Kaostin saw the Shadow Hunter ' loot, including the head of a high-ranking elven.

A plan then formed in his mind.

"Someone come here!" Kaostin called in the guards outside the door.

"What is it, General?" the Forest Troll guard asked.

"Go and give this to our scouts, and have them hang it on a tree near the elven camp."

"Also, remember to process this trophy a bit; make sure those elves are terrified and enraged when they see it."

Kaostin spoke to the Forest Troll guards, and then handed the heads of the elven high command to the guards.

The guards went to carry out the order after receiving it.

"I hope you'll like the gift I gave you, my rival. Hahahaha." Kaostin finished speaking and laughed.

A day later, Daren Theron had stabilized the entire front line.

After stabilizing the entire front line, Daren Theron approached Snyder.

"Lord Snyder." Daren Theron found Snyder resting.

"What's wrong, General Theron?" Snyder asked, opening his eyes.

"I've called you here because I have something to discuss," Daren Theron said.

"Oh? Do you need the Hand of the Bright Moon's help?" Snyder asked.

"No, that's not it. I've come to have you bring all the Hand of the Bright Moon back to the elven camp," Daren Theron explained his reason for being there.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, the troops the adjutant brought are sufficient to defend this place."

"The camp needs you more; they need the protection of the Hand of the Bright Moon."

"The civilians there can no longer tolerate any further provocation."

"With your protection, they will definitely feel safe."

Daren Theron revealed his reason for wanting Snyder to withdraw with the Hand of the Bright Moon.

Snyder thought about it and realized that Daren Theron's words weren't without merit.

Moreover, if I go back myself, I can observe the extent to which Dath'Remar is being invaded by the dark energy at any time.

With that in mind, Snyder decided to agree to Daren Theron's suggestion.

"I agree with your suggestion. I will bring all the Hand of the Bright Moon back to the camp."

Snyder agreed to Daren Theron's suggestion.

"Then you should go and reorganize the troops now, the sooner the better."

"The faster you return, the safer the civilians in the camp will be."

Daren Theron said he was glad Snyder understood him and agreed with his suggestion.

"Okay, I'll send men to reorganize the troops and break camp immediately."

After Snyder finished speaking, he ordered the soldier next to him to notify the captains of the Hand of the Bright Moon to assemble their troops.

A while later, around noon...

Snyder has now assembled all the Hand of the Bright Moon.

"The civilians in the camp are now in your care," Dath'Remar's lieutenant said to Snyder.

"I will protect the camp," Snyder said, looking into Dath'Remar's eyes.

The lieutenant's eyes revealed guilt towards Dath'Remar, resentment towards the Troll, and trust in Snyder.

Seeing the look in his adjutant's eyes, Snyder couldn't refuse and agreed.

"Sign us if you need support, and I'll send someone over."

Snyder said to Daren Theron.

"Yes, Lord Snyder, we will certainly send a messenger if support is needed."

Daren Theron replied.

And so, under the watchful eyes of the two, Snyder left the front lines with the Hand of the Bright Moon.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant and Daren Theron returned to their posts after Snyder left.

With their defenses weakened, they need to be even more careful.

Some time after Snyder left, the Highborne sentinels discovered something strange hanging in a tree.

The sentry cautiously approached the large tree with the strange object hanging from it.

The sentry approached the large tree, then checked the surrounding area for any lurking Forest Troll.

After confirming there was no ambush, he quickly climbed the tree, getting closer and closer to the strange object.

He gradually saw the whole thing clearly.

It's a head! An elf's head!

The Highborne sentinel suppressed his discomfort and steadied himself.

The elf's head had a sentence written on it in Troll script by the Forest Troll.

"We will kill you one by one, and then you will become it."

Although the Highborne Sentinel didn't understand the meaning of the Troll writing, he knew it wasn't a friendly remark.

Although there was a sentence written on the elf's head, his identity could still be identified.

The Highborne sentinel took the elven head from the tree and put it into his backpack.

He then jumped down from the tree and rushed to the camp to tell General Daren Theron what he had discovered.

However, in a place he couldn't see, a Forest Troll sentinel reported everything he had seen to his superiors.

The second phase of the Troll Project can begin.

The Highborne sentinel returned to the front-line camp and went directly to General Daren Theron, who was looking at a map in the command room.

"General, I have made a discovery," the Highborne sentinel told Daren Theron.

"Calm down, Sentry. Is something important?"

Daren Theron told the Highborne sentinel who had barged in to calm down before asking him what important matter he had to do.

"I found this on a big tree not far from here."

The Highborne sentinel took out the knapsack containing the elven heads and placed it in front of Daren Theron.

"What is this?" A putrid smell wafted from the backpack, making Daren Theron frown.

But he still forced himself to open the backpack despite the discomfort.

An elf's head appeared before Daren Theron.

"This is!" Daren Theron stared wide-eyed at the elven head before him.

"Those Troll even wrote protest messages on it."

"General, who is this?" the Highborne asked.

"This is the logistics manager chosen by Lord Dath'Remar."

"It seems the Forest Troll ' decapitation strike has dealt a significant blow to the camp."

Just then, a commotion suddenly broke out outside.

Dath'Remar's lieutenant burst in.

"What happened?" Daren Theron asked.

"Forest Troll! The Forest Troll are attacking again!"

"Dath'Remar's lieutenant said breathlessly."

"What about the defenses? How are they?" Daren Theron asked.

"I've stabilized the defensive line, and we're now launching a counterattack," said Dath'Remar's adjutant.

"Very good, let's head to the front lines quickly." With that, Daren Theron prepared to leave for the front lines.

"What is this?" Dath'Remar's lieutenant asked, noticing the object on the table.
