A New Split 2
Under the cover of night, Lothar divided the "tinder" that Leo had left him into several parts and had his trusted men take them out separately.
"Farewell, great city." General Lothar took one last look at the city from afar.
After he finished speaking, he headed to the place of survival that Leo had found for him.
A few days later, Lothar led his people to the border of the Leo clan, where they would begin a new life.
Meanwhile, after Lothar left with the fire, Leo passed away without regrets.
News of Leo's death spread quickly, and ambitious individuals and rival forces began to emerge. After Leo was buried, they began vying for power, and soon war broke out again in the city.
Rival clans in the surrounding area also joined the war, hoping to get a share of the spoils.
And so Apophis built a vast clan that disintegrated after two generations, but their legacy was passed down to a tribe Arathi.
After parting ways with Apophis, Jarod learned that his old brother was nearing his end, but he was powerless to do anything about it.
Thus, the Eastern Kingdoms once again fell into a period of division.
A long, long time passed, and under Snyder's rule, Aikaite'er's power grew steadily. They used magic wisely and respected nature and the elements.
The Helidos Continent was transformed into a thriving paradise thanks to the presence of the eternal elves.
Azshara also demonstrated her value. As the former Highborne Queen, she possessed exceptional magical talent. She taught the Eternal Elves in Aikaite'er how to better cast spells, which left Maiev, who had always wanted to get rid of her, helpless and only able to keep an eye on her.
Among the Vrykul clans of the Eastern Kingdoms, the giant Vrykul are becoming increasingly rare, while the number of humans of normal build is increasing.
But many things happened on the Kalimdor.
9400 years before the opening of the Dark Portal.
After the War of the Ancients, the Night Elf, led by Tyrande, extended their influence to Ashenvale and began rebuilding their homeland.
Tyrande made the Sisterhood of Elune an organization that held political and military power and trained a Sentinels.
This unit consists of well-trained female Warrior whose main mission is to patrol the jungle, protect their community, and defend against external enemies.
Many members of this force are Warrior who survived the War of the Ancients, and their leader is Shandris Feathermoon, who was adopted by Tyrande.
Malfurion also trained many Druid, some of whom were originally Highborne mages who had become Druid after the War of the Ancients.
However, unlike the disciplined Sentinels, this Druid lacked strict military management.
Furthermore, with Ysera's blessing granting Druid free access to the Emerald Dream, they spend most of their time sleeping.
However, they also developed many transformation spells.
This gave the Satyr, who survived the War of the Ancients, an opportunity.
The leader of the Satyr was named Xalan, and his rise drew the attention of the demons still lurking in parts of the Burning Legion in Azeroth. They answered Xalan's call and emerged from the darkness.
9300 years before the opening of the Dark Portal
Demons emerging from the darkness attacked the Night Elf ' stronghold Night Run, inflicting heavy losses on the Night Elf.
But the situation was quickly reversed when Shandris proposed the idea of awakening the Druid from the Emerald Dream to jointly resist the Satyr's attack.
Malfurion also witnessed Xalan's corruption of the Forest, and thus he decided to awaken the most powerful Druid in the Emerald Dream.
Upon awakening, the Druid and Sentinels worked together to launch a fierce attack on the Satyr. The Druid' powerful nature magic, the Sentinels' strong military force, and Shandris's excellent tactical command combined to decisively defeat Xalan's army.
Just as the Night Elf were advancing triumphantly, a Druid Ralaar Druid Flamefang led his followers in an attempt to harness the wrath of the wild god Goldrinn and transform into wolf form.
However, they failed and became slaves to their own rage. They slaughtered indiscriminately on the battlefield, friend or foe. Anyone harmed by Druid in wolf form would be cursed and transformed into wolf form. In this way, the number of Night Elf in wolf form increased.
The appearance of the wolf-form Night Elf made Malfurion reflect on himself, realizing that the current situation was due to his failure to establish proper rules and restrain the Druid, leading him to extremes in his pursuit of power.
So Malfurion and his followers founded the Cenarion Circle, an organization whose purpose was to guide and regulate Druid throughout the world and to oversee their behavior.
The council also discussed how to deal with these werewolves. They decided to banish them to the sacred tree Tal'doren in the Emerald Dream, relying on the power of the sacred tree to let them enter a peaceful and eternal slumber.
With the werewolves banished, the Night Elf were able to focus on dealing with the remaining Satyr.
While pursuing the remaining Satyr, the Night Elf began purifying the corrupted forest.
In the end, only a small number of Satyr disappeared into the shadows and could no longer pose a threat to the Night Elf.
This war is also known as the War of the Satyr.
7300 years before the opening of the Dark Portal.
The Night Elf society was given a chance to recover after the War of the Satyr.
However, the Highborne led by Dath'Remar never managed to integrate into the new Night Elf society, and friction continued to arise, though the leaders of both sides remained restrained.
However, current Night Elf laws strictly prohibit Night Elf from researching and learning magic, which has angered many Highborne.
Over the past few thousand years, the number of magic crystals possessed by the Sunstrider family and its several smaller families has dwindled to almost nothing, causing great headaches for Dath'Remar and the Highborne nobles.
The Night Elf repeatedly warned the Highborne who were studying magic to stop, but the Highborne did not heed their warnings, only agreeing superficially while continuing their magical research behind the scenes.
Some stubborn Highborne were sentenced to death by the Highborne Night Elf, which greatly angered Dath'Remar.
He stepped forward, "Tyrande! What right do you have to kill those Highborne!" Dath'Remar was furious and no longer restrained his emotions.
"They broke the law and we've been warning them, but they haven't changed their ways, so we ordered their death sentences." Tyrande wasn't afraid of Dath'Remar and instead confronted him directly.
"The study of magic is an inherent right of the Highborne! By what right do you want to deprive them of it!"
"Magic has already inflicted enough damage on this continent! Have you forgotten the War of the Ancients?"
Thus began a quarrel between the leaders of the Night Elf and the Highborne, marking a turning point in the fate of the Highborne.
