Fan's own body was baptized once again...
