Tang San is the son of Tang Hao and Ah Yin. He later learns that Ah Yin is the Blue Silver Emperor and that Tang Hao had suffered severe, career-ending injuries; Tang San urges his father to stop fighting and seeks a way to help him recover. 240

His Blue Silver Grass carries the Blue Silver Emperor bloodline. Its full awakening reshapes his body, turns his hair dark blue with golden glimmers, and grants him an overwhelming life force. 263 264

Tang San is also the inheritor of the Clear Sky Hammer, his second Martial Soul. Its appearance alerts Dugu Bo to the powerful figure behind him and nearly results in Tang San's death. 179
