Shen Hui reached a weakened wave monster that more than a hundred people from five districts were fighting over, with each district withholding strength to claim its resources. Zhuge Hongjing and Sun Jingjing both invited Shen Hui to join forces, leaving the surrounding fighters stunned by the attention he received.

After the meeting, Chi Yan promised him protection and a reward, and President Shengnan hinted that he should consider Sun Jingjing before Shen Hui tried to set her up with Ye Long.
