The Forest Troll attacked the Highborne ' defenses once again.

After stabilizing the front lines, Dath'Remar's lieutenant went to find Daren Theron.

The Highborne sentinels also handed over the elven heads they had retrieved from the trees to Daren Theron.

These two things just happened to coincide.

"What is this thing?" Dath'Remar's lieutenant asked, noticing the object on the table.

"This is..." Daren Theron said evasively.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant walked up to the table where the thing was placed.

"This is it!" Dath'Remar's lieutenant stepped forward and took a closer look, finally seeing the thing in its entirety.

It is the head of an elf.

"This is the head of the old nobleman in charge of allocating supplies!" Dath'Remar's adjutant shouted.

"That's right." Daren Theron, seeing this, no longer tried to hide it.

He waved for the Highborne sentinel to leave first, and the sentinel, having received the order, withdrew.

Now only Dath'Remar's lieutenant and Daren Theron remain in the room.

"This is a sign from the Forest Troll, a sign they're using to show us; it's hanging on a tree near the camp."

"Our sentries found it and brought it back."

Daren Theron told Dath'Remar's lieutenant everything that had happened.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant grew angrier as he listened, and his fists clenched tighter and tighter.

"Damn it! I'll gather my troops right now and teach those savage Forest Troll a lesson."

"That's what Dath'Remar's lieutenant said."

"No, we must calm down now."

"We must not let anger cloud our judgment." Daren Theron seized Dath'Remar's lieutenant, who was trying to assemble the troops.

His hand gripped Dath'Remar's hand tightly, like a pair of vises.

The adjutant tried to break free but failed several times, which fueled his anger.

"Let go, General!"

"That's what Dath'Remar's lieutenant said."

"The more urgent the situation, the calmer we need to be," Daren Theron said, looking into the eyes of his lieutenant, Dath'Remar.

"Yes, you're right." Dath'Remar's lieutenant suppressed his anger, considered Daren Theron's words, and understood his good intentions.

However, anger that is not released will accumulate in the heart and eventually erupt when the heart can no longer bear it, causing great harm to oneself and those around them.

Once Daren Theron saw that Dath'Remar's lieutenant had regained his senses, he released him.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant walked to the table, took a box from his magic backpack, and put the old nobleman's head inside.

Daren Theron did not stop his adjutant's actions, waiting until the adjutant finished.

Daren Theron picked up his weapon and patted his adjutant on the shoulder, signaling him to follow him.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant also picked up his weapon and followed Daren Theron.

After leaving, the two immediately led their personal guards to the battlefield.

On the battlefield, Forest Troll and Highborne Warrior mingled together and began a bloody battle.

The screams and curses of soldiers, along with the sounds of weapons piercing flesh, became the main melody of the battlefield.

Kaostin was slaughtering Highborne soldiers here.

None of the elves here could stop him; their blood splattered all over his face.

"Aha! Another one!"

"My weapons are soaked in blood!" The unbridled killing had thrown Kaostin into a state of mental confusion.

"Sleep forever, elf!" Kaostin set his sights on another elven Warrior.

He brandished his weapon, ready to finish off this unfortunate fellow in no time.

The Highborne Warrior also raised his weapon, ready to receive the attack.

Knowing he couldn't withstand the attack, the elven Warrior closed his eyes, but the strength in his grip on his weapon didn't diminish in the slightest.

A clang rang out as two weapons clashed.

The Highborne soldier who was being targeted did not feel any power from the weapon.

But then the sound of weapons clashing rang out.

The Highborne soldier opened his eyes and saw a figure blocking his way.

"Your opponent is me, Kaostin."

"Soldier, this is not the time to be distracted."

You can't handle this enemy.

"So I'll handle this; you go find an opponent of similar strength."

Daren Theron blocked the attack from Kaostin and gave orders to the soldiers behind him.

Then they directly forced Kaostin to retreat.

"You've finally arrived! I've been waiting for you for so long."

"No other spirit can stop me. Only you and I are worthy opponents who can truly challenge me."

"I'm talking to Daren Theron who's standing in front of me, "Kaostin said.

"Let's go then, we have a duel that's not over yet." Daren Theron assumed an attack stance, ready to strike.

"Just what I wanted!" Kaostin said, his eyes revealing excitement, but only he knew that beneath this excitement lay a grand plan.

The generals of the two sides held a duel here.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant also joined the battle, brandishing his weapon.

After eliminating every Forest Troll that approached him, a considerable number of Highborne soldiers quickly gathered around him.

Their coming together made their fight much easier.

The balance of power on the battlefield began to tip toward the Highborne.

The increasing number of Forest Troll dying at their hands attracted the attention of many Forest Troll.

The Troll Witch Doctor recited a spell written in the Trollish.

While reciting, they also inserted some special wooden sticks carved from wood into the ground.

After the incantation ended, phantom images of cobras appeared from the wooden stick.

After these cobra phantoms appeared, they emitted dense, extremely fast energy beams from their mouths.

These energy rays struck the Highborne who were huddled together.

"Damn it! What is this thing?!" Dath'Remar's lieutenant cursed, brandishing his weapon.

These energy rays disrupted the Highborne's already formed formation.

They would once again have to face the Forest Troll alone.

The balance on the battlefield was restored with the arrival of the Troll Witch Doctor.

Seeing this, the Forest Troll soldiers rushed forward and took the opportunity to eliminate the scattered elf soldiers.

"Master! Master!"

"Quickly, get the mage troops to start casting spells!" Dath'Remar's lieutenant, seeing that the Forest Troll had scattered his troops to eliminate them one by one, opened an opening for his guards to rush out and find the mage troops for help.

Just as the guards were trying to rush out through the gap...

A Flamestrike appeared on the battlefield, Highborne ' magical forces began to unleash their power.

They made the Forest Troll understand the power of magic more deeply.
