A Brutal Battle
Snyder fought against the Forest Troll Eagle Loa priest and the Lynx Loa priest.
The two Loa priests, Forest Troll, tried to keep Snyder here, but Snyder's overwhelming fighting prowess thwarted their plan.
The Lynx Loa priest's claws did not penetrate Snyder's enhanced right arm. In fact, Snyder could have completely blocked the attack with his reforged Nokao'si, but to play it safe, Snyder chose to enhance himself to block the attack.
"Your attacks seem rather weak," Snyder said, shaking his right arm.
Seeing that his attack had failed, the Lynx Loa priest jumped back to create distance from Snyder.
"Who knew your right arm was so tough?" The Lynx Loa trembled, shaking its paw which was numb from the recoil.
Meanwhile, the Eagle Loa had been knocked down by Snyder's enhanced Thunderstorm, also got up from the ground.
His feathers were also somewhat disheveled from the lightning strike, and he had some wounds on his body.
But the power of the Loa also began to heal his wounds, and the Eagle Loa Priest struggled to his feet.
Although he looked somewhat disheveled, he continued to recover from his injuries.
"Your power is strong, but the power of the Loa is even greater!" The Eagle Loa Priest once again unleashed his lightning energy, striking Snyder.
The Lynx Loa priest moved quickly again, preparing to find an opportunity to attack once more.
Snyder was also prepared to face another attack from the two Troll Loa priests.
Meanwhile, the combined forces of the Highborne and the Hand of the Bright Moon were also preparing to engage the main force of the Forest Troll.
The Amani Clan's war bear cavalry also began their Charge, and the earth trembled once more because of their Charge.
The elven alliance had already formed a defensive formation, and its wounded and mages who could no longer launch magical attacks had been moved to the rear.
The addition of the Hand of the Bright Moon enhanced their combat strength.
"Prepare to engage the enemy!" said the captain of the Hand of the Bright Moon.
As the Amani Clan's war bear cavalry drew ever closer, the elven allied forces were ready.
The approaching roars of the giant bear allowed the elven soldiers to discern their distance.
"Attack!" the captain of the Hand of the Bright Moon commanded.
Upon receiving the order, the elves stepped forward, leaping onto their comrades and aiming their weapons at the Troll riders mounted on the war bears.
The elven soldiers at the forefront now held shields in both hands, using all their strength to block the Charge bear cavalry.
The elves' tactics were effective for a short time; they successfully wiped out a portion of the Amani Clan's war bear cavalry.
However, some of the War Bear cavalry still managed to break through their lines.
"Let them in, then separate them and have the mages Shaman use spells to destroy them!" Upon seeing this, Captain Hand of the Bright Moon issued the order to change formation.
Upon receiving the order to change formation, the elves immediately began to do so.
The shield-bearing elves in the front cleared the frontal defenses and let the Amani Clan's war bear cavalry in.
"Brothers! We've scared those elves half to death!"
"Kill them all!" roared the captain of the Amani Clan's war bear cavalry.
He charged ahead first, and indeed, they encountered no resistance and smoothly entered the elven lines.
When the elves saw that a certain number of the Amani Clan war bear cavalry had entered, they immediately surrounded them.
Seeing their comrades being let in and surrounded, the other War Bear cavalrymen immediately planned to launch a rescue operation.
"Block those Forest Troll!" Seeing that the Forest Troll bear cavalry were about to go to the rescue, Captain Hand of the Bright Moon also gave the order for the elven soldiers to stop them.
The elves, having already completed the encirclement, were now being surrounded by mages and Shaman who were beginning to cast spells.
The surrounded Amani Clan war bear cavalry realized they had fallen into a trap and began their breakout attempt.
But by the time they discovered it, it was too late; the mages and Shaman had already prepared their spells.
The powerful magical energy and elemental magic instantly wiped out all the Amani Clan's war bear cavalry.
"Damn it, those elves killed my brothers!" Shadra as he watched his army being slaughtered.
"It's my turn." Shadra patted the giant bear beneath him.
Upon receiving its master's command, the giant bear began its frantic run, heading straight for the elves' lines.
The elves were delighted to see the tactics succeed.
They all set their sights on the surviving Amani Clan war bear cavalry.
"My Warrior! What are you afraid of? With me here, they will all be crushed." Shadra's voice came from behind the Amani Clan's war bear cavalry.
Shadra did not stop beside his Warrior but ran right past them.
He was using this behavior to help his Warrior regain their confidence.
One or two more Amani Clan war bear cavalry followed behind Shadra and launched an attack.
Shadra charged into the elven defenses, killing every elf who stood in his way.
The elf's blood stained his weapon with a new color.
"Stop them!" the captain of the Hand of the Bright Moon commanded, then stepped forward to meet them.
"You cannot stop me, the elf! My power is unmatched!" Shadra also saw an elf standing in front of him.
"How will you know if you don't try?" With that, the captain of the Hand of the Bright Moon took the initiative and attacked.
Shadra didn't take advantage of him either, leaping off his giant bear mount.
The two then engaged in combat, fighting back and forth with equal intensity.
Their fighting was somewhat more civilized compared to that of other soldiers.
The other soldiers engaged in combat with the aim of inflicting effective casualties, and the battle scenes were extremely bloody at times.
Meanwhile, in the rear guard commanded by Daren Theron.
Bandersson's Troll magic and the powerful combat strength of the Dragonhawk Loa priests overwhelmed Daren Theron for a time.
He himself was the only high-end combat force in the rear guard, and the mages here were also under-supplied, so they could only use normal attack magic, and it was basically impossible for them to use large-scale magic.
At the central army's location in Dath'Remar, there were many civilians and wounded, but fortunately, they had the most soldiers, and the mages also had some magic crystals to replenish their ranks.
It can be said that the central army's configuration is the best, but also the most difficult.
"Lord Dath'Remar, a monster is aiding the Forest Troll in their attack."
"His appearance is a combination of a bear and Troll," an Highborne soldier reported.
"What! Take me there!" Dath'Remar demanded that the soldier lead him there.
Upon reaching the central battlefield, the Wild Bear Loa was wreaking havoc, and the Highborne soldiers there were no match for him.
He fought until his own fur was covered in the blood of the Highborne, and his eyes began to glow red.
Clearly, he was now controlled by the wildness within the Loa.
But his remaining rationality led him to focus on the Highborne and not attack the Forest Troll.
