The Dissipation of the Black Energy
The Highborne ' front, middle, and rear armies have all been attacked by Forest Troll, and their situation is now extremely precarious.
Dath'Remar, now controlled by the dark energy, has finally found the opportunity he has been waiting for.
Under the protection of his guards, Dath'Remar went to the front lines where the central army was located, and there he saw the monster slaughtering the Highborne soldiers.
"Quickly, where are our mages? Have them use their magic to focus fire and kill that monster!" Dath'Remar commanded.
"Our mages have already tested it with spells; this monster's defenses are extremely strong."
"We have a surplus of magic crystals, but not many, so they plan to target other Forest Troll."
"When the mages saw that their spells were not working, they did not use them again."
"So the Warrior rushed forward themselves to hold him off."
"Once the mages have used magic to kill the other Forest Troll, then gather all our strength to kill it," the Highborne soldier told Dath'Remar.
"Are we just going to let my Warrior risk their lives to hold him back?"
"Now I'm going to stand with my soldiers." With that, he grabbed the Flamestrike and charged towards the Wild Bear Loa Priest.
Seeing that Dath'Remar had rushed over, the other Highborne followed suit.
Dath'Remar has lost an arm, greatly diminishing his strength.
The Hand of the Bright Moon, dispatched by Snyder to protect Dath'Remar, also followed.
"Roar!" The Wild Bear Loa priest roared angrily, and a wave of energy erupted from his body, blasting away the Highborne soldiers around him.
The eyes of the Wild Bear Loa priest were now shrouded in red light, and his scarlet eyes were fixed on Dath'Remar and his gang.
He charged forward with a roar.
Flamestrike also began to ignite, clearly indicating that it was ready to attack.
The other elven soldiers were also ready to attack.
Dath'Remar swung his Flamestrike, fiercely striking at the approaching Wild Bear Loa priest bear.
"Sizzle." The flames of the Flamestrike had barely touched the Wild Bear Loa priest's body when they ignited his fur.
The Wild Bear Loa priest simply knocked away the Flamestrike with a single palm strike, and then followed up with a claw attack on Dath'Remar.
Dath'Remar was unable to dodge in time and was knocked down. Seeing that his attack had worked, the Wild Bear Loa priest decided to finish him off.
The other elven guards also stepped forward to block the priest Wild Bear Loa.
The mad Wild Bear Loa was also extremely powerful, and the elven soldiers could only barely hold him off.
Dath'Remar also got up from the ground. The attack had left him feeling terrible, and he could feel the blood churning inside his body.
He watched as the other Highborne soldiers were killed by the Wild Bear Loa, while trying to save him.
His expression was one of great pain, but inside he felt immense pleasure.
"Come, I need more blood. The more you die, the happier the Old Gods will be," Dath'Remar, controlled by the dark aura, thought to himself.
At this moment, a group of Hand of the Bright Moon stepped forward and took over the battle from the Highborne soldiers.
The Hand of the Bright Moon worked together perfectly, successfully stopping the raging Wild Bear Loa priest.
Dath'Remar was also taken aback when he saw the Hand of the Bright Moon unleashing its full power.
"These people cannot be allowed to live; if they survive, they will pose a great threat to him," Dath'Remar thought to himself, controlled by the dark energy.
"We cannot let our allies face that monster alone."
"We must rush over and help them!" Dath'Remar said, then charged forward with Flamestrike.
When the other Highborne soldiers saw that Dath'Remar had rushed over, they all followed.
Dath'Remar, who only has one arm, needs their help.
Dath'Remar, leading his Highborne soldiers, rejoined the battle. Their assistance did not alleviate the pressure on the Hand of the Bright Moon; instead, it forced them to focus on protecting them.
Kaostin and three Troll chieftains also joined the battle at this time.
Instead of directly supporting the besieged Wild Bear Loa priests, they led a large force to annihilate the Highborne army.
There were also a large number of Highborne Warrior on standby, carrying out the mission of protecting civilians.
Behind the Warrior, a unit of mages stood guard.
When the remaining troops discovered that the main force of the Forest Troll had begun their attack, they also began their counterattack.
Thanks to the mage's help, the Forest Troll were held back, but it was only a matter of time before Forest Troll broke free.
Although the arrival of the Highborne soldiers meant that the Hand of the Bright Moon had to be distracted to care for them, resulting in casualties within the Hand of the Bright Moon, the Wild Bear Loa.
When Dath'Remar saw that the Wild Bear Loa priest was getting more and more wounds, he knew that this enemy wouldn't last much longer.
So he decided to use the same trick again, creating an opening so that the elven soldiers around him would be distracted, thus giving the Wild Bear Loa priest an opportunity to kill more elven soldiers.
Without hesitation, Dath'Remar deliberately charged forward, and the Wild Bear Loa priest seized the opportunity to send him flying with a single palm strike.
"Lord Dath'Remar!" Dath'Remar was knocked down again, which distracted many of the elven soldiers.
The Wild Bear Loa priest, also killed many elven soldiers with a single blow.
The sudden attack by the Wild Bear Loa priest caught the elven soldiers off guard, thus breaking the previously favorable situation.
But the Hand of the Bright Moon was not distracted by Dath'Remar's defeat; they increased their attack speed and knocked the Wild Bear Loa Priest unconscious.
The power of the Loa began to dissipate, and his body returned to its original form.
The defeat of the Wild Bear Loa greatly boosted the morale of the elves.
The moment his massive body fell to the ground, a huge cheer erupted from the elves, and their fighting power increased as a result.
While the elves were cheering, Dath'Remar was also laughing, but in his heart he was already cursing.
A sharp sound rang out as a sword pierced flesh.
Dath'Remar's body was pierced by a sharp sword, done by Jarod Shadowsong, who had been lurking beside Dath'Remar all along.
"I've been waiting for this opportunity, and it's finally here." Jarod was dressed in Highborne attire and had Highborne makeup applied.
"If you kill me, he will die because of it."
"Our souls have become one; he is me and I am him," said Dath'Remar, who was controlled by the dark energy.
"We'll talk about that later. What I need right now is..."
"Go to hell," Jarod said.
The Silver Blade emitted a light and began to purify the dark energy within Dath'Remar's soul.
