Shen Hui turned his tiny Death World into a force to be reckoned with by creating Sadako, the Pig-headed Butcher, and Tomie, then cleared the practical test’s stages and broke the record. He and Qingxue earned places in the Nascent World resource competition and set off with new allies and rewards.
Shen Hui strengthened his Death World, used it to defeat a technology world in the Borderlands, and brought its Eldritch Beings into a real-world attack at the Nine Phoenix Pavilion. After the attackers were defeated, Shen Hui returned home and found Siren Head undergoing a transformation.
Shen Hui advanced his Death World and its resurrecting Heroes while competing in the Nascent World for its Origin Power. After confronting rival Creators and a deadly pillar monster, he began claiming the Nascent World’s guarded resources with his world’s power.
Shen Hui plundered the Nascent World's resources and exposed the Giant God Cult before its sacrifices trapped everyone in the Colossal Creature World. After helping everyone escape, he strengthened the Death World with new Heroes and entered a challenge against the Esper World.
Shen Hui expanded the Death World with Cthulhu worship, Deep Ones, and Arkham before returning to the Real World for a test of connecting Creation Worlds to reality. The elders’ attempt to examine his world overwhelmed Gu Cheng, and Shen Hui considered the possibility of manifesting his world in the Real World.
Shen Hui survived the World Association’s attempt to restrict him, earned a place on the Starry Sky Leaderboard, and expanded his Death World with new powers and horrors. After the SCP Foundation contained SCP-173, Shen Hui used a World Bug Card to disrupt the Death World’s rules and locate a loophole.
Shen Hui built the Backrooms, entered the underground market’s arena, and used its cult connections to create SCP-049. As he expanded the Backrooms toward World Level five, his Creation World began overtaking the Real World, leaving Chi Yan and her team to enter the spreading fog.
Shen Hui’s level-five Death World overwhelmed the Crow Werewolves and drew in Amon’s avatar, before a Star-Devouring Behemoth swallowed the battlefield. Shen Hui escaped with the survivors after meeting the World Wanderers, returned to the World Association, and prepared to attend a Giant God Cult meeting.
Shen Hui created the Elder Things and expanded the Death World, drawing attention from both the city and cults. A Tarot Club confrontation pushed his Death World into reality and nearly consumed him, until Qingxue reached him and helped him regain control.
Shen Hui killed Ji Xinfeng during a Giant God Cult operation, then hid his role as the cult’s plans culminated in a failed attempt to channel the Giant God. As the city recovered, Shen Hui prepared to build a Skaven Ratmen civilization and remained entangled with the World Association and the Tarot Club.
Shen Hui evolved the Death World’s ratmen into the Skaven Ratmen, joined Red Night to secure an underground auction invitation, and fought off an attack on Zhiyue’s group. He created the Hard-to-Destroy Reptile, whose rapid adaptations left him watching its growth in the Death World.
Shen Hui strengthened the Death World and sold valuable resources at an underground auction to acquire a Star Core. The struggle over his purchase escalated into a battle between Creation Worlds and ended with the Star-Devouring Behemoth swallowing him and most of the attendees.
Shen Hui escaped the Star-Devouring Behemoth, strengthened the Death World and created new Backrooms levels, then faced the Bright Night Organization in a card duel. The duel unleashed Cthulhu’s influence across the city, where the survivors saw his projection and the darkness vanished, leaving the world beginning to change.
Shen Hui investigated the Laughing Moon Cult’s ritual, which trapped him and his companions in fused Creation Worlds and brought Laughing Moon into the Real World. After Laughing Moon trapped Shen Hui in a consciousness-shaped world, he reclaimed his identity and Cthulhu destroyed the deity, leaving Shen Hui and his companions back in the tunnels.
Shen Hui investigated the Laughing Moon World’s collapse and strengthened the Death World, while a new threat from the Fallen Gods and the spread of SCP-999 reshaped its inhabitants’ lives. Back in the surface world, he reunited with Qingxue and learned that disordered Unclaimed Worlds were appearing in the Land of the Unfettered, which he agreed to investigate.
Shen Hui’s Death World absorbed Qingxue’s Creation World and the Lingxi Realm, then fought Amon with Cthulhu and Yog-Sothoth as the Seventy-Two Demon Gods began plundering Unclaimed Worlds. As preparations for the Chaos Forbidden Domain began, Shen Hui helped Huang Lingheng create a deity and later advised Ye Long on his own new god.
The creators competed for places in the Chaos Forbidden Domain, and Shen Hui revealed the terrifying power of his Death World and Cthulhu. After Zhuge Hongjing stole the Death World’s Power of Fortune, Shen Hui’s Backrooms World survived the attack and secured him first place, as the level-eight competition began.
Shen Hui expanded the Death World by turning pestilence into Nurgle’s domain, while plague victims formed a cult around him. As Qingxue and Shen Hui joined the Tarot Club gathering in the Chaos Forbidden Domain, Shen Hui’s presence provoked hostility when he admitted he was not a member.
Shen Hui joined the Tarot Club’s journey into the Chaos Forbidden Domain after helping The Fool open a passage and concealing the aftermath of their clash in the Wilderness Ruins. Separated from the others upon arrival, Shen Hui crossed a graveyard of shattered worlds and spotted an intact planet hidden among the wreckage.
Shen Hui explored a frozen world, then fought a mixed civilization whose armies unleashed strange beings and divine powers across the Death World. Jin confronted Shen Hui and withdrew when the Tide of Void Annihilation arrived, leaving Shen Hui caught in its path and thinking of the Frozen World.
